“They did an amazing job with my grandmother's 75th birthday cake. It was a lemon cake with lemon buttercream and lemon curd. It tasted so fantastic. “We love Half Baked! We discovered it, ironically enough, just months before I was diagnosed with Celiac in 2016. Luckily, they have gluten free options a plenty. Of all the gluten free bakeries nearby, they were THE most affordable for wedding cakes. We collaborated with Natalie who was with us from day one. She is wonderful - so understanding and supportive. Half Baked's execution of our vision onto 3 elegant cakes was lovely and classy. The GF spice with cream cheese was the best - our very favorite! There were some unfortunate issues with the other two cakes, but Natalie assisted us thoughtfully and ultimately provided us with an ample solution. We have loved Half Baked since we discovered them. We highly recommend them for events or anytime, especially if you need delicious gluten free options that won't break the bank!“

“The food is worth the line. For those sweet-toothed, try the croissant cinnamon rolls: flakey, soft, good balance of sweetness and cinnamon, excellent cream cheese icing. For those savory-lovers, try the ham and cheese croissant: a nice lite breakfast sandwich with all the comfort of a buttery croissant. We also tried the tea bun, apple fritter, and spinach and artichoke; all of them were delicious. The small customer area was crowded, noisy, and hot. The smells of the bakery and the listings of the unusual morning coffees are quite appealing. I would have liked to try the cheesecakes or the cupcakes, or the beautiful cakes.“

“I love supporting small businesses. It is the spot when I crave for cheese cake or need pick it up for potlucks and parties. I love the Japanese Iced cheesecake . It's light, not too sweet Percy texture and so delicious. They have the original , matcha , strawberry and Oreo flavors. You can either one flavor or a set of all 4.

The taro snowflakes is a must try, creamy taro sponge cake made with real taro.

This shop is clean, cutesy and is family owned and I was helped by the owner's mom, she's super nice lady, the owner makes all the cakes.

Normally it's to the brim, not sure why it was so low. Perhaps the ice cream was melted more than normal. “I can’t say enough great things! I went out on a limb and called Valentine Sweets. I live in New York, however my brother lives in Pasadena! I was doing a gender reveal for my friends and family in New York and wanted my brother to be included. I called early in the morning and spoke to the decorator Tatiana. I explained I needed one single custom gender reveal cupcake and she had no issues with the request or making it happen! A simple cute vanilla cupcake. Decorated with blue and pink sprinkles. And surprise pink frosting in the middle! She had the cupcake done within a couple hours for my brother to pick up! She had great communication and texted me when it was ready. Besides the fact that it was adorable,
