“From the start Cailyn was super helpful, incredible customer service. As a family that smokes at home we had high expectations to which they did not disappoint!Dino rib, brisket and Mac n Cheese were exceptional! The atmosphere was great, the restaurant was clean, although they didn't have waiters, the staff was helpful.Thank you Cailyn and the awesome guy with the cute hat for all your help! :)Definitely we're returning!“
“This has got to be some of the best fried chicken wings I have tried! These oven baked wings beat out some of the best fried wings I've tasted. Their flavors pack a punch in a delicious way. I really enjoyed their volcano (decently spicy), soy garlic and sweet spicy. All of the flavors were pretty fantastic. I'd skip over the fries as they have an interesting after taste. Their baguette bowl is a sweet garlic cream cheese filled bread bowl. Overall, it is a fantastic new wings spot with a lot of good options. I'd definitely come back for more.“
“This place is so cute! It reminds me of a hipster joint you would find in LA or Tokyo. They play funky music and offer happy hour everyday 8pm to close and you get $2 off munchies (their version of appetizers or small plates) and $1 off drinks. The food can be pretty spicy. For example, the drunken noodles were like a 7/10 on spice level. The boat noodle soup was loaded with robust flavor. The fried chicken wings appetizer was moist with a sweet and tangy sauce. They offer a variety of drinks from Thai tea to fresh coconut as well as unique desserts! I've been to Thailand and some of the best Thai restaurants in LA and OC and this place ranks among them for their creativity and uniqueness. The service is good and everything came out in good time. Another plus is that they provided eco-friendly to go packaging AND their water is fresh and clean! Didn't taste like tap water! I'd come back to try their other foods but make sure that the spice is not as intense.“
“It was a loooong drive back to THE IE with Grandma's chicken riding shotgun. The fam better be glad I love them.Chicken was broasted to perfection! And I love the potato wedges. Crispy on the outside and soft and delicious on the inside.“
“I love this place! If you've seen it and wondered I suggest you stop in. They used to have 2 items on their menu but now it's more extensive. Salads, different chicken dishes, egg rolls and lots of great teas, coffee and Boba. The environment is fun and relaxing, the staff is friendly and quick but best of all the food is great!“
“A bad experience at the green chili, they served us cold food, I spoke to the owner or manager and he told me with a mocking tone, there is a lady who told me to eat it because it has to be cold, it wasn't even polite and he never said we can heat it up like this that we will never return to that place.“
“BBQ upscale fast food. Cool concept, decor and menu options. Good amount of meat for the price....especially on the plates. Included sides were small portions. Order off to the register on the side once walking in, which was confusing for a first timer. Personally, the meat was much too salty to be a regular.“
“This place has been opened for ten months - how could I have not known about this? Until my neighborhood friends recommended this place. No more making the drive in traffic out to Savoy in Alhambra when craving for Hainan chicken rice. It's a small restaurant tucked behind Popeye's fried chicken adjacent to Auntie Anne's pretzel and Jamba Juice. They have a limited menu that specializes in chicken rice. For my first try I kept it simple with Hainan chicken rice to go order. There is regular and a larger size portions. The perfectly sliced boneless chicken sits on top of ginger chicken broth flavored rice comes with minced cucumber slices, and three sauces sambal, soy sauce, and ginger sauce. There is also a small side of chicken broth. The chicken tastes clean, no MSG detected. Next time I'll be back to try the fried chicken. No cash accepted, pay by cashless credit card or Apple Pay at the kiosk.“
“These guys have dialed it in! In response to a message I recieved after my prior review I requested no seasoning and well done for my fries and wow, what an improvement! The chicken crimsons were amazing as always. 10/10 This time we tried the onion. It was kind of like an awesome blossum from outback. 9 bucks and lots of delicious crispy savory onion for the price. This place is very nice inside, I carried good out this time but, used their restroom on this visit. It is very clean and well maintained. We will be back for sure, thanks for the good eats, Crimson Coward!“
“Love this place! always stop by when I'm in the area. food is very generous and the best Mediterranean food around. feel really good afterwards like home cooked food. I love the Maison special salad and the Spicy chicken kabob with greek coleslaw and hummusVegetarian options: a lot of vegetarian options labeled with a green leaf, can honestly just get one of there monster salads without chicken“
