“A really nice employee named Michael was busy doing his closing work about 10 minutes after the store closed. Me and my young daughter who desperately wanted a Pink Drink walked up…but the store was closed. I took a chance, and called the store to see if they would make one for her. Michael happily made Holly her Pink Drink, and brought it to the side door with a chocolate chip cookie too!! He didn’t let me pay for either item!! That’s awesome customer service. “I got a mocha frappe. It was delicious. It's right across the street from downtown Laguna Beach. You can walk across the street and sit on a bench and enjoy the beautiful ocean. Lots of people walking around that day as the sun was out. I did not order any of their food.“
