“I was famished and tired this day leaving from an oil change I found on Groupon. I’d been waiting on my car service 3 hours so as I finally left I found this place.
The man at the counter was smiling and very welcoming. It brought me a bit of joy. My food was hot and he even asked if I wanted extra sauce (never heard before) . The places that just waste sauces because it’s not their money makes me a BIt bothered But this place seemed to have a well oiled system that included great customer service. Thanking them for the food and the smiles. I love experiences especially great ones.“

“We really enjoy the Loft Hawaiian food. They closed the really big nice one in Torrance and now there are multiple small ones with simple decor. The food is still amazing but the atmosphere is a bit less than the big restaurant was. I recommend everything but my favorite dishes are. Lomi Salmon, spam musubi, island style fried chicken, lau law and of course the kalua pork. It seems like everything comes with rice and macaroni salad. 😋 so good. I don't think you can go wrong here everything is delicious.“

“Just got back from Waikiki. Service was great. Food was o.k. did the chicken katsu, and the 3 meat plate. There was gristle, bone, fat, etc. Zippy's and Rainbow drive in blow this place out of the water (in Waikiki). Those are in and out spots, no gristle, fat you can't chew, bone pieces. Where's the spam? Anyhow, tried it. It's o.k. won't go back. Does not represent the food in waikiki.“

The staff was incredibly patient and took the time to walk us through the menu, helping us navigate the variety of proteins and sides for our poke bowls. “I tried this place for the first time today, and I am very happy I did.
It is a hole in the wall type place with Hawaiian style poke & other Hawaiian dishes.
I had the sweet & spicy ahi and salmon combination with rice, and it was excellent, in my opinion. Also, the service was quick and really friendly.

“Awesome first experience! The traffic on Eastern had me turn into this food court. I've been to the green olive but decided for the Benton box at Poki N Roll. The tempura was lightly breaded and crispy. The portion of chicken and rice was very generous and I liked that the chop the chicken. Paola was very warm and welcoming. Thank you so much to the BOH and FOH for the great food and service. I'll be back to try other menu items.“

Place looks good ONLY 1 issue the drink station is bad looks like it has some rust and old dry liquid that escapes from it I think all that rust is in the ice and maybe in the water that mixes with the soda they need to change it or get it maintained as you can see in pictures it’s been like this for a while…“

“Normally great food/service. Not today. I specifically asked for the sweet/sour sauce for my 6 piece order of Rangoons. What I got 6 packets of hot sauce.
While Normally very clean, I watched as one employee stood on a chair to clean the top of the canned beverage cooler and then stood on a seating bench to clean. She did NOT wipe off the seats she was standing on.“

“Was in the area and saw this poke spot was close. I stopped in and the food looked really fresh and there was plenty of people inside and it was only 11:30. I ordered the large with 5 scoops and it filled me up. If I’m back in the area I will definitely have to stop and eat again“

“First time eating here and we had a positive experience. My husband and kid both had the regular katsu curry plates and I had a regular size Loco moco. They ate their whole plates and I only ate half, trying to save room for ice cream at Afters next door. I would say I enjoyed my plate except for the ground beef patties were tough. I wish they were more tender like burger patties at fast food restaurants, but the gravy was better than all of the other local Hawaiian style restaurants around since it tasted real and not from a can or dry mix taste like other places. The macaroni salad was yummy too. Reasonably priced with generous portions, we would definitely come back to try other menu items!“

“It was good. I really enjoyed my poke bowl, and so did my asian mother who actualy doesn’t enjoy very much of anything not Chinese. My mother was kicking and screaming when I suggested the hanger. She was originally going to go somewhere else but I was very surprised when she brought a poke bowl back to our table. And she liked it. I ate a large, ate a half of a bowl, and brought the rest home. Put it in the fridge and took it out and just ate it and it was good! Some places the rice and other stuff isn’t good quality anymore, but nope this was just dandy. I got the brown rice, the salmon, albacore, spicy tuna, and octopus. I got most of everything. Got the asian sauce and the spicy mayo. I am accustomed to having poke bowls not as often but sometimes. But for my mother who I didn’t think would like it, to like it thats pretty good. It was her first time eating a poke bowl too.“

“I’ve been to other Ohana’s it’s always been a good meal, this place isn’t any different.I just had 4 spam musubi’s and 2 chicken musubi’s. All were delicious and filling for the lunch hour. I weil suggest “easy rice” for less rice and the chicken/spam were cooked/sauced perfectly.I’d definitely come back and try their other menu items.“

Went to Check on Pancakes 5 Staff Standing Around Talking. Was told Pancakes were coming. After 10 minutes they finally arrived. Other Customers were having Service Problems Too.“

“I'm always hesitant to order a "spicy" dish because I never think it'll actually pack a punch, but man oh man was the Spicy Meat Party nice and spicy! And you could taste so many layered flavors and not just the spice! I thought it was EXCELLENT. Also loved the side of avocado mac salad. The rice was great for the foundation.I tried the volcano 2 and spicy mayo combo and couldn't really taste the heat at all. Probably needed more flavoring. A but bland. But the bowl size and portion for 5 protein is good. 15.99. Adding an avocado baby scoop is probably worth it at 1.50 extra to give your bowl extra texture. Enjoyed the bowl. Spice up the sauces.“

“I love this poke place. They are super friendly and fast! The person who helped me was helpful by explaining their ingredients and what the sizes were, without getting annoyed or bothered by me asking questions. I was served very quickly and it is a good amount of food. Very filling and delicious. Always fresh..I'm seriously always recommending people go here. “Came here a bunch of times and never disappointed. The food is delicious and they give a great amount of it, especially for the price. The only little problem is that it has happened that few times they didn't understand my instructions (just no veggies lol) even though i asked repeatedly. I think is just because English is not the owner's first language, so as long as you make sure they understood you are good to go! I recommend 100%“
