I am aware there is a major labor shortage, but companies are getting through it without sacrificing employees they have. Anyway, she did great. Was very apologetic, I assured her it wasn't a big deal. Another man did as well, who was there to get his party platter. Being nice to one another, or just not being a tool, can change things quickly into a positive environment. Be kind.“

“We go JJ for their bread (softer compared to Panera bread and taste like bread compared to subway ?). The only downside to JJ is the choice of meat and the ingredients are very limited. Small place and behind US Bank often ppl miss this spot. Decent parking lot.

Very friendly gentleman takes your order and very helpfully offers to bring it out to your car.
I get the house special banh mi : cold cuts, liver pate, crunchy daikon and radish plus jalapeno peppers. Very excellent bread holds it all together.
I always leave with a complementary tea and fruit or other sweet dessert.

“Beach Hut Deli is a gem! My husband and I stopped by and were blown away by the food and service. I had the Beach BBQ, which was packed with meat, fixins’, and flavor, and my husband loved his Sipcolli. We also shared the Beach Bites, which were a tasty addition. Be warned, we were unable to finish the Bites because our sandwiches were so loaded.

The customer service elevated the experience. My husband originally ordered the Beach Meatball, but they were running low on meatballs. Instead of disappointing us, they upgraded his sandwich to the Sipcolli at no extra charge.
The staff was friendly, the place was spotless, and the vibe was welcoming.

“Went here for lunch with a friend who said it was great. Turns out he was telling the absolute truth. I’ve never been much of a sandwich guy myself but the tri-tip special sounded very good. Food arrived quickly and was borderline heavenly. Before the food arrived they offered a sample dish of their lasagna special, it was amazing. We pre ordered 10 lasagnas for dinner the next night (July 3rd). The tri-tip sandwich was so good I felt like I had to order another one, it was even better the second time around. The service was terrific all of the staff was friendly and went above and beyond to create a comfortable atmosphere. The tables have little games you can play while you wait for your food (tic-tac-toe, chess, etc.). I’m forever in debt to my friend for showing me this place.10/10 must try again.“

“Joe's is simply a great little sandwich and deli shop with affordable prices, kind service, and good food. I've tried a few different items here and always enjoyed the sandwiches.

A few of my favorites are the Walnut Chicken Sandwich, Jalapeño Chicken, Jalapeño Tuna, and Cranberry Turkey. The sandwiches are filled with fresh ingredients, and the sourdough and squaw are my go-to bread choices. The combos include a drink and chips. Salads are also available.

I usually come in for lunch with little to no waiting. There are a few tables to dine at, but I typically take my order to go.

I'm happy to support this small, local business. I can't wait to try more items from Joe's. I highly recommend it!“

“It’s like an Oasis in an industrial desert; serving affordable large deli sandwiches, soups,chips and cookies.

Took a family adventure on the bus today to take my son to his ABA therapy and on our way back my younger daughter needed a bathroom.

To our luck it was a little after 2:40 and the sandwich box was open until 3:00pm and right next to our bus stop.

So we stopped in for the bathroom and I noticed they have a robust menu and a very clean kitchen and dining room.

The prices are affordable and the sandwiches are large.
Both of my Daughters filled up on half a sandwich each. My youngest daughter says she gives it 10 stars and wants to come back for some soup.“

“Philly grill serves up some of the best cheese steaks around. Really fresh tasty bread with good fillings. Grab some garlic pepper sauce to throw on top very tasty. I usually go with the Guido's favorite l. If you're into Italian subs check this out it's very good. Place is a bit dated but friendly staff and good service give them a shot.“

I tried to order the shredded BBQ pork sandwich, but was advised that most people prefer the grilled pork #4 sandwich instead. I took her advice and was really happy with the result. “Growing up outside Philadelphia, I’m always on the hunt for authentic Philly cheese steaks. John’s has excellent cheese steaks and has been a Huntington Beach favorite for decades. The bread is amazing and baked locally which is a key ingredient to simply amazing sandwiches! They stuff a lot of meat and cheese and peppers and onions in there, and the result makes ya wanna shout, “Go Birds!” Someone will probably shout it back, too. If you like cheese steaks, yeah, get em the way ya like them at John’s!“

The sandwiches I've tried are tasty (vegetarian, ham & cheese, pastrami) and the chicken noodle soup (don't sleep on it) gives me life when I'm sick. Prices are very reasonable, especially in this day and age. You can tell they have loyal, regular customers and I'm now a part of that group.“

“I’ve been passing by Board & Brew in La Habra for years, always meaning to stop in—then forgetting it exists by the next red light. This time, thanks to an Instagram post, I finally made it in. And yeah, I’m glad I did. I went with the Chicken Club and a side of their house potato salad. Sandwich ran me $11.95 and it’s a solid deal. Big, hearty, fully loaded, big pieces of grilled chicken, bacon, fresh produce, all packed into toasted bread that didn’t fall apart halfway through. They offered their secret sauce on the side (free), and I gave it a go. It’s more sweet and tangy than salty—interesting but not essential. The potato salad? Flavor’s fine, but it was colder than necessary. Like, “is this thing still defrosting?” kind of cold. I ended up letting it sit for a bit before really digging in. Not a dealbreaker, just maybe chill your beer, not your side dish, you know?
And speaking of beer, yes, they’ve got a full draft beer counter with a bunch of taps. Great if you’re coming to hang out or just want something to go with your sandwich. I also noticed they’ve got some legit-looking salads, too. Not just lettuce and regret—actual good, full-meal salads that I’ll probably come back to try. “This is meant to be a low key, affordable and good value Banh Mi spot. The baguettes they bake in house are delicious and are more on the butter side. The bread stays moisture even after a day. The Banh Mi sandwiches are on the lighter side when it comes to the meat compared to other places, but $6-$8 for a foot long sandwich, I'm not complaining. The meat is just the right amount. The flavors are also good, and the sandwich selection is simple. It's not gourmet compared to other Banh Mi places in the area. However, it makes up for it's reliable service, quality, affordability and flavors.“

“This is the other lee's location that I go to when I'm in FV. They always have business here which goes to show you that they're goood at what they do. Great customer service and delicious food.