“First time here after moving to California, my cashier Saad was an amazing and friendly guy, they’re food is delicious, I especially recommend they’re black angus burger (double patty), their Nashville chicken sandwich, and their biscoff pudding.“
“I'm not a Korean chicken connoisseur, so I didnt know what to expect. Safe to say, I'm now a fan. Perfect crisp on the chicken and once you start munching, you can't stop. Service was great. They don't close the lids on to go orders when you pickup, as to keep them from not steaming in the carton and they remain CRUNCHY. Highly recommend. The only reason they don't have a line out the door is most likely the location. I invite all to pay a visit and support local eateries like this one.“
“Perfection! Got the og chicken and waffle sandwich. So yummy! The strawberry lemonade was good too. There is indoor seating and out door seating/ patio. Very clean. With nice restrooms. Staff was super nice and quick. Brought the food right to our table. I would come here again. Highly recommend“
“The food was delicious and fresh. The chicken was juicy and not all greasy. The sweet and spicy sauce was perfect and the shrimp fried rice was simple but superb. Our waitress was very patient and kind. The customer service was great and she answered all our questions. We would definitely drive from afar again to eat here.“
“I've had the pleasure of dining at Noble Bird a few times now and they never disappoint. The menu is simple and yet packed full of flavor and healthy ingredients. Their fried rice is out of this world! I was taken aback at how quickly I devoured it. The Thai Noodle Salad is another one of my favorites. It was absolutely massive in size so I had it for lunch the next day. Regardless of what you order, it'll leave you thoroughly satisfied without feeling overly full. A fantastic place to dine or takeout at any time of day!“
“We stopped in to Monster Hot Chicken on a Friday evening and it was empty aside from one guy. The place is small and has room for about 8-10 guests to eat. The menu is pretty straightforward without a lot of options to clutter things. You can basically order a 2 piece chicken tender combo, 2 piece tender sandwich or a 1 piece tender combo 1 piece tender sandwich... there's some salad options and noodles as well. We got the 2 piece tender combo and the 2 piece tender sandwich with the spice level of Hot. My husband said he would have gone up to a higher spice level and I enjoyed the hot but would probably go down a level next time as my stomach hurt a bit the next day. We initially wanted to order the family meal but you're only allowed to choose one flavor for the entire family... some of us like it super spicy and some don't so we ended up having to order two original chicken tenders on the side so our son could eat as well. Really wish you could have multiple flavors in that, which is really why I'm deducting a star. It also took a bit of time for the chicken to be prepared, but the flavor and juiciness makes up for that. The chicken was crunchy on the outside and moist inside so it was a good combo. I did really enjoy this place, but just not the stomachache the next day so if/when I return, I'll probably go down to the mild. The workers (who I assume were also the owners) were very nice and gracious as well!“
“Wow. I'm so beyond thrilled to have found this tiny little gem! The food is beyond delicious. Take a trip to flavortown and enjoy the ride hahahaha this place is insanely good. I got calamari and some penne russa (I think) with chicken and it came with a salad WHICH WAS ALSO SO DARN DELICIOUS. Everything was delicious. Everything was hot. The man who I believe was the owner gave me theeee best service I could ask for after a long day of work. The place looked so cute and cozy I wish I could've stayed and dined in. Found my new favorite Italian spot in Long Beach!! Thank you so much for the amazing food and service! I will definitely be back“
“Very decent fried chicken, minimum service.Good for takeout orders for sure. The store is a bit small with 4 4-ppl tables. and the service is minimum, may not be the ideal dine-in option. One suggestion for the fried chicken: consider using waxed paper or something else as underlayment for the onion sauce topped chicken. The sauce is delicious but it's very water and paper underlayment got messed with chicken pieces, not a great experience.Would come back for the food but will stick to take-out only.“
“If you like El Pollo Loco, Juan Pollo, or Charo Chicken then you'll love El Pollo Dorado which imo tastes far better than the others. Their mini pack meal is around $19 for a whole chicken cut into 6 pieces, with 8 oz sides of rice, beans, and potato salad plus your choice of mild or hot salsa and tortillas. Everything my gf and I have tried has been incredible in 2 weeks we've been back twice“
“One of the best breakfast places in North OC hands down. Everything I've had here has been delicious. The chicken fried sandwich is my personal favorite, highly recommend giving it a shot. I doubt you can go wrong with anything on the menu.“
