“I came this morning to pick up some mobile app orders for me and my husband and a girl named Prescilla was working today. This is about the fourth occasion or visit where she is on duty and on all four visits she has been nothing but kind and courteous to me. Plus the food is always tasting freshly made and delicious. We have three other locations around our home but they don't come close to the great tasting food and customer service we get at this Jack In The Box location.Thank you once again Prescilla. Employees like you are the backbone and reason why fast food chains like Jaxk In The Box are still in business today.“

“I really love this place why? Well the staff is friendly,the place is clean, food is hot and fresh,they accept EBT, open at 6 am, it's convenient to walk to, you get your order right away! Other places you have to wait for awhile, the two things that are wrong with this place is that there are a bunch of homeless people hanging around (uncomfortable, not safe when your enjoying your food ), and it's hard to connect to wifi with jack in the way when logging in. “Customer service was great. There were two people that were very patient with me and I didn't feel ashamed to ask for more sauce. There were SOME pieces of trash on the tables and the trashcan was really full. Other than that, 10/10 I would come again. (Food was also well cooked and delicious)

“This location is incredibly convenient for a quick drive-through, the food is always fresh, and my order is consistently correct. Francisco was very friendly and professional, which I especially appreciated given the circumstances.
There was an unstable, half-naked individual standing right in the drive-through blocking customers. Private businesses shouldn't have to carry the burden or risk the liability of dealing with this.
Like so many areas in LA right now, there is a severe safety crisis with individuals under the influence or experiencing a mental health breakdown. It’s up to the mayor and the city council to fix this dangerous environment, and if you’re happy with how the current leadership is running things, keep voting for it—but I’m certainly not. I really feel for the employees who have to put up with this just to do their jobs.“
“A must in Los Angeles for fast food. The burgers are fantastic and always excellent and friendly staff.\n\nI would recommend the Buttery Jack burger. “Once you have been to the Hotel Bel Air and are far from rich, it is time to go back to a budget. Jack in the Box does it for us every time.
This one is always clean and comfortable. The service is great, they are friendly and when they make a mistake they correct it right away.
They have a large menu and yes, it is all junk food, but it is good for what you are paying for.
They often have specials so look for those on their website. They also have items that come along new every now and again and most are good.
I can't stand their burger sauce so I always get it without. But the burgers are good. I love their tacos (no sauce, thank you) and their tiny tacos that come in a box are great.
They have wonderful shakes.
Their onion rings and fries are super and you can get them mixed, just ask. They have a great BBQ sauce for dipping, just ask for it.
