“I'm so glad to have found this spot in the South Bay. The bagels are charmingly unsymmetrical and have a great chew and nice exterior. For those who like whole wheat bagels and toppings, the sesame wheat bagel is a fantastic option, though I also loved the pumpernickel/rye combo--took some of each to go for later in the week. This time (my second visit in 2 weeks) I had a bagel sandwich with omelette - #19 with avocado and all kinds of vegetable goodies, plus egg & cheese. Yum! I've had NY city bagels freshly made and while these aren't those, I can be happy eating these now. Love that it's not a chain. It's also great to see they're busy. I hope they keep up the great work.“

“Great small family owned and run bagel cafe. The bagels are fresh as can be, have a large variety and are reasonably price. They are the best and freshest bagels on the Peninsula. My wife and I love the lox cream cheese combo bagel. They don’t skimp on cream cheese, unlike Noah’s, served warm with great smells of the topping. Very nice outdoor patio to enjoy your brunch. They also have a variety of meat bagel sandwiches to choose from Al top notch and carefully made.“

“I just had the creamiest cream cheese in a while!
Most places have grainy curdled cream cheese..not here! This one was flawless... comparable to boichik..
I had the Lox Slice + Chive Cream + Plain Bagel
Wholly recommend!
Service is a little slow, from just how popular this place is in the mornings!“

“My go-to bagel place. Frequently busy, but for good reason, the food is excellent and tasty. My favorites include the California Club sandwich on Dutch Crunch and the Eggwich with Turkey and Swiss. However, it is very difficult to go wrong as you have a great selection of delicious freshly-baked bagels and rolls.
The staff are wonderful and always take care to get the best food possible to customers. Only slight drawback is that the interior can get crowded, so worth keeping in mind if you want to eat at the restaurant (though there are two tables outside as well).“

“A true hidden gem in Mountain View. We love coming here for our Saturday morning bagel fix. The bagels are made in-house and have a fantastic texture, with some unique flavors like Swiss cheese, spinach, and jalapeño. Their homemade cream cheese is also a must-try. I'm a big fan of their Vietnamese coffee—it's got a unique blend that's unlike anywhere else. The place is simple but spotlessly clean, and the staff always wears masks. Just remember, there's no seating; it's takeout only.“

“House of Bagels is a cozy little store with great bagels. I tried the sesame bagel with cream cheese, and it was absolutely delicious. The space is small but has a nice, welcoming vibe. The only downside was that the cashier didn’t seem very friendly, which took away from the overall experience a bit. Still, the quality of the bagels made up for it, and I’d definitely go back for more.
Parking: Few shared parking spots with 7/11“

“Vegetarian options: I recommend a warmed up Dutch Crunch with 2 slices provolone cheese and "everything" on it if you are vegetarian. If you are not vegetarian, add siced turkey. I come all the way from Monterey and stop here. Best sandwich in the world!“

“I’ve never had a bad sandwich here and the service is friendly and quick! The bagels are fresh and tasty, for cold sandwiches the ingredients are cold, crisp and never stingy. I tend to get the chicken salad sandwich and pizza bagel but their other items are yummy too. Don’t even think of going to Panera! This is much better.“

“Went to get breakfast here with my boyfriend yesterday morning. We’re both big fans of the bagel sandwiches they sell here, but I was extremely impressed with the two young gentlemen’s services and their polite and kind mannerism. Even though it was a busy Friday, they were both being super friendly to everyone and were working very hard, which I love to see!“

“My go-to place for when I need morning carbs to fuel the daily hustle.
Fresh tasty bagels of all kinds - never saw a stale bagel here. Coffee is great and the service is matter-of-fact.
As opposed to cloyingly mechanized fake happy served up by Starbucks, this is a place where you get some honest to goodness fix.
Try their parfaits, fresh OJ, and some light salad for lunch. The patio is nice for warmer days.“