“Probably one of the best chicken that I’ve ever had. 100x better than wing stop or bww. Service is great and fast. I ate here 3 days in a row. The honey garlic is beyond finger licking good. Also they give complimentary pickle radish that is mouth watering. Amazing and delicious flavors.“
“This place is hidden on 4th street. There is plenty of street parking in front of the restaurant. It's not that busy later in the evening. The service was quick. The ambiance is super cute with the cherry blossom tree and the art on the wall with the chicken. This is a cashless place since they recently got robbed. So make sure to help out this small business!I got the original hainan chicken rice. Everything was flavorful and spiced right. The sauces that came with it was perfect. I love how chicken is cooked steamed as it was juicy and not try. I would get this again. If you're sick, get their herbal chicken soup. It has 5 spices and Gojo berry, which is beneficial when you're sick. I definitely will be back here to try their bubble teas too!“
“I love coming to this location I can tell it’s family owned. I sometimes buy food from here but I also pick up for deliveries and they treat me just the same. I love picking up food at this location I already know I will be greeted by a welcome and smile and have a good day after! Amazing people and “
“The food was served very hot and in a timely manner. The service was great/excellent. My wife and I order the chicken strips. They were very delicious. The sauce for the chicken strips were very good ?. I want to return with my extended family (sister and nephews). Overall, I had a excellent experience with the restaurant.Wheelchair accessibility: It's in a very friendly wheelchair area with access to multiple shops and services“
“It's always seemed to me that chain restaurants tend to be best right after they've opened up, and that's definitely the case here. Zankou Chicken is always good but this new location seemed just slightly better than the older ones. The food came out immediately and yet it was hot and fresh, like it had just been made. My only complaint is the complaint I have about Zankou in general, which is their portion size. Their quarter dark meat chicken plates are too small, but a half chicken would be too much (and I don't like white meat anyway, so it would be wasted on me). I always leave a Zankou still somewhat hungry, and that shouldn't happen, not with the prices they're charging. Please, Zankou, offer a three-piece chicken option! Either that, or get bigger chickens! The chicken legs you use are tiny!“
“Best hot chicken samich I've had in a while. Crispy light breading, thick moist tender breast ?. Hot sauce was just right. Recommend going deluxe and combo price was a reasonable 11$. Complimentary soft serve was cherry on top. Highly recommend if you're in the area.“
“Looks and smells pretty good. I tried a piece but, my daughter ate most of it. Just ok. Long wait times in the drive-thru line but, was expected as the food is made to order . I think. The staff didn't seem to be too happy or jolly. They were not rude at all but, not too cheerful.“
“Located across the parking lot of the Farmer's Market pyramid on Gothard Street (near the intersection of Gothard and Edinger in Huntington Beach), this is a small, family-owned restaurant specializing in sandwiches (hot and cold) and broasted chicken (a special cooking process combining pressure-frying and traditional shallow frying, to produce juicy fried chicken with a crispy outer layer). The chicken is VERY GOOD: crispy on the outside, juicy and very tasty on the inside. It's not as greasy as conventional deep-fried chicken, and therefore it's much easier on your stomach. You can get the chicken in combos (2-piece, 3-piece, 5-piece etc.), with or without sides (you get to pick 2) and a fountain drink. Or you can simply order as many pieces as you like a la carte. The potatoes were excellent: you get huge chunks (basically 2 per potato) that are crispy on the outside but soft as baked potatoes on the inside. Great idea, I loved it! We also tried one of their hot sandwiches, specifically the Philly Cheesesteak sandwich. The sandwich is 9" long, good size for a whole meal, and still a good size to share if you're also eating something else. Maybe it's not as out-of-the-world fantastic as John's Philly Grille (which I consider by far the best Philly Cheesesteak in Orange Co.), but it's not that far off. It's pretty simple: thinly-sliced ribeye steak, provolone cheese, onions, and mushrooms. Pretty much the original recipe, except maybe for the mushrooms (a concession to West Coast taste, maybe? Personally, I love mushrooms in a Philly Cheesesteak!) The service was excellent. The wait was about 15 minutes from order, which is very reasonable (if the food is too fast, chances are it's not that good...) Highly recommended.“
“The service was nice and friendly. The cheesling chicken tasted great, it was like a cheese dusted chicken. Great if you love cheese. If you have any extra cheese powered you use it to coat your Fries. Fries where okay same as most other places.“
