“First time here and it was great. We showed up around 830pm and they had a few items out but for the most part everything we wanted we were able to get. Service is quick and friendly. The food was delicious but it'll depend on the broth you pick. Tomato tasted great for a non spicy and the szechuan for a spicy one was great as well. Many other flavors to come back and try.“

“I believe their wagyu is better than their lamb (that’s my personal preference though).

I get the whole all you can eat thing, but charging us to clean the waisted food is crazy, especially without even allowing a take home box lol
It’s also expensive as well and their stuffed lambs aren’t accessible for purchase, which my kids weren’t too happy about. Who is really going to go out of their way to spend over $700 to win a small lamb stuffed animal LOL but anyway.

“Delicious pay-per-pound hot pot at The Source! The service was really good. Our waitress kept checking up on us and our kids. The restaurant is spacious and very clean. They have one area where you grab your bowl and load up with all the ingredients you'd like. They even have a scale for you to check the weight in case you are trying not to order too much. They basically have everything you would want at a pay-per-pound hot pot. Actually they have items I had never seen before. I didn't take a picture to type down the name but they were fun ingredients that even my kids loved.

Their sauce selection is decent too. The only thing they didn't have here was sacha sauce but this is a Korean style restaurant. I can't expect them to have it lol. Overall, definitely would come back the next time I'm at the Source!“

“We were looking for a place to eat late into the night and found this on Google. Boy was it good!!!! It's all you can eat and they have different combos for anyone's budget. They were really nice and got us a table even though it was late but honestly we left stuff silly on all the tasty food. It's such a pretty location and the servers were helpful despite us ending our time a little after closing. We got the combo B and almost every meat we tried was a hit. They have so many options in broth, seafood, and veggies. Sidenote: I can't recommend the lemonade enough XD they also have a nice little punch card deal with a nice reward for when you hit 10 visits. We will be back for more in the future! Have patience the quality is worth it.“

“I absolutely love Kiazen Shabu! The food here is consistently amazing, with fresh ingredients and rich, flavorful broths that make every bite memorable. The owner and the entire team are incredibly friendly, always making you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. I first visited when they first opened a few years ago, and at that time, it wasn’t too busy. But with the incredible food, excellent service, and inviting atmosphere, it’s no surprise that Kiazen Shabu has become so popular. “The servers were really attentive and helpful with introducing us with the menu we chose the premium options and I don’t think I can go back the meats esp the special Wagyu and ribeye were really good not chewy at all plus the sushi was a hit I love it so much but I had to save room for the rest of the options they have !! They also got appetizers you can order through the tablet, beer on the tap, and mocktails overall good experience and the staff was able to hold down their busy restaurant while making sure everyone is being helped!“

“This AYCE hot pot in Irvine is such a nice surprise! The fish maw chicken broth was so tasty. You get unlimited beef, seafood, drinks and desserts. No weird hidden charges at all. Space is clean and laid‑back. Perfect spot to bring friends when you want to pile on food without blowing your whole budget.“

“The meats were pretty decent, the ponzu was properly made, plenty of chopped scallions, sufficient amount of fresh veggies including 茼蒿price was reasonable for AYCE, and the eating area was roomy and comfortable. We tried its house spicy base, which was a bit spicy but good and the clear bone broth.

We haven’t been to this plaza for a couple of years and seemed that after HMart opened its Chino location, this plaza has been quite empty.“

“We came here on a Saturday for the first time, not really knowing what to expect and honestly feeling a little unfamiliar with everything. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel so welcomed, comfortable, and taken care of.

Our server was absolutely wonderful. She kindly asked us if it was our first time instead of assuming that we already knew how everything worked. She was so patient and sweet with us. She even brought us a picture book/menu to help us understand our options and how to order. What I appreciated most was the way she explained everything—she never once made us feel embarrassed, uncomfortable, or like we were asking “stupid” questions. She genuinely wanted to make sure we had a good experience.

Every time we ordered something, they would kindly double-check with us to make sure we had ordered exactly what we wanted. They did it in such a respectful and friendly way that made us feel cared for rather than corrected.

They were also incredibly thoughtful about dietary restrictions. We mentioned that we don’t eat pork, and they immediately placed a “NO PORK” sign on our table so everyone serving us would be aware. They continued checking on us throughout the meal to make sure everything was okay and that we were comfortable. That level of attention and consideration really stood out to us.

They even had little things available to make the experience easier and more comfortable, like hair ties for women, gloves, and aprons so we wouldn’t worry about getting our clothes dirty. It was clear that they had thought about the little details that make a big difference.

Most importantly, everyone we interacted with was genuinely kind, patient, welcoming, and respectful. We never felt rushed or out of place. They made us feel comfortable from beginning to end, especially as first-time customers who were unfamiliar with everything.

The food was great, but honestly, the hospitality is what made the experience so memorable. You can tell that the staff truly cares about their customers and wants everyone to leave happy.

“This place is really good. We got the Bun bo hue, vermacelli hanoi, and broken rice plate. Prices are reasonable and the flavors are good. I liked the little char on their Viet meatballs. The portions are decent. The bun bo hue has really good flavor, not watery nor just salty. You can order right off the tablet for quick orders. This might be one of my new favorite places to go.“

“I live nearby and would like to support this Bar 100%. Staff and food quality and cleanliness are equally excellent. Have been going to this bar for more than 5YRs. Also, the location and the next-door wonderful restaurants are attractive to hang out.
This review is to suggest a few things that might attract more traffic: providing options of peanut-sauces (I loved the P. sauce from California Shabu Shabu but chose this Bar to support the business), installing the led-blinking light with a design for the interior wall and wrap around the bar. “I don’t even live in the area and every time I come to SoCal to visit my friend I insist that we visit this place. Their catfish is my favorite. I love the fresh vegetables that comes with it and of course the dipping sauce. I can never get enough and the prices are always reasonable!“

“Solely come to Brea mall for the undefeated combo of Tang bar and Chagee tea. It’s the best! Tang bar has a wide selection of veggies, meat, noodles, etc. my favorite will always be the enoki mushrooms. The ladies at the cashier are always great and the soup comes out fast. Love that they also have a complimentary ice cream freezer always a good selection.“

“I came by because of the special pricing on their Com Tam and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. The Suon, Cha and Nuoc Mam were superbly done. I haven't found this level of quality and expertise outside of VN so this was great. Their Bi is was somewhat off on the day of my visit because the pork skin was a bit sticky but the flavor was fine. They're doing a Com Tam special for $10 and $12 probably to bring in new customers, but I would probably pay $20 and save myself a trip to VN (ha ha). Will update my review when I have a chance to try their other food items.“

“My cousins brought me here to celebrate my 25th birthday. I love shabu, and I have yet to try this spot out.

Parking: They're located in a medium sized plaza, and there's plenty of free parking.

Ambiance/Environment: It's very clean inside. There's a decent amount of seating. We visited on a Thursday night, so it wasn't too busy.

Service: Our server was efficient. We didn't catch her name, but she was knowledgable about the menu when we asked questions. Throughput was under 15 min after ordering. After receiving our orders, our server checked on us a couple times.

Soup & meats: My bf and I ordered the 'specials for 2' and went with the shared brisket set. The soup was decent; wasn't too salty. My favorite part were the briskets. It came with a generous amount of briskets. The toppings were also fresh. This special included beers and desserts.“
