“Great drinking food. Got the lamb, beef, squid and pork belly skewers. The pork was my fav out of those 4. The fried milk was surprisingly good. We also enjoyed the enoki mushroom, grilled scallop, and cheesy corn. Love the atmosphere and decor.“

“Small location, service and food ?. The only done fall is the smell of the fuel they use on the hot pot to keep it warm is in the air. But once your food is delivered you get use to it. Fresh veggies and meat. It's not a group hit pot. Two people can share one pot. Cute date location.“

“I’ve heard a lot of good things about Haidilao and finally came here for dinner today! I just wanna tell everyone to come here at least once! Everyone here is super friendly and helpful. They’re also very patient and knowledgeable about their menu. The most surprising is that, the staff team will sing a unique birthday songs to customers who come here for celebration. They also have some performances which are very entertaining. What an experience! Highly recommended!“

“Love this sukiyuki restaurant! We get the standard vision, and it's very good! The meat quality is excellent, and melts in my mouth. The sushi is fresh, and I like their tuna sashimi as well. Curry is pretty good. Their milk tea is pretty good quality, and I recommend you try it. I definitely will come back to try better vision here. I recommend people come here early so parking and waiting time would be less, and make sure to eat wagyu as much as possible if you are hungry.“

“Exploring new places for hot pot and picked this one to try. The selections of vegetables and seafoods were abundant. It’s included with the meat choice of combo. From the basic to the waygu beef premium. Order your cuts of meat through the servers and the rest is at the cooler for your picking. Mix your own dipping sauce at one of the stations. They have small selection of dessert items, very basic, fried milk bun served with condensed milk. It was a bit dry since it was sitting out for quite sometime, the red bean filling sesame balls were a bit stale. Service was great! We went there around 5:30pm on a weekend night and there was no waiting.
Vegetarian options: One side of the cooler has a large selection of vegetables and tofu for vegetarians.“

“Actually iconic. You grab whatever you want in your hot pot and they weigh it and just charge that. And it tasted so good. Spicy af. They even help you with to-go by preparing and packing the soup alongside your boiled ingredients. Highkey need them to open more stores all over. Awesome cool friendly staff :))“

“My first experience was at the Tustin location, and had to come bring my cousin who lives in the area so she can experience the gloriousness that is AYCE skewer hotpot here at MLBB.
Despite it being 90°F outside, we still continued our plan to eat here. It was fine as the AC was on.
We came in for lunch and got the a la carte broth - half bone broth and half spicy butter oxtail. We also ordered the AYCE meats on the menu and enjoyed a variety of the skewer options.
However, I would stay away from the spicy broth if you can't handle it, as, even for me, who can hold their spice pretty decently, the mild option was so spicy, my cousin and I were dying, but it was still so good that we continued eating.
There wasn't much staff, but they did their job well and explained things for us and had good service.
I absolutely loved the retro street vibes in the restaurant, as well as the vintage posters of popular celebrities in Taiwan.
Overall, it's a really great experience and will definitely come back.“

“I went there for brunch and had the Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict and a Shrek Latte with matcha, brown sugar, cinnamon.I must say, the customer service and food both exceeded my expectations. I would definitely go there again to try other items on their menu.“

“The environment is very good, unique, clean and hygienic. The price is right and the menu is rich, especially the various side dishes and snacks, which are very popular with children. The service attitude is super good, the beautiful waiter has high emotional intelligence and the service is perfect. Everyone had a great time eating here!“

“Very delicious hotpot. The copper hot pot is a bit small and not very convenient for shabu-shabu. You must choose two pot bases. We ordered a lamb scorpion and a spicy hot pot, both tasted good. I ordered a lamb roll and beef, which was large and fresh. The beef balls were a little stringy, but not bad.The service is very attentive, soup is often refilled, and the checkout is quick.“

