“Great Starbucks location with free parking lot for customers, spacious area, various seating choices, and the friendliest staff. Ideal location for a Starbucks along a street full of cafes. Ordered a Trenta Strawberry Acai and Mango Dragonfruit drink and instead got some mocha? Staff mistook my order which I got on my mobile device somehow but it’s fine.“

“Not my usual review for a corporate coffee chain that everyone knows about, but the Chinatown location is interesting enough to mention. Catering possible Metro bus commuters just adjacent to DTLA and maybe to some of the residents in Chinatown, this location is small and often overlooked for a quiet place for coffee and maybe a break. Tables are few, but most hours are rather light with patrons. Parking is also easily found inside the Jia Apartments with the entrance north along Broadway closer to Ord Street. If the parking arm is down, SB will validate two hours.“

“First of all, when did Starbucks stop adding an extra charge to oat milk? I was pleasantly surprised that I didn’t have to pay an extra dollar for milk!

The team who was working today greeted me with a smile, Was attentive, and warm. They also had a worker who is wearing a hat who stood in front of the counter, handing out everyone’s order, which I thought was more personal. I will for sure be returning to this location“

“What an amazing experience. The people were so nice and graceful. The very polite young lady made me my drink in no time. The music was cool. My best experience in L.A. was at this Star Bucks.

They even had some Star Wars themed drinks. Kinda cool if you ask me.

“Rating this location for its service – have ordered here about 10 times this year and interactions with staff have always been very positive, helpful, sweet and friendly. Also feels like the staff working the front makes a point to each acknowledge the customers. I also appreciate sometimes seeing them have team meetings out in the courtyard - nice to see them putting a lot of care into the Starbucks experience.

“Very friendly employees not horribly crowded at 530 to 7am but you do have to put up with a completely unjustified security company in parking lot that will not let you enter parking lot until EXACTLY the second he feels like it which hurts the business by making customers park way down a hill walk up parking lot in dark on a hill then get your coffee for no reason“

“So first, allow me to say that I don't drink the foo foo concoctions, just coffee, latte, or a flat white, so I'm not reviewing them. The coffee at all Starbucks locations is consistently mediocre; not great, not awful. The latte is good, the flat white, my favorite, is terrific, and the customer service is consistently excellent. The train station is right across the street, so it's super convenient when I'm on the go. Not much in the way of ambiance; they've removed all of the seating so it's just grab and go. Starbucks is where I go for a caffeine fix, but if I have time, there are a few other options a bit further away that I prefer, where I can sit and relax with a really good cup of joe, latte, or for an extra special treat, the flat white.“

This location is my go to location while waiting for a car wash to be completed, people finishing their shopping at Ralph’s or CVS or waiting for projects to be printed at Staples. Staff were very polite this morning-which is the norm here. I like the outdoor patio with about 15 sets of tables and chairs. Coffee and cookie measured up to Starbucks standards. “I love the hot lattes, even when I'm conscious about the Proposition 65 sign on every Starbucks in California. The blueberry scones and the pastries in general are delicious. This one is inside a market, so don't expect chairs or a good place to relax.“

“I went to Starbucks on 6th and Grand.My friend and I had our coffees both as just simple medium roast but they put them both into ceramic mugs which in my opinion made a simple cup of coffee a lot more nice.We were told that that way,we could have refills.Small round tables inside the store and nice old fashioned music from the twenties made getting two simple cups of coffee a more enjoyable experience.Later in the afternoon,we both returned to that same Starbucks for more coffee and an enjoyable atmosphere with which to enjoy them.I look forward to going to this Starbucks because in my opinion,it is a nice place to go to gather and meet up with someone to have a cup of coffee or some coffee cakes.“

“I’ve been to this Starbucks quite a few times over the years since living in the area. In the past, I faced rude employees, esp on Veterans Day who claimed to not know about the same deal it is every year despite claiming they have worked there for many years. It made me uncomfortable enough to never want to go back there, and for a very long time, I did not.

I met their new store manager, Christine, at a different location I frequent, where I respectfully brought up these concerns. She profusely apologized for these experiences, even though she had nothing to do with them because she was not in charge during those times. She encouraged me to come back after they remodel and give them a second chance.

After recently visiting this place again, it was a very pleasant experience. The remodel looks fantastic. Plenty of room to lounge inside and outside. The employees were welcoming as well.

I look forward to going back there and becoming a regular.“

“In 2019 I moved back to West LA to care for both of my aging elderly parents since there is health issues this particular location becsme my favorite to go Starbucks ! A lot of the employees also got to know my mother and loved and adored her and I know the day that she passed away that they were very emotional but also very supportive everyone treated my mother and I was such kindness compassion and love thank you all for all that you have done we miss you also very much I know I don't come in as often now that I have moved back to the San Fernando valley“

“Standard Starbucks. Super hot good coffee. No complaints but as always pricey when in hotels. Hotel location was nice and convenient though.

Parking: Location is only good if you stay in the hotel. Parking is expensive and does not make sense if not staying at the Marriott“

“I absolutely love this Starbucks. It's conveniently located near my home, so we regularly choose to come here. The staff are consistently friendly, and I always receive a warm welcome. The coffee is reliably great, fresh, and delicious. While I wish they would open both drive-thru lanes, the line moves efficiently, so it’s hardly a concern. I highly recommend this place!“

This Starbucks is strictly drive-thru only, located in a busy shopping area with lots of stores around. Traffic was heavy during my visit, and the line at the drive-thru was long. The layout was a bit confusing since the parking lot is one-way, making it tricky to navigate and get in line properly. There's no indoor seating, so it's ideal only if you're grabbing coffee on the go. Just be prepared for some wait time and tight maneuvering, especially during peak hours.“

“On July 20, 2025, at 3:21 pm, I received exceptional service from a Caucasian male. He demonstrated professionalism, efficiency, charisma, and leadership by going above and beyond to assist me. I felt treated like royalty throughout the interaction. Today, August 17, 2025, at 5:30 pm, I received the same high level of service from a young Hispanic female who wears glasses 🤓. She is an outstanding, hardworking, and charismatic individual who diligently seeks legitimate resources to provide accurate answers. “I originally came to this starbucks because another made my drink wrong tasted like just water and caramel and had to big of line to fix it. However Ray was amazing and remade my drink and kept the mood light and funny. Drink was so much better definitely going back.“

“A smaller Starbucks but the young ladies that work the weekend (Saturday morning) are awesome! I’ve always had issues with baristas pouring Nitro with too much foam. The baristas here did it right.
