“Came here for lunch always enjoy a good sushi spot. Was seated right away want to busy. Decided to order a bento box with chicken teriyaki, gyoza, and spicy tuna roll. All were delicious. Bento box came with miso soup which was great and a salad that I didn't care for as it was warm and barely had any dressing on it. I ordered some sashmi, 6 pieces of Tuna, tasted very fresh and was wanted would of ordered more of not being full from the bento box. Definitely would recommend stopping by if looking for some good sushi.“

“Had a great experience! Food portions are bigger than I expected, so I definitely could have gone without ordering a second item. Great prices for amount of food and it was delicious! The server was so kind and very on top of our service. It was a busy night and she apologized for the wait, but honestly, I think we maybe waited 10-15 minutes? Which didn’t feel like anything abnormal while waiting for a meal. I also left my to-go container by accident and she tracked me down outside to make sure I had it. Very kind and over the top service for us! Definitely recommend supporting!“

“This is the best sushi spot in town. It's a family owned business and you can tell they take pride in the food they serve. The fish is fresh and the rolls are beautiful. I highly recommend the tekka, Hawaii, spider roll and the Kevin roll. The bento boxes are amazing. The teriyaki beef is delicious. Their udon is so good, the broth is perfection. The owners are so nice and you'll feel right at home when you eat there.“

“Cured is a true gem! This is a small, intimate restaurant with an excellent eye for detail and quality. The owners, Franny and Joe are culinary and service experts, and put so much effort into creating memorable dining experiences. The cuisine is Japanese adjacent with a west coast twist. I loved the halibut sashimi. It was dressed with extra virgin olive oil, and this really brought out the fat of the halibut and was so savory and balanced. Go treat yourself! <3“