“If you want to experience a healthy, vibrant meal made with love, come to True Seasons.
Especially great for those who can’t choose one thing or have different tastes in their party, they offer everything from hot pot to wraps to poke to curry and more. My husband is vegetarian and they have ample options for vegans, vegetarians and pescatarians.
We didn’t have a reservation and were seated right away. The seating is fun, you are seated around the bar.
We had the following:
Vegan spring rolls ($11) - 3/5
This seemed like any usual frozen spring rolls. It tasted a bit bland and came with a generic sauce you can find in stores. I wouldn’t order this again. My husband did like it.
Vegan hot pot ($25 + $2 for spicy miso broth) - 5/5
Lots of vegetables are provided! If you don’t like a certain vegetable (hubby doesn’t eat mushrooms), let them know and they’ll switch it out! This was SO MUCH FOOD! He loves the dipping sauces.
Poke bowl ($17) - 4/5
For poke, there is no variety provided. Basically, this is the one option. I’m used to going to poke places and building my own bowl, so I would prefer some variety in toppings. Now, the tuna quality is excellent!! Really delicious. Also, SO MUCH FOOD! I ate this over the course of 3 days, that’s how much there was! One note of caution: easy with the sauce! I didn’t realize the sauce on the side was so salty and quickly realized that was why the sauce was on the side!
Steamed mixed vegetables ($3) - 5/5
I also asked for vegetables because I was told the poke bowl did not come with vegetables. I was surprised by how MUCH FOOD was provided! They also stayed super hot the whole meal!
All in all, the prices are very good considering how much quantity of food is provided.
Also, the staff is incredibly sweet and very attentive. We were the last ones there and she even offered us to order dessert and it was past closing time! She shared she doesn’t rush anyone out just because they’ve closed. I was wow’d by that.
I can’t remember her name but there’s a manager who works there most days and she’s the best. She worked for the previous owners and I remember her from that time. She loves what she does and you can totally tell from the love she pours into the patrons. Definitely pay them a visit!
Vegetarian options: Lots of vegan options too!“

“Ah Lien owned by a small Taiwanese family may close by the end of this month due to slow business. This is one of the best hot pots and probably the last authentic Taiwanese hot pot in SoCal. The soup broth is tasty and authentic to Taiwanese flavors. They have a high quality and vast selection of meats. The service is fast & efficient as they are very quick with getting your orders. The price point may be a bit high compared to shabu shabu or AYCE places, but their quality is top notch. I've been a long time customer and I really do hope the community would come out and support this small business & the family one last time!“

“This place changes from cafe to shabu shabu at 5pm. The meat quality is very good. It’s special cut so it’s very tender. I had 2x regular which made me very full with the veggies and rice. The chicken wings are very good too! They make the broth here in house and it’s great. I think shabu was a bit sweet but it’s still good. My server was very friendly. It gets very busy towards the evening. Great vibes!“

“The best Malatang in Los Angeles, especially the secret bone broth, with dipping sauces is even better than the soup base in some hot pot restaurants. I have eaten at all the restaurants by Zhang Liang and Yang Guofu, and they are not to my taste. This is the only one that I want to go back to because of its delicious flavor. I hope the boss keeps it going.“

“What an awesome little restaurant that popped up here. Was looking to try something new and found this amazing little bao spot. The most amazing thing is how they fry these bao. The bottom is hard and crunchy and the top is soft, making a soup filled bao in either seafood, curry or the standard pork. They sell them in quantities of 6 and 2 to 3 is enough to fill me! Highly recommend a quick lunch or dinner here, you won’t be disappointed in the authentic flavors.“

“Great place for hot pot super flavorful sauces I loved the sesame peanut one and the variety of the sauces were fantastic. It is tucked away but thanks to Yelp we found the review helpful. I recommend the Taiwanese version with very spicy and the beef one if you have little ones. Will come back! Great service as well.“

“We ordered 2 pots on Sunday night, the Crab on Fire doesn’t taste as good as before. They also raised the prices. Meat quality was good. Came with veggies that are 1 time refill only. 2 people with 2 soup bases and 2 trays of meat total to almost $100. If you like spicy, ask for hot drops.“

