“Located in the Marketplace of Jamul Casino, it's open 24 hours and has a variety of fast food diner food...burgers, sandwiches, breakfast, and shakes. We tried the B&S Pastrami Roll with the upgraded Buffaloed & Blue Fries. The sandwich was very buttery and loaded with pastrami. The fries were definitely worth the $3 upgrade...also delicious. Had to try the caramel banana shake...and so glad we did. Prices were fair, food was tasty, and staff was friendly... definitely give this place a try if you're at the casino and need a quick bite. I was impressed.“

“It was a wonderful experience! The decor drew us into the patio area with quaint Mexican architecture and design. We were seated directly and we found the service by the staff was top shelf! There was an excellent menu and drinks list to choose from. We ordered from the menu offering entrees for two and we were not disappointed! The food was delicious and we had room for dessert which had a great choice of desserts to choose from. Overall it was a great experience!!! We will definitely return!!!“

My mom had the watermelon salad which was unique and refreshing, i had the french dip which is what i always order and is how i judge restaurants, and it was great. fries are amazing and the au jus is rosemary infused which made it delightfully fragrant but not over powering. and my mom’s espresso martini came in a chilled glass which is a nice touch. the bread was also hot and very good. oh plus excellent service! and i like that you can hear the live music but it’s not so loud. highly recommend (:“

“We had the greatest server, Taylor in your Rancho San Diego restaurant, Jamacha Road,. She was so personable, efficient, friendly and extremely attentive. The food arrived hot and it was delicious. “This was a lovely restaurant I came to for my friend's birthday. Every guest seemed to like their dish. I ordered a club sandwich (no bacon, no tomatoes) with a side of fries but I was a bit disappointed when they brought it with bacon and tomatoes. They sent it back and corrected the order, and it ended up being pretty good and very filling. The restaurant has an outdoor terrace that has a beautiful view on the pool area.“

“Arrived on a Wednesday for $5 Bingo, I want to say the play started at 2pm… and since I skipped lunch, I needed a snack before dinner. The Bingo Hall offers food from Double Down Grill next door. I decided to share a cheeseburger, add fries with my partner. The burger was damn delicious, the brioche bun was so soft and the fries crispy and hot, just how I like them. It was like $16 altogether with tip! So worth it, give them a try!“

“Found this restaurant based off of an IG suggestion. Cute spot with a psuedo Bridgerton theme. I hope you like pink cause it hits you in the face! The restaurant almost seems a little out of place in the shopping center it's located in.

They don't take reservations and we had to wait about an hour. Inside is small so you can see why there is a wait.

However, the staff were very attention and offered great service. We shared the birriaquiles and the French toast. Both were great, I just wish the barriaquilles had crispy tortilla chips mixed in vs all wet chips.

My friend and I had the strawberry mimosas which didn't look like the presentation online, but were still good.

All of the plates served around us looked good, so I'd definitely eat here again.“

“I live out east nowadays, but I visit my hometown in La Mesa yearly. Came to Curbside for the first time last year, and just now went back again. I wish we had food like this around here when I was growing up!! My gosh, the short rib beef is incredible. Had it on a salad last time, and just now had the short rib taco along with an equally impressive fish taco. I got a few bites of the beef kebab too, and it was just as top-notch! Great seating options with a view of La Mesa Blvd. Good beer list too. And wonderful staff. I wish I had more time to try more of the menu—but I’ll be back every time I’m in San Diego down the line. Started with water (hydration is key, folks), leveled up to a mango lemonade, and finally decided it was time to go big or go home with a bloody mary. Spoiler: my stomach was thrilled. Coconut shrimp? Yes, please. Buffalo chicken wrap? Don’t mind if I do.

Now, the service was on island time—slow—but the waitresses were so friendly, we didn’t even mind the wait. Good food, great vibes, slow but sweet service!“

“This place gets pretty busy on weekends! The parking lot may be full but you can still park along the street. It’s pretty large so there’s usually seats. I love the borracho fries, so good! Also the pulled pork and the cheeseburger are tasty too. The service is good as well. My one complaint is they run out of their popular items by 2pm, tri tip and hot links get sold out really fast. I know they can only bbq so much but maybe add some more of the popular meats?“

“I love this place , The Beer is good and cold ! The Brisket is the best for me , nice and juices, never dry w/ just a touch of char that gives it the best taste ever ! The portions seem like there smaller but I blame covid and all the other things that have gone on in our country, like the cost of living anymore is getting bad, we feel it and I'm sure the management feels it to ! And trust me ,Phil's is good but, Cali has it beat hands down !

So many special touches including the warm way she welcomed the birthday “celebrant” and us into her restaurant with a tasty nonalcoholic sangria to everything she did to make Diemut’s birthday dinner beautiful surpassed our highest hopes! We truly thank her for everything she did to make her/us feel special. It was absolutely spectacular. The celebratory blue touches - especially the blue butterflies on her cake- the delicious food and ambiance- everything. As Diemut herself said, “It was a volcanically successful birthday celebration.” We are in Erlene’s debt for helping us make our dear friend so happy.“

The buffalo chicken fries (had the ranch been remembered in the Togo bag) are worth a try!“

“We enjoyed a very nice brunch here recently. There was outdoor seating available which was nice but small. We opened the large umbrella over the little table at some point to keep it out of my son's face. When closed, the bottom edge was too close for comfort and convo. My son ordered the country fried steak and eggs with biscuits and gravy. Although we both thought the gravy could have had more sausage, the biscuits and gravy were pretty delicious. I didn't try the steak but he loved it. My meal of chicken and waffles was quite tasty. The bone-in chicken was incredíbly crispy, large, and delicious. The waffle was cooked to perfection, also with great crispness and a lovely golden brown color. The details I longed for, maple syrup and browned butter, were not present. The lovely waffle was a bit lacking in flavor. Still, the food earns a solid 4 stars and minor adjustments could bring more. Service was friendly.“

It has a homemade flavor that we appreciate.We have our favorite items such as the Carne Asada burrito served with rice and beans and the 1/2 lb Sirloin burger topped with sauteed onions and mushrooms, served with perfectly streamed veggies and mashed potatoes. It also comes with either salad or soup. Salads are good and I definitely recommend their Lemony chicken and rice soup.
