“We were invited by an engaged couple in the family to a cake tasting and consultation for their wedding cake. It was great to meet Jennifer, and she really took the time to answer all of our questions. She explained how things work at her cake studio, and she seems very accommodating about deliveries and decoration. Pricing is very reasonable. They are located just off the 5 freeway, very easy to get to. Most of all, the cakes are delicious! We tried 4 different kinds, picked in advance by the engaged couple. All the choices were moist and delicious! Their buttercream frosting was divine, and the cakes were very flavorful. It was a hard choice to pick just one! Of course, Jennifer will also do different flavored tiers for folks who are undecided. We can't wait for the wedding!“

“I came across Shadi's yelp page when I was searching for a bakery to make my wedding cake. I noticed that the options were limited in the area but came across Shadi's page which showcased really nice looking cakes therefore I explored more. I spoke to Shadi briefly, and then followed her ordering process. We had a very intimate wedding of 50 people in total therefore cake tasting was not an option. This meant I'd have to take a risk. I decided to take a chance on a Shadi cake. Let me tell you, I'm so happy I took that chance. The cake was gorgeous and exactly what I wanted. I ordered a double tiered chocolate cake, with vanilla whip cream and fresh raspberry center and a vanilla buttercream frosting. The cake was moist, fresh, and absolutely delicious not too rich or dense! The whipped cream and fresh fruit was very light with the perfect amount of sweetness. Our guests raved about the cake, everyone loved it. Shadi is incredibly kind and sweet herself! Thank you, Shadi, you are so talented and we are very happy with the outcome“

“This was a surprise birthday gift from my hubby to me. Being diabetic, it's been really hard to get a birthday cake for me. He drove an hour there and an hour and a half back just to surprise me. He bought me a banana bread and a vanilla cake with strawberry The banana bread was a little dry but the taste was still good. It was a little more solid than we were used to. The birthday cake was fantastic. It was moist and soft and the cream was delicious!!! There was a layer of strawberry jam in it. And I can't stop saying how delicious thay was. I wasn't personally there at the bakery so I cannot comment on service and ambiance.“

“First time trying Handel's and I completely get the hype! There are so many flavors that it's kind of overwhelming to choose. I went with Banana Cream Pie which tasted just like the real thing in ice cream form! My husband loved his rocky road. Love the generous scoops! There are some tables outside where you can enjoy your ice cream. I'll be back to try more flavors!“

“I had an interview was supposed to meet at Starbucks this sweet little place across the parking lot outside water fountain bench's and the baked goods to die for it was a perfect spot for my interview I'll be back to try more of there delicious things I had a breakfast crescent with egg and sausage along with a chocolate chip scone and a coffee with some amazing creamer this quaint spot out of know where I give 5 stars thank you for the sweet experience today“

“Yum they have the very best Tres Leches cake !One slice is like $10 bucks but a must try!I've gotten a few cakes on and off over the years and all very light and dreamy and never ever disappoint!If for a party or a personal treat in the closet, pick anything and it will be beyond awesome, it's just super expensive!
