“Love getting my Mocha ( decaf/oatmilk) and my Double-Smoked bacon, cheddar & egg sandwich. Very convenient location on my way to work so its my oblugated stop whenever I dont have time to cook breakfast (which is very usual LOL). They variety on flavors and milk options is why I love starbucks.“

“A large Starbucks location with plenty of seating outside with shade.

Coffee is served and presented just as any Starbucks you visit. Service was friendly and helpful. This location was quite loud in the morning with plenty of foot traffic. So if you are looking for a quiet spot then you might not find it here. Didn't hear any ambient music you typically have at all locations. Maybe it was a bit loud to hear.

Seems like basic coffee is getting a bit expensive. I paid $3.25 for a small cup of Joe.“

“I want to give major props to this starbucks and all it's members! Rob, Your and all the staff had the greatest vibe! My home starbucks is in HB and as much as I love them if I lived closer this would be my home starbies! They have the best attitude and are great!“

“We usually always come here and it's great. My girlfriend accidentally ordered at the wrong Starbucks on the app and after a few minutes of waiting we realized it. I told have a great day we have to go to the other one LOL.
They were super nice and offered to make our drinks at this location so we didnt need to run to the other location and be late for work. Super great employees here!!“

“Line was out the door. Hangry shoppers, crying kids and screaming Karens every which way, but the Starbucks employees kept their cool. They were cheerful, smiling and hard working even in the face of impatient to-go customers. Nobody sat around, it was fine oiled machine, but let's not forget they who serve us are people. Good job folks!“

“This Starbucks spot really hit the mark! Super clean inside and the staff was genuinely friendly, not just going through the motions.

Even with a crowd, they kept things moving and our drinks came out fast. The Caramel Frappuccino Crunch was spot-on with perfect caramel drizzle and crunch topping. Our Lavender Oat Milk Matcha with less ice was amazing too - they listened to our request and the flavors really popped.

“My wife and I start almost every morning at this Starbucks, and it has become a wonderful part of our routine. I cannot recommend this location enough. The store itself is beautiful, and I love the comfy chairs in the corner (pictured)—that's the prime real estate! The food and drinks are excellent, and the crew always goes above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They are super friendly and efficient. Shoutout to some of my favorite crew members: Vu, Anoush, Cheiko, Jordan, Gaby, Alex, Jose, Christine, Kelsey, Lex, Jolie, Bryant, and Kade. Y'all really make our mornings great! And if I didn't mention your name, please know that we appreciate you just as much!

“This Starbucks location is truly my favorite! The staff are always warm and welcoming, creating such a friendly atmosphere. The drive-thru is incredibly convenient and quick, and the team here consistently goes above and beyond to ensure a great experience. It’s never too crowded, yet always feels lively, which I love. “I never got a survey for one particular visit a few months ago. A barista named Sam overheard me talking to the barista taking my order, and I was asking about sweetness adjustments to a drink. She proactively broke down the ingredients of my drink and suggested modifications I had no idea about. The drink turned out so deliciously!! Thanks, Sam, for going above and beyond!“

“I always order from here as it is very close to home. Every time the cappuccino is good except for 9 to noon. It is always the milk is more or it is less. Hope they make this right. I hate my coffee ruined this way.

“I just wanted to take a moment to write a review of my experience here. I stop by routinely as my work is across the street and all the workers are super friendly, the gentleman that helped me today was, as always, professional, smiling, and makes every visit wonderful. “I wish I knew his name but there was a gentleman who treated me so well which is unusual because I am hearing impaired. I couldn't make out what was being asked about the whole bean coffee so instead of showing frustration which most people do, he took out his phone and typed his question. He probably rolled his eyes after I left 🙁😂🤣 but while I was there he treated me with the greatest respect and so did the gentleman who initially took my order.

I come here at least 4x a week in the early morning and every single staff member is kind all the time. Their restroom is always clean even when I drop by in the afternoon at times. They should send a training manual to the Starbucks on E Ball rd and State College Boulevard in Anaheim.“

“This is pretty much as good as one may expect a college Starbucks to be. I go here almost everyday and have never had a bad experience. Quite often there are new employees being trained so don’t associate the people behind the counter to the wait time. And since everyone is so concerned of the high ice to drink ratio—just ask for light ice.“

“I visited Target to buy plates and paper cups, but I did not find a paper cups in Target, so I resorted to Starbucks to try to buy paper cups from it, but my request was refused because they do not sell cups here, but the smart girl caught me and gave me paper cups for free so Starbucks became my favorite place to drink coffee“

“Very friendly staff. For some reason I don't always get my star credits at this location even though I always use my app. This is located inside Target so it's small with limited seating. Target WiFi is decent. Parking spaces are good, but there is a 45 min limit otherwise security will tow you.“

“For the fact that its staffed by students, this is a pretty solid Starbucks. It gets REALLY busy since its on campus, especially between classes. They do a really good job training folks and the drinks are consistent and better made than some other Starbucks in the area.“

“Em is a fantastic barista! She is so patient and helped me use the app even though it was late in the day, she had other clients, and the app doesn't work perfectly with their system (unlike other Starbucks this one is license through Ralphs.)

Wheelchair accessibility: I am on a cane, but this Starbucks is in a Ralphs grocery store so very accessible.“

“Only a few or just one staff member, but it's a grocery store, plenty of time to go do shopping and come back when it slows down. Avoid after school and morning rushes, and they close earlier than normal places but perfectly adequate cappuccino at decent prices with a good app, hard to complain.

“This Starbucks is one of my favorites due to them having a decent size lobby also there is multiple spots, for port electric wall plugs 🔌 very useful as I do a lot of study’s on the go for my college stuff. They usually have a few members here and staff is great I recommend this one if you need a study place also additional seating outside just no plug ins out there.“

“Very busy Starbucks on a Saturday morning. More outdoor seating than indoor. There's a bar against the window with a couple of outlets at the end (as opposed to unset the table/bar). Good iced coffee (not always true at all Starbucks). Good vibe inside although not relaxing.“