“The most delicious, freshly prepared, juicy, well seasoned chicken breast sandwich I've ever had! It was great. At first, I thought it was burned because it was a really dark brown. But that's because it was saturated in seasoning. I chose the hot one and it was hot! Took a few minutes to sink in. The sauce that came with it looks like thousand island dressing but doesn't taste like it. Kinda hard to describe the taste except it Kinda cools down the intense heat and pairs well with the chicken. I really enjoyed my sandwich and I'll be back.Vegetarian options: Fried cauliflower wings substitute for chicken“
“Bird-N-Bun is a go-to and I absolutely love the sandwiches. The chicken is fried perfectly and juicy, whether you order original, spicy or deluxe. The loaded fries are very good, but the fries themselves are kind of whatever in terms of flavor but with everything else going on they kind of get away with it. Would be awesome if they loaded the original and spicy sandwiches with coleslaw like most other fried chicken sandwich places, so 4 stars for poor fry quality and having to pay extra for something that comes standard most other fried chicken places. Delivery is always fast, which is awesome when your hungry in a pinch. It's a ghost kitchen so there's not much in terms of ambiance, but the service is usually good if you go to pickup.“
“The cashier was so helpful and friendly!! The spicy chicken wasn’t actually spicy but it did have a tasty sauce. I did takeout and my order was ready in 15 minutes (so quick for two half chicken orders ). Loved the service I definitely recommend this place if you’re craving yummy fried chicken.“
“After losing the 50/50 twice during the HSR collab, I drove here in the hopes that I could guarantee the ticket I wanted. I'm so glad I did.The people here are really nice and the building is clean with a nice atmosphere. There's even a little parking out back. The food, of course, is excellent (Signature sauce gang)“
“Lets talk Crimson Coward!! This place was amazing!! I got the onion joey style with the extra spicy rub. The spicy factor delivered and shouldn’t be ordered by most! (I eat a lot of spicy so its hitting just right for me, but buyer beware). I’m stoked as a visitor of long beach to find such great food that I WILL be returning to even on my drives through LB.The food was phenomenal and absolutely unable to eat all of it and for $16 in these days with leftovers is a steal for the quality food you’re getting there! The service was rough.. it needs serious reworking, but lets not talk about that because I’d go again for the food, it was that worth it!“
“Delicious food, in a fun location! What more could you ask for? Good service? They've got that too. The guy behind the counter is hilarious and provides great service. Ordered the sunshine and Nutella love waffles which are Soo tasty. Also ordered a chicken sandwich minus the provolone and it too was wonderful.“
“I LOVE it here, they have such a great menu, great team as well along with great creative ideas with new flavors. I love what they offer and the food hits every time and I love the sauces too because they are so creative with it. The quality of the produce they use is on point and you don't feel cheated for your money when you eat here, plus it's a great price too. You GOT to try the DRAGONFIRE sauce too, it's so perfect.“
“(Translated by Google) The sheep barbecue ? highly recommended.I haven't tried the chicken yet but I will soon. The attention is very good, a very quiet place to eat in the place. The atmosphere you do, whether with family or friendsOnly one recommendation, they could improve a little more with the sauces.(Original)La barbacoa de borrego ? muy recomendable .Todavía no he probado los pollos pero pronto lo haré .La atención muy bien un lugar muy tranquilo para comer en el lugar.El ambiente lo haces tu ya sea familiar o con amigosSolo una recomendación podrían mejorar un poco más con las salsas.“
“Fresh and delicious.Located inside 2nd & PCH downstairs across from Shake Shack. Came here during the weekday for lunch. Restaurant was clean and was pretty quiet, maybe saw 1-2 ppl while I was eating there.Asked the lady for recommendations, and she was so nice. Ordered the 6 wing combo ( Thai chili). Food was hot and fresh. Wings were crunchy, great flavor, and not spicy. Fries were so good - seasoned well and crunchy. I would definitely get that again.“
“Cluck & Blaze is pretty popular. There were a lot of people that came and went in a short amount of time, but it wasn’t packed.I ordered the main chick combo which comes with 1 side. I got the Mac n cheese (should have more cheese in my opinion) and I pretty sure much inhaled it. Try dipping it in the ComeBack Sauce!!The Main Chick Sandwich was delicious, especially the coleslaw, and the chicken was juicy. For the heat level, I chose You can do better (mild) which I regret because I don’t eat a lot of spicy food. So I died inside and it didn’t help that the sandwich was hot. Overall, everything was great. This place is for people who love spicy food, but I’m going back just never choosing mild or above.“
