“I haven’t been here for a while and had a craving for the Chilaquiles. I knew they added a new Mole salsa so I called to order that to go. I was told they also have a chipotle sauce, so I went with that instead. When I got home, OH MY GOSH!! Those were the best chilaquiles I’ve ever had with the Chipotle sauce. They were so good I’m embarrassed to say I lick the plate clean🥴. And of course the churros were amazing as usual.“

“The Red Café is an absolute gem in Glendora! Lena, the owner, is incredibly welcoming and genuinely cares about her customers’ satisfaction. She goes above and beyond to make sure everyone leaves happy. The food here is fantastic, with a great variety of options, all made from organic ingredients. And let me tell you, the coffee is simply amazing! Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or sitting down for a leisurely meal, the outdoor seating provides a lovely atmosphere to enjoy your time. “This is the best place for Korean yummies. I go as often as I can. The staff are awesome and friendly. They sell flowers and even have a little gift shop too. It's one of my favorite places to eat.
I get the tteokbokki often. The mini gimbab is also super good. The fried combo is also really good and good for two to share. The deserts are also delicious. My daughter likes the korean corn dogs with cheese and the tteokbokki too. All the drinks we've tried have also been very good. I plan on eating everything from there at least once.
I highly recommend this place to everyone.
The flowers I have bought here have outlived all the flowers I've bought at Vons and Walmart.

“This was really good! It was my first time visiting a crepe shop and they did not disappoint. You order at a touchscreen device (which is great for introverts like me) and I loved that there were so many options to choose from! I ended up getting a crepe with strawberry, whipped cream, and mango, with vanilla ice cream on top. Portion size is big.

For take out they put the crepe into a bag that fits the cup which is really convenient. Atmosphere was cute and it smelled really good in the shop. The only downside I would say is that the wait can be a little long, but fortunately I went during lunch on a weekday so there was virtually no one else there. 5/5 would go again“

“These are some tasty chicken and rice meals and refreshing, sweet drinks!

I was in the area for lunch when I came across Burd Chicken Rice. The menu and reviews intrigued me and made me hungry. Most of the menu featured dark meat chicken, and the Lemongrass Burrito caught my eye. I placed my order, which arrived at our table in a few minutes. The burrito had a delicious and clean flavor. The chicken was tender, the rice was nicely seasoned, and the veggies added a fresh texture. The ginger scallion sauce added a punch of acidity that complimented it well.

My friend enjoyed his Mix Burd Plate, which included classic and lemongrass chicken. After our meal, I decided to try the Cane Passion drink for the drive home. It was refreshing and sweet.

It was my first time here, and it was a pleasant experience with friendly staff and clean dining areas. I hope to return to the area to try more items or get that burrito again!“

“I had a tooth that was giving me the worst pain over the weekend. I called on Monday early afternoon and was able to be seen the same day. Crystal the dental assistant was great! She told me Dr. Ramirez would make sure I didn’t feel any pain. I ended up having to have 2 teeth extracted and with no pain at all. I have a new Dental office! Great job ladies 😁“

Today’s pilgrimage finds me in Sierra Madre at Syndicate, a fantastic find nestled comfortably downtown on Sierra Madre Blvd. Plenty of street parking and a beautiful place to take a stroll if you don’t score a spot immediately out front. The vibe is instantly welcoming, decor is colorfully minimalist, that’s probably not a thing, but it’s the best descriptor I have. The baristas are friendly, skilled and true devotees to all things coffee, even willing to share some potential sites to visit on the next LAtte stop. The coffee itself is excellent, rich, flavorful and no hint of bitterness. I went with oat milk this time and it paired perfectly with the blend, rich creamy, delicious! I can wholeheartedly recommend a visit should you find yourself in the area, or even if your not- expand your horizons and make it a destination, it’s worth it.“

“I discovered Namu Kitchen on accident and I’m SO glad I did. This was my first time having Korean breakfast and it’s now one of my all time favorites. For my first visit, I had their breakfast plate, a delightful and balanced meal, featuring fluffy scrambled eggs with savory mushrooms, a fresh mixed greens salad, crispy kale, sweet strawberries and blueberries, and a satisfying sausage. The whole grain toast with tangy orange jam ties it all together. Paired with the cozy atmosphere and friendly service, this thoughtfully prepared plate makes for a wholesome and enjoyable breakfast experience. Highly recommended! “Had to come visit this coffee spot in Glendora . Not a lot of coffee shops here besides Starbucks - and so we obviously had to come try it out ! It’s in a very cool little public market house with other eateries inside . I heard they roast their own beans . Customer service was very friendly and the shop looked very cool 😎. We ordered a brown sugar latte and a flat white . They even have their own house syrups . Pastries looked really good so we ordered a koign Aman ( these things can be hit or miss) but this one was probably one of the best we’ve had . Has a syrupy center - sweet but delicious . The coffee was also on point ! Will definitely come back !“

“My favorite place in Uptown Whittier! Great for a quick bite or cup of coffee, and unique gifts in the shop. If you're lucky, you can get a parking spot right out in front, but usually won't need to park more than a block away on the busiest days. The staff are all super nice, too.“
