“The taste is very strong“

“Stopped in on a Tuesday night to grab dinner with some friends and now I can see why this place is always busy!

We ordered pad see ew with chicken, chicken satay, papaya salad and Tom yum with shrimp. Everything was delicious and family style was the perfect way to go. Everything was flavorful from the tom yum broth to the satay peanut sauce.

Service was impeccable! We were able to get in without a reservation and there was virtually no wait time for a party of four. The server made sure we got our beer orders in on time before the happy hour ended and was very attentive to our needs, ensuring everything was to our satisfaction.

We will definitely be back for our monthly dinners !“

“Farmhouse kitchen is the best Thai restaurant I’ve ever had. On top of the food being great and delicious, the presentation makes you want to order everything from the menu. Chef Bo was so nice to come out to our table and all I can say is she was a very nice, young & talented person. She even made me a special dessert for my birthday. Thanks Bo❤️ I highly recommend this place if you want an authentic, excellent and delicious food. In addition, the place is so full of life. The decor is amazing! “Had a friend come back from Chiang Mai days ago still craving great Khao Soi. Was not disappointed! Owner helpfully directed to some great northern sausage and a pork and noodle dish that was delicious. Duck curry also delicious. Pick up some Singha at the liquor store around the corner and enjoy.“

“I'll give this place a ten star if I could; it's not your average hole in the wall joint! I tried the Spicy BBQ with shrimp fried rice and it was amazing! Even their Thai Tea was one of the best I've had in recent memories. The Shrimp fried rice had the perfect amount of fire taste: not too overpowering and not too subtle which was perfect. The amount was perfect as well: the thing was heavy for just one order. The Spicy BBQ also came with a dipping sauce that was very unique; it was citrous-y and fishy and it wasn't like anything I've tasted before which was amazing! For what it's worth, you can't go wrong with this place!“

On the tablets you’re able to order all your food and send it directly to the kitchen to be prepared. The food came out quickly and HOT! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area. “My Favorite Thai Restaurant. They serve authentic, freshly made Thai Food. Some of the entrees are not in a lot Of Thai Retairant like the Shrimp Paste Rice or the Stewed Leg Rice. Service is friendly and felt sincere. They also have premade Thai food that’s very authentic. This place is such an underrated hidden gem.“

“Today was my second time going to Her Thai and second time being served by Veronica.

Veronica was incredibly attentive and made sure we had an easy and pleasant experience. She was super sweet and worked fast at the cash register whilst taking our table requests.

My partner and I got the yellow vegan curry and rice, drunken noodles, and rangoons. Each item was so hot and delicious, we ate fast!

I live local so I will definitely be coming back often, thanks to the delicious food and Veronica’s incredible service.“

“What a treasure! Randomly came across this fantastic restaurant while staying in Koreatown. Great view of the Hollywood sign from the terrace, incredible atmosphere, tasty and cheap HH. I ordered a Tom Yum soup that just about blew my hair back and my date ordered a Tom Kha that was even better! We got the Pad Sew Ew to go for later, which was also decent as a late night snack. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for an excellent, interesting, delicious, relaxed but intimate date night restaurant.“

“Roasted Duck is better than most of the Chinese ones to the east. The duck is tender and well marinated, juciy. They give you extra sauce and dont waste a single drop for they are good for any rice and noodle dishes. The potion is definitely on the small side, $25 duck & rice is barely enough.“

“Everything was great especially the food. I often order pad see ew at the places I go. It was exceptionally good. The chicken meat was excellent and I will order it that way again. Today on my second visit I’m trying the special curry with the chicken. It smells great and I’m ready to dive in. Thai tea is also good. Not overly sweet and no bite. This is my new go to Thai place.“

“I came here on a rainy afternoon with no expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted so warmly. And then the food came.

You know that scene in Ratatouille at the end of the movie when the big food critic takes a bite and gets that flashback to his childhood? That warm, comforted, happy feeling? That’s exactly how this food made me feel.

It was hands down the best Thai food I’ve ever had in my life. Every bite tasted like real family, home-cooked love not just restaurant food.

The service was incredible. The woman there packed up my leftovers for me (something even a lot of “nice” restaurants don’t do), opened the door when I left, and even offered to let me borrow an umbrella because it was still raining.

If you want authentic, family-style Thai food that makes you feel something, this is the spot.

“Best place for a last minute date night during the week. They are open til midnight which was nice. Food was delicious and flavorful. Careful when asking for the soup medium spicy was spicier than i expected but non the less delicious. Definitely will be coming back.“

“I finally checked out Summer Buffalo after my sister kept raving about it had to see what the hype was about! I ordered the tofu pad Thai with extra sauce and the mango sticky rice.
The pad Thai was solid the extra sauce definitely helped. The mango sticky rice was good but I wish it was juicier? Maybe a bit more of the coconut sauce could’ve made it less dry. That said, the space itself is really cute dark, cozy, with a nice ambiance. And the staff is SO sweet and welcoming. Seriously, thank you for being so kind!
