“This has got to be some of the best fried chicken wings I have tried! These oven baked wings beat out some of the best fried wings I've tasted. Their flavors pack a punch in a delicious way. I really enjoyed their volcano (decently spicy), soy garlic and sweet spicy. All of the flavors were pretty fantastic. I'd skip over the fries as they have an interesting after taste. Their baguette bowl is a sweet garlic cream cheese filled bread bowl. Overall, it is a fantastic new wings spot with a lot of good options. I'd definitely come back for more.“
“This place is so cute! It reminds me of a hipster joint you would find in LA or Tokyo. They play funky music and offer happy hour everyday 8pm to close and you get $2 off munchies (their version of appetizers or small plates) and $1 off drinks. The food can be pretty spicy. For example, the drunken noodles were like a 7/10 on spice level. The boat noodle soup was loaded with robust flavor. The fried chicken wings appetizer was moist with a sweet and tangy sauce. They offer a variety of drinks from Thai tea to fresh coconut as well as unique desserts! I've been to Thailand and some of the best Thai restaurants in LA and OC and this place ranks among them for their creativity and uniqueness. The service is good and everything came out in good time. Another plus is that they provided eco-friendly to go packaging AND their water is fresh and clean! Didn't taste like tap water! No more making the drive in traffic out to Savoy in Alhambra when craving for Hainan chicken rice. It's a small restaurant tucked behind Popeye's fried chicken adjacent to Auntie Anne's pretzel and Jamba Juice. They have a limited menu that specializes in chicken rice. For my first try I kept it simple with Hainan chicken rice to go order. There is regular and a larger size portions. The perfectly sliced boneless chicken sits on top of ginger chicken broth flavored rice comes with minced cucumber slices, and three sauces sambal, soy sauce, and ginger sauce. There is also a small side of chicken broth. The chicken tastes clean, no MSG detected. Next time I'll be back to try the fried chicken. No cash accepted, pay by cashless credit card or Apple Pay at the kiosk.“

My wife had the country fried chicken and she said it was some of the best fried chicken shes had. It was our first time so the staff was super understanding when we looked over the menu. As we were eating my wife pointed out the the lights where shaped as eggs throughout the entire restaurant there were many different hidden Ester eggs creating a wonderful seating area.“

“We stopped in to Monster Hot Chicken on a Friday evening and it was empty aside from one guy. The place is small and has room for about 8-10 guests to eat. The menu is pretty straightforward without a lot of options to clutter things. You can basically order a 2 piece chicken tender combo, 2 piece tender sandwich or a 1 piece tender combo 1 piece tender sandwich... there's some salad options and noodles as well. We got the 2 piece tender combo and the 2 piece tender sandwich with the spice level of Hot. My husband said he would have gone up to a higher spice level and I enjoyed the hot but would probably go down a level next time as my stomach hurt a bit the next day. We initially wanted to order the family meal but you're only allowed to choose one flavor for the entire family... some of us like it super spicy and some don't so we ended up having to order two original chicken tenders on the side so our son could eat as well. Really wish you could have multiple flavors in that, which is really why I'm deducting a star. It also took a bit of time for the chicken to be prepared, but the flavor and juiciness makes up for that. The chicken was crunchy on the outside and moist inside so it was a good combo. I did really enjoy this place, but just not the stomachache the next day so if/when I return, I'll probably go down to the mild. The workers (who I assume were also the owners) were very nice and gracious as well!“