“My mobile order was not ready. One of the employees was rude when I was trying to ask for help. The second employee was very helpful and got me on my way. Maybe it has been busy before I got there, but not when I was there. Had I not already paid I would have left.
Update: I gave Noah's bagels another chance. My order was ready. I was greeted when I entered. A much better experience!“

“The donuts are very good for the price. Me and my dad go here once every week and we always get 4 donuts and 2 sandwiches. The donuts and sandwiches are very delicious 😋 they also have coffee and other drinks! They always toss in 4 munchkins for free which is great. I rate this place 4 out of 5 stars“

“Best bagel place in the South Bay! The food is wonderful and always so fresh, the coffee and lattes selection are always delicious, and the customer service is outstanding. They always greet you warmly and make you feel glad to be there. I can’t say enough good things about this place.“

“I absolutely love this spot! I don’t live too close to the location but on my days off I always find myself here, I would much rather go here than a Noah’s bagel or some franchise breakfast spot. The food is great and always consistent they’re also NEVER stingy! The couple who runs the donut shop are friendly, they remember my boyfriend and I and always give us extra food (bonus points)!
For those of you reading, I do want to touch on the reviews that are lower rated. Those reviews are undeserved and irrelevant. I never experienced hatred or rudeness from the owners! I personally like to review places based on the food NOT the ambiance! At the end of the day whatever restaurant I find myself in, I’m there for the food!
Overall, love it here!!“

“Came in for large coffee and bacon, egg and cheese on plain bagel. Coffee was strong which I like and bagel was a delight: toasted with bacon fried just right( I don't like crisp, crunchy bacon). Bit into a freshly made puffy bagel and took a drink of hot coffee. Simple but very delicioso for me. There are only 2 dine-in customers besides myself. Majority of customers just order takeout. Cost me $10 something for my bagel and coffee. They have breakfast bagels, spread on bagels, bagel sandwiches, espresso drinks, smoothies and milk tea. Convenient location with Safeway, Ross and other businesses in lot. Across the street from Central library.“

“Americano and bagels were always fresh, hot & delicious everytime we ate there, never tried the lox, sandwiches or anything with filling asides from cream cheese.
The few tables they have could be wiped down more regularly but it's understandable given how busy they are and I think it's just the two of them who run the place(?).
Had a restroom for customers all the times we dined there. Don't know if this has changed since we've last visited. And the couple were always friendly to us. We will be back soon for a revisit!“

“I've been coming here for the past 10 years on and off and then during the pandemic i started coming 1 drive thru and the staff is so amazing! Chris and brian absolutely love them but haven't seen ether of them in a while but the new staff seems pretty friendly, i do find myself having to go back and having them remake my drinks for wrong milk or charged for a larger size and get the wrong size BUT some of the best most consistent coffee there is. I've never tried something on the menu and been disappointed! The owner is such a sweet heart and extremely nice! not only to myself but to my kids as well and always waves to us in the morning from her car!“
“The best place to go for breakfast, lunch and dinner I was one of the first customers when opened up way back in 2007 if I'm not mistaken and I still go when I can. I quality has not changed one bit!!!!! And the owners are amazing!!!!!!!“

“First of all the ease of the drive thru gets 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I love the Coffee Rush, espresso, cream and blended. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I also love the iced Americano with a splash of cream. They use real cream not half and half and it makes their drinks decadent.
The baristas are consistently friendly and accurate. 🤎🤎🤎🤎🤍🤍🤍“

“A hidden gem in Palo Alto, you have to come all the way to the end of street, but totally worth it.
I ordered a "Grilled NY Famous Reuben with Sauerkraut & 1000 Island Dressing", OMG, it's just so good for the summer.
Not to mention the old gentleman owner cook your sandwich for you, you're actually in the New York of Bay Area.“

“This place is one of the best bagel places in town. Their cream cheese is very fresh, bagels are always fresh and yummy and the owners greet you with a smile and fast service. It is also never crowded, so you are in and out in less than 5 mins.“
