Starbucks in Irvine

“A large Starbucks location with plenty of seating outside with shade.

Coffee is served and presented just as any Starbucks you visit. Service was friendly and helpful. This location was quite loud in the morning with plenty of foot traffic. So if you are looking for a quiet spot then you might not find it here. Didn't hear any ambient music you typically have at all locations. Maybe it was a bit loud to hear.

Seems like basic coffee is getting a bit expensive. I paid $3.25 for a small cup of Joe.“

“We usually always come here and it's great. My girlfriend accidentally ordered at the wrong Starbucks on the app and after a few minutes of waiting we realized it. I told have a great day we have to go to the other one LOL.
They were super nice and offered to make our drinks at this location so we didnt need to run to the other location and be late for work. Super great employees here!!“

“Love getting my Mocha ( decaf/oatmilk) and my Double-Smoked bacon, cheddar & egg sandwich. Very convenient location on my way to work so its my oblugated stop whenever I dont have time to cook breakfast (which is very usual LOL). They variety on flavors and milk options is why I love starbucks.“

“This cozy, neighborhood Starbucks has seating in doors and out. At times, it's hard to find a table or any seat. The staff here is always kind and competent. Bring your dog if you want to chill outside. There's a donut shop next door.“

“Line was out the door. Hangry shoppers, crying kids and screaming Karens every which way, but the Starbucks employees kept their cool. They were cheerful, smiling and hard working even in the face of impatient to-go customers. Nobody sat around, it was fine oiled machine, but let's not forget they who serve us are people. Good job folks!“

“I was today years old when I learned that Starbucks will grind their whole beam coffee bags for you. I brew my own cold brew at home so this is awesome!! Will be coming to buy my coffee bags here now instead of buying from the market. Staff was super friendly.“

“I never got a survey for one particular visit a few months ago. A barista named Sam overheard me talking to the barista taking my order, and I was asking about sweetness adjustments to a drink. She proactively broke down the ingredients of my drink and suggested modifications I had no idea about. The drink turned out so deliciously!! Thanks, Sam, for going above and beyond!“

“I was recently refunded with gift cards.. They gave me Starbucks gift cards.. Since glitch in the system and or something funny on my gift cards.. This is a nice location.. The young lady deserves a raise or promotion.. Went beyond fantastic service! I wish I could remember her name..“

“I always order from here as it is very close to home. Every time the cappuccino is good except for 9 to noon. It is always the milk is more or it is less. Hope they make this right. I hate my coffee ruined this way.
But otherwise this starbucks is great and service is good!“

I think this location has one of the friendliest baristas. I feel welcomed when I enter this store. They also make my drink fast and yum.

The store is clean. The mobile order pickup counter is uncluttered and it’s easy to access for pickup from the entrance.“

“Honestly this is one of my favorite locations, staff are very kind, last time I made a mistake on my order and they happily changed it, the other one inside Albertsons in Cypress village just hired a girl who was so rude. Other staffs are great so as this place. My orders are always great.“

“This Starbucks location is truly my favorite! The staff are always warm and welcoming, creating such a friendly atmosphere. The drive-thru is incredibly convenient and quick, and the team here consistently goes above and beyond to ensure a great experience. It’s never too crowded, yet always feels lively, which I love. “This exact location will move in Fall 2018... still will be in Irvine Spectrum. This is the Starbucks I ALWAYS can count on since 1970!!! My daughter was a Barista for 5 years.... I think these particular Barista’s @ Irvine Spectrum Made the BEST Pumpkin Spice Latte EVER!! Very kind Barista’s!!“

“I wish I knew his name but there was a gentleman who treated me so well which is unusual because I am hearing impaired. I couldn't make out what was being asked about the whole bean coffee so instead of showing frustration which most people do, he took out his phone and typed his question. He probably rolled his eyes after I left 🙁😂🤣 but while I was there he treated me with the greatest respect and so did the gentleman who initially took my order.

I come here at least 4x a week in the early morning and every single staff member is kind all the time. Their restroom is always clean even when I drop by in the afternoon at times. They should send a training manual to the Starbucks on E Ball rd and State College Boulevard in Anaheim.“

“My wife and I start almost every morning at this Starbucks, and it has become a wonderful part of our routine. I cannot recommend this location enough. The store itself is beautiful, and I love the comfy chairs in the corner (pictured)—that's the prime real estate! The food and drinks are excellent, and the crew always goes above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They are super friendly and efficient. Shoutout to some of my favorite crew members: Vu, Anoush, Cheiko, Jordan, Gaby, Alex, Jose, Christine, Kelsey, Lex, Jolie, Bryant, and Kade. Y'all really make our mornings great! And if I didn't mention your name, please know that we appreciate you just as much!

“The servers in this location are really nice and not like some other locations. There are some locations I hate to visit. The servers are so rude specially those young girls who think they’re the owner of Starbucks or top celebrities. Thank you guys for your kind and smiley services.“

“Very friendly staff. For some reason I don't always get my star credits at this location even though I always use my app. This is located inside Target so it's small with limited seating. Target WiFi is decent. Parking spaces are good, but there is a 45 min limit otherwise security will tow you.“

“Em is a fantastic barista! She is so patient and helped me use the app even though it was late in the day, she had other clients, and the app doesn't work perfectly with their system (unlike other Starbucks this one is license through Ralphs.)

Wheelchair accessibility: I am on a cane, but this Starbucks is in a Ralphs grocery store so very accessible.“

“I visited Target to buy plates and paper cups, but I did not find a paper cups in Target, so I resorted to Starbucks to try to buy paper cups from it, but my request was refused because they do not sell cups here, but the smart girl caught me and gave me paper cups for free so Starbucks became my favorite place to drink coffee“

“Very busy Starbucks on a Saturday morning. More outdoor seating than indoor. There's a bar against the window with a couple of outlets at the end (as opposed to unset the table/bar). Good iced coffee (not always true at all Starbucks). Good vibe inside although not relaxing.“

“Only a few or just one staff member, but it's a grocery store, plenty of time to go do shopping and come back when it slows down. Avoid after school and morning rushes, and they close earlier than normal places but perfectly adequate cappuccino at decent prices with a good app, hard to complain.

“This Starbucks is one of my favorites due to them having a decent size lobby also there is multiple spots, for port electric wall plugs 🔌 very useful as I do a lot of study’s on the go for my college stuff. They usually have a few members here and staff is great I recommend this one if you need a study place also additional seating outside just no plug ins out there.“
