“A really nice employee named Michael was busy doing his closing work about 10 minutes after the store closed. Me and my young daughter who desperately wanted a Pink Drink walked up…but the store was closed. I took a chance, and called the store to see if they would make one for her. Michael happily made Holly her Pink Drink, and brought it to the side door with a chocolate chip cookie too!! He didn’t let me pay for either item!! That’s awesome customer service. “I was here for training and a bit nervous, since I’m not from here. The staff is wonderful. Polite, welcoming, and informative. I met one young lady working the register on 01/27/25 and she was sooo calming. I recommend you stop by and just enjoy their spirit.“
