“Out of all the Thai places we were looking for to eat in, we decided to give Bamboo fresh Thai cuisine a try. My wife and daughter loved the food, it was delicious! Avocado curry was a gem found in this restaurant. Never had it, now is my favorite! Service was flawless and the host/ server was super friendly and chill. The dessert tapioca( I think that’s how you spell it) was really good. I will definitely come back for another meal with the family. Thank you for the meal and the service 🙏🏼“

They have a big menu with a variety of cuisine, Chinese for sure, curries, Japanese, and many vegan choices. The decor is more like you are in a comfortable home, many cute and fancy pieces adorn shelves and cabinets.

Vegetarian options: With the exception of most of their specialties, they can be made vegetarian or vegan.

“Oishii is such a hidden gem! Very clean, and the insanely friendly and attentive staff make you feel right at home. The highlight for me was the pork noodle soup—seriously, it’s the closest thing I’ve found to authentic street noodle soup from Thailand. Such a rare find! Everything we tried was fresh and delicious. I’m already planning my next visit. Highly recommend!

But's this time There was a party of maybe 6 women and they prefer to have the other entrance open so my wife froze her butt off for the whole meal it seems like it was below 0 degrees but all in all we still had a great meal. Maybe I should have said something to our waitress but I didn't want to upset the girls.“

“I liked EVERYTHING about it. The food was great. I got pad see-ew and it was not spicy just how I like it, and if you do want it spicy you can definitely get it spicy. (My husband ordered a 7.5 and it was spicy deliciousness.) The service was prompt. It did not take a long time for us to receive our apps or food, and when we did she reminded us to not leave our forks on the appetizer plates.(lol). The Satay chicken was tender and flavorful....Pad Woon Sen was fresh and light with crispy vegetables. Cream cheese wontons were great and served as dessert. “Customer Service plus. Friendly, helpful, explained the ingredients in each of our selections to make sure were not allergic to anything (we’re not). Did I mention she had a cheerful personality? Ordered food, given a device that buzzed when our food was ready. Our food was so fresh, hot off the grill. She provided extra spice and chilies, sauce to increase the heat. Excellent quality. The Tom Kha soup had a slightly different taste than we are use to, but not a bad variation. Wife got the fried rice with shrimp, I got the Pad Thai with chicken. The 3 items were very filling. The open venue with long tables, couches, etc for seating and large roll-up windows provided the indoor/outdoor environment. Very enjoyable meal.“

Food: We had the duck curry noodles and charred pork fried rice. The duck curry was by far the best as it had much more interesting flavors. The second dish was okay, though flavor profile wise it wasn’t as exciting—if I’d recommend one over the other I’d say go for the duck! But both are good. We also had fried wings as appetizers, that was also amazing and the sauce was great.

Service: A bit slow. They were really accommodating about us changing our reservation time to move it up earlier in the night. This we appreciated. But it looked like there was only 1 server and two bussers(?) servicing the whole place. Even though it was a weeknight, it still felt understaffed. Even though the service provided by our server was amazing when we had him, unfortunately he was busy half the time. And food took 30-40 minutes to come out, so I suspect the kitchen had the same issue. If this is a common occurrence then I believe the business owner should have more people on staff if they want to improve the service. I don’t blame our waiter, moreso whoever’s managing the schedules.“

Pad See Ew was probably the best I’ve had in San Diego- SO many veggies (which was what I was craving). My husband gave the Bangkok Spice Noodles a 10. Headsup: if you don’t specify, food is at a 0 spice level (at least the dishes I ordered) I’m definitely coming back to see if they do as good a job on their Pad Woon Sen. Happy customer!“

Its a cozy ambient restaurant and we were served medium size dinners.

Thai was very good and very fresh, properly seasoned and just right to the taste. They also take spicy and non spicy requests which was perfect for us.

Highly recommend you visit this mom n pap, woth a partner for dinner, or even with the family as portion sizes for 1 dish feed the whole family!

Over all excellent thai food when you appetite calls for.

There was a long line when we arrived, which shows how popular this spot is. Just a heads-up, they don’t have any sit-down dining — it’s all to-go orders only. My food took about 30 minutes to be ready, so it wasn’t super quick, but you can tell they take their time to prepare everything carefully.

Overall, if you’re okay with waiting a bit and want tasty food with bold flavors, this place is definitely worth trying!“

“The Pad Thai was phenomenal!!! It was the kind that was very well seasoned and didn’t need any additional sauce (like peanut sauce or sweet Thai chili). They weren’t the friendliest but the food was on point! And is bound say they weren’t necessarily rude either. I was passing through but would recommend giving this place a try.“

“The nice women who took my orders were super nice and caring. The dining area is small and cozy with dim lighting, and clean. Prices were typical of Thai restaurants from what I've seen in the US. Curry with white rice is usually 15-18 dollars, and Thai tea is 5-7. I got Red Curry twice and Panang curry once. I had to work the following days, so I only got spicy level 2 or lower. I'm sure spicy 3 would be too hot for people who don't try it much. I'd recommend spicy level 1 or 2 to at least get some of the flavor. I don't know what authentic Thai is or if I've had it, but this place cooks delicious food. The rice is always perfect and was never mushy. The tofu is perfectly firm on the outside and the right amount of soft on the inside. The sweetness of the curries was also the perfect amount. I have nothing bad to say about Thai Time on Broadway. Take out orders for 1 take about 10 minutes.“

The meal came with Pad Thai, a crispy egg roll, salad, an orange, and soup, totally worth it! The food was delicious, and they even asked me to rate my spice level from 1 to 10, which I found one hehe.It ended up being my brunch, and it was such a nice experience. The lady was easy to talk to, probably because it was just the two of us dining in, aside from the to-go orders. The place is spacious, indoor and outdoor, has a good restroom.
