“We are not much for donuts, but once or twice a month I will treat the family. I've lived in Concord for over twenty years, but King's is a little far away from me and the traditional places that I go. I recently got back from Europe, so my timing is all screwed up so I've been up since 4 am this morning on a Sunday, only to find that no other donut shop in the area opens until 7am... except King's so away I go! It is 6 am, I walk in, the person behind the counter is there smiling, thanked me for coming in, and even gave me the dozen with not just ONE extra donuts but TWO & 6 donut holes!!! The donuts were ???, coffee was excellent and hot. It was $19.00 for the dozen assortment (including 2 chocolate filled pastries) and the large coffee!!!
I am pretty sure she had no idea, it was my first time there...but it certainly won't be my last!!! Highly Recommend!!!“

“This has been a must stop for coffee and donuts for the past couple weeks. They have multiple choices for addative for coffee, including creamers and raw sugar. It is awesome they have mini versions of apple fritters and cinnamon buns. I love apple fritters, but it is hard to finish big ones. With I split them between meals or days. They also have some lunch choices and other beverages. Oh yeah, they are cash only. But don't worry, they have an ATM if you need it.“

Some of the selections were either sold out or close to it! Apparently, you need to arrive really early in the morning for best selection.There were 2 lovely ladies behind the counter. I didn't have time to get their names. Both were friendly & eager to assist me. I requested the custard filled donut. Custard is added AFTER you order it - What??? Love that idea!!! “Today Friday came to this place and the employee Hispanic lady was so rude . She has a very bad attitude with customer service. She even started an argument I told her that’s enough and she keeps arguing over and over . She had a previous costumer and she was having issues with the previous costumers as well and she got mad and after that she had an argument with me for a simple drink and she wanted to give me the drink for free but I said no and paid for my drink, you guys really need to talk to her about her attitude with costumers, she said I was being racist because I was speaking English but we are both Mexican talking to each other and she told me to speak Spanish but I spoke the language I wanted to speak“
