“Had an outstanding experience at Al Baraka Restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of authentic flavor. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. The restaurant was clean, comfortable, and the service was fast despite how busy it was. Every dish we tried was excellent, especially the grilled items and fresh bread. Truly one of the best Middle Eastern dining experiences in Anaheim. “We hadn't heard about the golden Skwer before we were looking for a banquet hall for my mom 60th birthday. Reached out and promptly received a call from Carla she was great with giving all the information of everything that is included with booking with them, right off the bat I loved speaking with her she was super friendly even with just speaking over the phone and very nice and friendly when we met to confirm details. everyone in her staff was very friendly. Banquet hall is beautiful in itself, food was amazing we had so many people compliment on how good the food is(mind we we hadn't tried till day of event) we booked because of Carla

“this is the best place in the US, in the past 25yrs we finally find a place has the best taste we were raised on.. very fresh, it was ordered for shipping, we didn't have to add any syrup, we just heated up for a little and I can say the neighborhood not only our house smelled knafeh.. thank you so much, we tried the hareseh also very fresh and tasty... can't wait to try the Helbeh and Warbat.. 😍😍😍“

“It was my first time here, the place looked clean. The young lady at the register was super friendly and courteous. I ordered the lamb chop plate as well as the chicken Kabob plate. The lamb chops were very tasty and tender. The ONLY thing was that the rice and lamb chops were very salty. Unfortunately, I couldn't finish my food, it was just too much salt. I'm willing to give this place a second chance only because I love lamb and they are close to me. The pros outweigh the cons and hopefully next time it won't be salty. Will keep you posted“

“The Kebab Shop is conveniently located in a shipping area near Trader Joe's with ample parking. Ordering at the counter was a snap and the staff was very professional and friendly helping us with our first visit. We decided to try one of their wraps with lamb and steak. After ordering, the staff invited to try some of their choices of yogurt topping. It was a short wait at our table and then our name was called.

The wrap was good sized and filled with lots of meat. I added dill yogurt topping and took a bite; mm mm, so good! The combination of the topping, lamb and fresh veggies were fantastic.

I really enjoyed it and can't wait to go back.“

“Awesome food and great service. Atmosphere is what one would expect a strip mall food joint to be. Garlic paste seemed to be house made but the harissa seemed to be sambal oulek (an Asian chili sauce) everything else is really really good, especially the rice.“

“The food was really good, and the prices for decent. When we got there, it was only my friend and I. Though as the day progressed a lot of people came and went. The service was excellent and the server as well as what I think could have been the owner or the manager keep coming and asking if there was anything that we needed. I would definitely recommend this place to go and eat.“

“I'm so used to getting rice that is room temperature at best. So I ordered the chicken shawarma rice bowl, and the first thing I notice is the rice is warm . . . like really warm. I also have a fear of really hot spicy food because it makes me sick. No problem here - the chicken was so delicious, and not "hot" spicy at all. Just a really great flavor. My friend ordered the same, and her reaction was the same. Great flavor, so tasty! The service was great too! But the very best part was the size of the serving - it was such a generous serving, I had to ask for a to-go container, and enjoyed it again later that day. The restaurant was light, bright and clean. I totally recommend this restaurant.“

“Tried out your Cerritos location, I lived in LA almost 3years and food especially the kebab wrap was the best by far and I have tried different kebab place’s before in LA. One of the best Kebab place in America, the lamb was moist and very tasty with great flavors, the combination of the hummus, salad, fries combined with the lamb was delicious, the fresh flat bread was soft and crispy on the outside. Add the garlic yogurt sauce wow your tastebuds explodes in your mouth, the food was very lite and not heavy like most kebab place so they got the right balance by using the flat bread and not pita bread that most place use on the wrap Well done this place remind me of a place back home in New Zealand. I give The Kebab shop in Cerritos 10/10 Highly Recommend this place to my friends and family and different locations in America. Will go again and try something different on the menu.“

The gyro plate is out of this world! Everything is so fresh and their tzatziki is scrumptious! I always eat an entire order of grape leaves myself! YUM! They have wonderful specials and buy 2 deals, too. :)“

They were backed up as when I first got there they were a little short staffed as The Friday Dinner rush was starting, but they kept their cool, their extra hand showed up, and they did well.
