“Worried to go there because of bad reviews. But we stayed there for few hours and it was great and very relaxing. Lounges around the pool are in good condition, clean. All resort was clean, no dirt or rubbish around. Quite and comfortable. The price was 20JD included a dinner. Buffet style, a lot of choices and very tasty. Beach is small but you don't need bigger in Dead sea. Showers on the beach and next to pools. Would recommend to go there. Don't understand these bad reviews. Everything was great.“

“Great quality of meats and great service. There is minced meat at the bar that is sooo good. I might just come for that next time tbh xD there's also thick Japanese rice at the self serve counter and curry which was a bit bland imo. There's spicy soy, ponzu, radish, garlic, green onions, soybean and Thai chilis for the sauces. The meat selections are great quality. You actually can see the marbling on the meat. Basic option is a good deal for just the meats and soup. Silver and diamond comes with more options like the chef specials, seafood platter and more options and higher cuts of meat. For broth we had sukiyaki which was sweet and savory and spicy miso, which was a bit bland but add in some extras like soy sauce chili and garlic and it's perfect. They have ice cream for all options: vanilla, matcha, strawberry and coffee. They also have these fried dough you can order as appetizers or for desserts that are delicious if you dip it in the condensed milk. I liked this place and would definitely be back again.“

“The meat was average, the rest of the food also was average for shabu shabu. We ordered small side dishes and it came to $50 a person. The food wasn't worth that much. The waiter was polite but was a little slow. Plenty of parking at the free parking lot. Didn't see anything specific about food allergy options.“

“The best wagyu meat we have ever eaten in our lives (at least until now) delicious. We ordered the tasting plate for 2 of Japanese wagyu + accompaniment and a plate of another premium meat. Everything was great and the man who served us was super friendly!!“

“I've been here before with colleagues but tonight was our first date night with my wife as a married couple. The friend who knew my colleague came to personally welcome us which made my wife feel special. The ambiance is always nice and private along with the menu which changes from time to time which makes for an amazing dining experience to try new menu items. Food was delicious and came out on time. I do not have any complaints and we will be coming back in the near future“

“Ordered take-out. Bipimbap was ok, protein portion was small, maybe 4 tablespoons size. Likely will not order that again. However, the Budae Jjigae, had a nice (but not overly spicy broth) with ham, hot dog and spam. Would definitely order it again.“

“Yesterday, Jan. 17, 2022, at around 2:39 P.M., my wife and I had lunch. I highly commend the staff for following the health protocol of checking the proof of vaccination of their customers. We were approached by a young lady waitress who took our orders and after a while, we were served our lunch order. Then came the time we had to pay our lunch bill. We called her attention and she handed us the bill book but she left right away after pouring the leftover broth in the styrofoam containers but we still have some food to go but she left without finishing her job with us and leaving the book with our payment. We saw her by the door greeting new customers coming in and totally ignoring our presence and stood there nonchalantly as if we were invisible. She should have finished with us before attending to new customers. This is a “no-no” for a business place like this! Not all customers are honest and could have slipped out without paying their bill on a case like this. All I did was to stand up and hand our payment to another waiter who was around. This lady waitress did not totally come back to us. I would like to call the attention of Yuzu Shabu Management to address the and take action to this matter and to monitor this behavior of its staff. In any business, Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance. Thank you for your kind attention!“
