Had a really great time. plan on coming here again. A great menu, you can get a burger and a shake, or a pizza, tacos, sandwiches. “We arrived in Glen Ellen after a long car ride. I chose to crash at the hotel, but my husband wasn't going to miss a chance to eat at Glen Ellen Star. A week later I am still hearing about the other-worldly bananas foster he had for dessert! :-) We love this place so much that when we plan a weekend getaway we stay in Glen Ellen and drive over the hills to visit Napa and St. Helena just to be near our favorite restaurant, the Glen Ellen Star.“

“We celebrated a birthday last night at Mill and it couldn't have been a better choice! The food and service were top notch. Highly recommend the brussel sprouts, fried tofu, pork chops and the masala cakes! I almost forgot fi mention that the cocktails and deserts were also delicious as well. The handcrafted mozzarella is so delicious, and their pasta and pizza are some of the best food we have ever had in St. Helena. Oh, and save room for dessert - it's worth it. Plus, the service is incredible. Definitely, a must-visit in St. Helena for foodies!“

“In Sonoma it is not real easy to find a restaurant open on Tuesday or Wednesday. Luckily we found Jacob's. This is a small family business. The service and staff are great. The server recommend wines were very good. We ordered bruschetta 4/5, calamari 5/5, and a pizza half Sonoma 5/5 and half ham and pineapple 5/5. The pizza crust is very good.“

The pizza, hot dogs and meatball sandwich along with the chocolate chip cookies are some of the best bar food items you'll find anywhere. Live music most weekends and Sundays. “The seating inside was standing room only and it was just a little chilly to eat outside although we would have since there were heaters by the outdoor tables, but it was just windy enough to make it a little uncomfortable. We ordered our pizzas to go and I bought a ginormous cookie that was freshly baked and perfect to snack on while I waited for my pizza. This place is clearly a local favorite because it was packed with people and came highly recommended by the resort concierge where we were staying as well as Google maps. Our pizzas were delicious and the staff were all extremely welcoming and thankful that we waited, even though it was a pretty short wait for our pizzas.“

It linked up with my Apple Pay, gave real time updates on my order and my order was ready for pickup at the promised time. I also saved $5 on my order for using the app. Being a Friday during Lent, we ordered a Ultimate Cheese Pizza and it was great, the smell made our mouths water for the 15 minute drive home and the pizza was still warm when we started eating it.“

“I don't care much for deep dish pizza so I get the thin crust pizza with red onion, olives, garlic, pepperoni, sausage, and tomatoes which is good. Crust was a little hard and chewy last time but still thick. Garlic bread was good. Real bread not like some pizza places do. They did their own delivery not using Doordash or Deliver Club.“

“This was the best restaurant experience of my life. We came in to celebrate my sister's bachelorette party. The ambience was lovely. The layout of the restaurant was cozy but not crowded. The other guests there were wonderul, kind people. The food was fantastic. And then there was Charles. I could not in my wildest dreams have imagined better service than that which we received. Charles was kind and funny, helpful and so attentive. He knew the area well and helped us plan our evening. Whatever he's being paid, pay him more. He's truly one of a kind. Those enormous house made meatballs are just the right size for the fresh sourdough bread, add the fresh melted mozzarella and red sauce and your in heaven!.Apparently sandwiches are in their wheelhouse, they also serve one of the best grilled cheese sandwiches I have ever had. Layered cheeses with a bit of sauce squeezed in between the grilled sourdough bread was the best I have ever had. Add a side salad and your set.Although the server seemed to take a while to warm up, overall the service was good. This is a great place for lunch. Cheers!“

“Never been disappointed by this little off-shoot of Mary's! They have my favorite things all within minutes, breadsticks, Mary's famous salad and pizza. If you aren't wanting a longer sit down meal, check this place out! Options include taking lunch/dinner to the park and enjoying it at the picnic tables or sitting on one of the three seats indoors. No matter where you have your food from slice shack, I can guarantee it will be good!“

“Love going to this locally owned and run pizzeria. Have been going her for 10+ years. Love their Caesar salad too. They have an outside deck on the second floor that's great to hang out and sip some wine with your food. We used to have birthday parties there with our kids or go there after sports practices. “This is just about the only place you can get pizza in Sonoma anymore that is reasonably priced and tastes good. I grew up here and am disappointed in most of the restaurants in the area (the ones remaining anyways after all of the wine tasting spots have exponentially multiplied for really no reason at all. That is not something we're lacking in Sonoma people! We do not need more wine tasting places). Sorry, rant over.Now then, I know you guys did just up your prices, but I still think it's reasonable especially with the specials (I am loving the new Excalibur pizza creation). Many restaurants in the area have gone way up in price and way down in quality which just doesn't even make sense to me. I do miss the rewards/coupons though. ?Last but definitely not least, you have a lot of wonderful people working there who are very friendly and considerate and helpful and greet customers with a smile and cheery attitude!Oh and it's clean to boot!Kid-friendliness: They have lots of kids birthday parties here in the back room, as well as sporting event parties, etc.They even have a small arcade video game section.“