“The cup was big and for the prices, definitely worth it! My brother and I got Churros with ice cream. For my flavors, I got milk cereal and strawberry cheesecake ice cream and my brother got brownie and horchata. Tasty flavors! There was only one person working when we walked in and then gave us a warm welcome! Very chill customer service and I would definitely go back there again. The store is small and the parking wasn't too bad. They had little goodies from other countries like this giant skittles I got!The churros were good with the ice cream, it was really sweet but good! 10/10 would eat this ice cream again!“
“We have options for rotisserie chicken, fire grilled chicken, and other methods or cooking the bird. Well Juan’s does it well. The chicken was not dry. The rub on it forms a tasty layer that is not too salty or peppery. The potato salad for me sealed the deal. Creamy finely chopped goodness. Decor is quaint reminds me of small dinners growing up. You know the one with colorful fiberglass seats. The staff is very friendly and service is quick. Stop by and enjoy.“
“Hubby and I were craving for Korean fried chicken and searched up places on Ubereats to try. We were sold on this one and placed an order for golden original and spicy golden original. The chicken was yum and super crispy! I highly recommend their spicy golden chicken. My eldest doesn't eat spicy food but she said the flavor was too good and would suffer through heat haha. Food also came with pickled radish. Highly recommend giving this spot a try.“
“I came for the chicken sandwich but since I didn’t have breakfast. I went with the Chicken & Waffles. This may have been one of the BEST Waffles I had ever tried. It was Hot & Fresh. It was almost like eating a fresh buttery donut but not as sweet with the Maple Syrup. i ordered the dark meat chicken but it wasn't the heat level i was looking for. Id need to try again with the smokey tomato sauce. Highly recommend that too. Ill definitely be back:“
“I've been going here since they've opened and this is by far the best Lebanese food around! It makes you feel like you've had a home-cooked meal the owner. Bruno was beyond nice and welcoming. It's so refreshing when the food matches the excellent service. I would highly recommend this place my kids love the food as well. It's always a hit.“
“Ok you guys have to try this food! I was so full and I wanted to keep eating lol. The customer service was great I wish I could've gotten the young woman's name on the front. She was super helpful and also let us taste test some fries which most places don't do. The place was super clean and you're also able to eat outside which has a cool view and a vibe to it. Definitely going again and highly recommended!!!!“
“Inside a small food court. Served by the sweetest staff. Small menu: we liked the dried cheese powder flavor - i think jt has like dried egg yolk flavor too. We also like the spicy soy garlic. I recommend adding double mochi orders they are soft fried pillows!!“
“I came in for the first time super bowl morning and cashier was very sweet, I believe her name was Sandra, she recommended my girlfriend the number one combo which was 10/10. I thought it would be too much food but the portion was perfect and even had some leftovers. It was pretty busy but staff was very well managed and I got my order before the wait time she gave us.“
“I've heard so much about Dave's Hot Chicken I had to finally try it out. It was a pretty cool ambiance inside, I wish I took more pictures, and the service wasn't too bad either. I like that everyone can pick their own spice level, that's nice for groups with different spice tolerances. However, it was a little pricey, especially for the cauliflower vegan option, which has a cheaper main ingredient and was smaller in size, so that was weird. See the breakdown below:4/5 - Dave's Hot Chicken Slider: tasted really good, but getting the medium was not that spicy, I would recommend Hot or above spice level if you're looking for a kick of flavor.3/5 - Dave's Not Chicken Slider: was more expensive and smaller than the other slider, and didn't have a ton of spice or flavor even in the Hot version. Not terrible, but not amazing either.Food: 3.75/5Service: 3/5Ambiance: 4/5Value: 2.5/5Overall: 3.5/5“
“I bought two of the 3 piece meals( 2 thigjs & 1 leg). The fried chicken was fresh made to order. My grandmother loved the coleslaw. I loved the macaroni salad. It was different with the chunks of carrot & celery lightly sauced. I wish I would have bought another one for tomorrow. I had an excellent experience. Will definitely go back & try other menu items.Parking: They are located in a strip mall. There is plenty of parking.“
“Colleague surprised me with lunch from El Pollo Loco and I was thoroughly impressed with the quantity, variety, & price of the Street Corn Double Pollo bowl! Considering that this was from a fast food chain, the salad was filling and was packed with protein! It's hard to find good salad options when out without breaking an arm/leg so I was happy to hear that this was decently priced! I will definitely be purchasing this again when I'm looking for more healthier alternatives when out!“