“Big menu spicy everything shop that's got a lot of flavors in various meats, veggies and tofu. The spicy fish head is very good and I liked the spicy sliced lamb too. They do perhaps more take out business than dining in, which is a good sign that there's a lot of local support.“

“A good go to asian place. Fast service, nice staff. Sometimes they have trouble handling crowds, but otherwise never had a complaint with delivered, take out or dine in food. Has a decent variety and some vegetarian options too. It is a chain and this location does get busy - Lunches and Dinners can get a little slow service. But overall a great place.“

“Those who gave bad reviews must be malicious reviews sent by competitors. The environment is good, the service is good, and the food is fresh and delicious. Those who said it was expensive were those who commented on it few years ago. Prices are soaring recently, but the restaurant still maintain the original price. The pot for two people actually is enough for 3. Do those who say the portions are small eat one barrel each meal? I don’t understand people who gave one star at all. You even need $25 for pho if taxes and tips add now. Those who can’t afford it should cook at home instead of going to restaurants.“

“It’s so delicious. It’s good quality and reasonably priced. I’ll repurchase the pork belly chicken endlessly. Thank you, boss. I hope the restaurant can keep going. There are so few restaurants in Los Angeles that I can keep coming back to. Most of them are blocked after I go there once. I have been eating here for more than three years and the taste remains the same.“

“Boba shops are everywhere in Southern California, but Ten Ren stands out for one simple reason: quality. The difference here is in the ingredients, and especially the tea. It’s what sets Ten Ren apart from other similar spots, even if most people can't quite put their finger on it. All they know is that the drinks here just taste better. For me, it's all about the Milk Tea Boba—rich, smooth, and consistently great. If you're looking for a standout boba experience, Ten Ren is the place to go.“

“We come here often because we love the food. I just don't understand how you run out of rice! It has happened at least 3 -4 times that we've come, and we have to wait until the next batch is ready. Just crazy... need another rice steamer.“

“In April 2024, news outlets reported that the severe cold temperatures hit record lows, and the streets were filled with people hospitalized or even dead from frostbite. Thousands of families were shattered and their families were shattered every day as a result.I will never forget that day. Because of the cold weather for many days in a row, I lost my appetite. I lay weak and dying at home. The cold air from the cold floor almost cracked the ceiling of my house. I escaped in a hurry and drove. I collapsed in the Hanlin Teahouse 40 minutes away from my home, quietly waiting for death to harvest my small and fragile life. However, at this time, someone touched my shoulder lightly, "Is it an angel?", I thought. "Hello, would you like to order some food?", he said. I thought I had arrived in heaven, and with tears in my eyes accepted the angel's invitation and walked into the restaurant. With a charming smile and a moving dance, he brought the hot pot and the special milk green to me. I had no appetite at first and couldn't help but hand it over. I was so drunk that I almost stuffed my whole mouth that was frostbitten from the cold into the pot. (Please do not imitate as you may be injured). This hot pot is overflowing with aroma, rich soup, rich ingredients and delicious ingredients. It warms my heart in the cold weather and looks particularly delicious. The milky green is fresh and sweet, and the faint aroma of brown sugar outlines the sweetness of the tea. It is obviously cold but does not feel cold. , replaced by an unprecedented coolness and smoothness in my heart. When I took the last bite, I was shocked...Ah, I'm still alive.Ah, it's so good to be alive.Ah, this food is supposed to be in heaven. It turns out that this paradise is Hanlin Tea House./The waiter's attitude is very good and friendly (⁎⁍̴̛ᴗ⁍̴̛⁎) and the reply is very clear and clear. The ingredients are fresh and reasonably priced. They are very delicious and clean. The only drawback is that the customers are sometimes a bit arrogant.Everyone remember to say thank you to the waiter❤️“

“- Wasn’t able to take pics inside but the place has interesting designs such as the mask collection on the wall- We ordered the clear and spicy miso and definitely liked the spicy miso more! (it was not too spicy but only the right amount of kick ~ as said by the staff, if you can handle sriracha, you can also handle the spicy miso which is true)- Looots of meat, ingredients, & sauces to choose from- A must try for hot pot enthusiasts“
