Starbucks in Laguna Niguel

“It's one of the best Srarbucks in Laguna Niguel. The staff are friendly and very fast.
I was looking for a bag of garden coffee for my roses, and they did not have any left. While I was waiting for my coffee and muffin, the manager came to me and asked if I needed coffee for the garden bag, and I said yes, but I came late, and there was none left. Later, while I was drinking my coffee, he brought me a big bag of coffee for the garden. I was surprised that these people are so nice to customers. Awesome customer service.i will be back soon.“

“I ordered the featured dark roast black, and my friend ordered Pikes with light cream. Mine was more bitter than expected, so I had a little cream added. My friend found the pike to be a little bitter as well and had more cream added.This location has a good-sized interior dining area and a huge outdoor patio. Tables are well spaced outside, providing a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere.“

“People are wonderful here. Very kind, professional, and welcoming staff. The lady explained me how the start process works and she was very sweet and nice, and she put it in certain words that I understood it. The Starbucks app is very confusing and weird and it’s not intuitive at all but she was super nice and sweet about it and took the time to explain me. When you have somebody who is very patient and kind and explains you so that you can understand.