I also like how bb.q chicken has interesting flavors that other places don't offer such as their Gangnam style, Galbi, or secret sauce. “This is a family favorite now. The chicken is always hot, well seasoned/sauced, and the fries are bomb. You need to try the spicy galbi chicken and the mala chicken. Or if you don't want heat, their classic chicken is so crisp and moist - an excellent product. And don't skip the sides. The fries have such good crisp and texture, the tteokbeoki is so chewy.We usually do take out, order it online, and the time estimates are always spot on so we have never had a problem with cold food or things sitting too long. Found it looking for Bo Luc Lac in the LA area and found it via Instagram review than made me want to drive all the way from Long Beach and I was not disappointed, as they serve one of the better Luc Lac, tender and well balanced on sauce and pepper. Their medium is more well done than medium so adapt your request based on that.The rest of the dishes are also very well executed, fresh and flavorful. “It's always seemed to me that chain restaurants tend to be best right after they've opened up, and that's definitely the case here. Zankou Chicken is always good but this new location seemed just slightly better than the older ones. The food came out immediately and yet it was hot and fresh, like it had just been made. My only complaint is the complaint I have about Zankou in general, which is their portion size. Their quarter dark meat chicken plates are too small, but a half chicken would be too much (and I don't like white meat anyway, so it would be wasted on me). I always leave a Zankou still somewhat hungry, and that shouldn't happen, not with the prices they're charging. Please, Zankou, offer a three-piece chicken option! Either that, or get bigger chickens! The chicken legs you use are tiny!“
“This place is SO good! Listen, I'm personally a bone-in wing gal and usually ignore tenders... But the seasoning on these tendies is so so so good, I jokingly asked if they sold the seasoning, which to my surprise, they did! (Best bet I got some to go!?) The dips are good, the Jaxon Cajun was my personal favorite - spicy but not too spicy, just right. My partner got the scorpion pepper dipping sauce and it was SPICY! He loved it and also bought a bottle of it to take home.Aside from the amazing food, they have really great beers on tap. We had a few west coast IPAs and Hazy IPAs and they did not disappoint. With the many options, it's easy to be distracted, but Jay Bird's should be your go to spot. They started to really grow a couple years ago and their food and service is why. Each time we've gone, we experience impeccable service. This time around, we ordered the Mac Daddy, which is a friend chicken sandwich loaded with mac n cheese. While it might seem heavy, the cheese sauce is surprisingly light and doesn't overpower the sandwich. It adds a delicate creaminess and great flavor to the sandwich. The chicken is juicy and cooked to a nice level of crispiness. The crinkle cut fries are not a home run, but they're seasoned well and I don't have any complaints. They have a small counter area for dining, but there are tables around the warehouse that are shared amongst the other restaurants. The staff was friendly and they were quickly making the food. Jay Bird's is always consistent at their various locations and my go to "chain" for a fried chicken sandwich.“

The chicken pieces were very tender and juicy with a profound crispness. Overall a really delicious fried chicken meal and the garlic sauce took it to the top.The sweet potato fries were descent but wish there was some type of creamy sweet sauce to dip with it. The corn cheese was also delicious, very cheesy and sweet which complimented the fried chicken flavor.The fried squid was also good and a little too chewy for me but the flavor was there. The seasoning on the taters was a bit overpowering so next time I’ll either get the waffle fries or get plain taters. I like the drink options, they have coffee and iced coffee as part of the fountain drinks option. The Coleslaw is a bit tartary so next time I’ll ask for it It in the side. Great service! “Ordered 2 whole chickens with 4 sides and a large salad with ranch. Tortillas included. Asked for all the salsas, which is 3 different types. Each chicken was cut and put in a container. We got two large rice, 1 beans and 1 coleslaw. Overall, the chicken was tasty and juicy. Btw, you can see the chicken being roasted via wood logs and not gas burners, which added flavor. The rice, beans, and tortillas were on point. The salsas were good. I never got to the salad, but it was your standard iceberg lettuce. All that fed 5 adults and 4 kids with leftovers. I recommend giving this place a try. I will be back when I have a rotisserie chicken kick and need to feed the entire family for well under a Ben.“

I got the Mac n cheese (should have more cheese in my opinion) and I pretty sure much inhaled it. Try dipping it in the ComeBack Sauce!!The Main Chick Sandwich was delicious, especially the coleslaw, and the chicken was juicy. For the heat level, I chose You can do better (mild) which I regret because I don’t eat a lot of spicy food. So I died inside and it didn’t help that the sandwich was hot. Overall, everything was great. This place is for people who love spicy food, but I’m going back just never choosing mild or above.“

It melts in your mouth immediately and has great flavor.“
