“My wife and I have been wanting to try this place for a while because we live in the neighborhood. We finally stopped in this evening and it did not disappoint! We frequent all of the sushi bars in the neighborhood and this one quickly rose to the top of our list. The fish was incredibly fresh across the board, regardless of what we ordered. My favorite roll was the lobster hand roll with soy paper, and the yellowtail sashimi special was also a highlight for us. The owner was very involved to make sure that everybody was enjoying their experience! We will certainly be back to try everything on the menu!“

“Choumont Vegan in Beverly Hills is honestly one of my favorite spots! They have the most amazing croissants – all of them are filled with this super unique oat-based cream that tastes incredible. I’ve never had anything like it before! Everything is vegan and so delicious. I love that they do something new every weekend, like a special pastry or drink – it’s always fun to see what they come up with. The place has a lot of space to sit, super chill vibe, and the staff is really friendly too. Their coffee is amazing, and I’m obsessed with all their signature drinks. We’re visiting from Switzerland and were absolutely blown away! This restaurant is a true highlight for anyone who eats plant-based. Finally a place where vegans aren’t just an afterthought with one or two token dishes on the side of the menu, but are truly at the center.

The selection is huge, creative, and incredibly delicious. Every single dish tasted like it was made with love. We (my wife, two kids and me) enjoyed the variety of vegan meals to the fullest. It’s rare to feel this welcomed and seen as a family with special dietary choices.

A big thank-you also to our wonderful server, who was kind, attentive, and genuinely warm. We not only felt nourished by the food, but also by the energy of the place.

I ordered the All I Avo Wanted - Blue corn, waffle, smashed avocado, feta, shaved radish, over easy egg, chili flakes, hemp seeds, salsa macha. I mean, holy moly. The delivery was beautifully executed and built perfectly. The blue corn waffle was moist yet firm. My mother ordered the Shakshuka - another favorite dish of mine that WOWed. You can not go wrong with Parakeet. Thank you to the divine chefs and baristas - you made Parakeet the most beloved restaurant during our time in California!!!“

“I was in town traveling for work and stopped into Bacari Sherman Oaks for dinner. As a party of one, I was able to grab a seat at the bar, where I ended up having an excellent experience. I struck up a conversation with the bartender, Skyler, who was not only super friendly but incredibly knowledgeable about the entire menu.

Since it was my first time there, I asked Skyler to choose the dishes for me and he absolutely nailed it. Every plate was on point.

Highly recommend Bacari for anyone visiting the area and if you can, grab a seat at the bar and let Skyler take care of you. You won't be disappointed!“

“Easily the best vegan ramen I’ve ever had. It has a really rich, savory broth, which is a nice change of pace since vegan broth is usually a watered down afterthought at most places. It comes fully loaded with mushrooms and hashbrowns (??!?) but you can add additional veggies or an egg if youre feeling it. Very simple menu but they execution is 1000/10!“

“My brother and I had the most amazing night of superb jazz and food this past Sunday, entertained by Betty Bryant and ensemble. Her fingers moved like liquid gold on the keyboard and her compositions were witty and mesmerizing. The word that kept coming to mind as they performed was "subtle." The music was powerful, but so discrete as to be gentle and gentile. Woodwinds, Bass, and Drums - all played with the kind of delight that makes everyone love the performers as well as the music. As for food, one dish stood out particularly: the creamed spinach with blue cheese. Please tell Chef I would love that recipe! I'm back home in Tennessee now and plan to attempt to copy it, but having the authentic recipe to serve to friends when we entertain would be over the top! “Leo's Superfood Cafe is definitely the best way to me! This fully gluten free + fully vegan spot is located in more so in Lake Balboa, California, but actually resides in the city of Northridge, Los Angeles, California in a small plaza lot near the Van Nuys Airport. It's off the intersection of Roscoe Blvd/Louise Avenue in a small plaza with parking. Their baked good are incredible with a big selection of flavors. While their Daring Pot Pie is a top favorite. I can't say anything bad about their pizzas, wraps, quesadillas, sandwiches, shakes, teas, espresso, plates, bowls and other beverages. I do have to avoid their seed based bread do to my sunflower seed allergy, but everything is clearly labeled and the are very allergen cautious. Love their Leo's Superfood Breakfast Burrito, "Meat" Lovers Pizza, Hot Hash Keto Bowl and Crunchwrap. Definitely my top recommend aside from the Pot Pie and desserts. Everything is made with care. The service is excellent and the absolutely love and appreciate their staff as well as all us customers.“

The toppings were delicious! Not only was the food amazing but the ambience of his stand gave it some spooky vibes which I absolutely love !!! The crazy part is, I’m not even vegan, and I would choose these forever snd ever. My friends were also very pleased with their dogs as well. They even bought some to go for later !
