“I’ve been coming to Chico pizza since age of 2 years old..I’m in my 50’s now…Chicos is the best pizza ever. I’ve tried many pizza places. It’s the same food quality and the building is exactly the same. I hope they don’t change anything from the ceiling to the walls because it will feel like a part of my childhood would leave. I’m upset because they close early now. I used to get a late night pizza before midnight on weekdays. Now they close at 930. I’m a very finicky eater and I tell anyone. If you want to get me food. You can never go wrong with Chico Pizza“

“Incredible food. I mean absolutely delicious. Caesar salad was one of the best I've ever had, Vodka sauce on the pasta was delicious. We also had the baby artichokes (yum!) and the Burrata salad. I'll gladly eat them all again. 100/10. All pasta made in hose too! “A wonderful local place run by people who used to work at some high class places decided to run their own business. The sauces are great. They have specials all the time. I'm shocked how the prices are still low. Crowded even on a Wednesday.
You will not be disappointed.“

“I would describe De La Nonna as an elevated pizza restaurant. As with most pizza joints, they serve up beer, salad and pizza, but this not your standard fare.

Start off with a craft beer, wine, or a fancy cocktail (or mocktail). Lots of choices to be had.

For starters, we ordered the market salad which had a fantastically light tangerine(?) dressing. The dressing on the ceaser salad was a bit heavy, but it was still tasty.

The eggplant caponata appeared to have been lightly fried and coated in a sweet and savory sauce. Very good.

As for the pizzas, all were insanely good. Each was like a pillowy soft deep dish pizza and they all came with the best crispy edges.

IMO the roasted mushroom pizza was the best — and I'm not a fan of mushrooms.

Prices are a bit higher than you would find at a typical pizza place, but again, these are not your typical pizzas. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere, chill.

The live music is such a vibe and dancing here is so much fun. Just be prepared to spend some money if you’re staying for drinks as they are not cheap. The whole place feels like you’ve been transported back in time and it’s amazing that everyone dresses to the nines. Would love to come back and have dinner here sometime“

Initially, we went to Met Her At A Bar, the brunch spot. 25-minute wait there, but the hostess was gracious enough to tell us about their brother property that has a lot of their breakfast favorites. Greeted by the cute and stylish hostess, Campbell, we entered a fresh and tastefully decorated atmosphere. The lemons trees and cute light fixtures made me feel so LA. The food matched the vibes with a cute presentation and was delicious. I had the chicken and waffles and classic mimosas, and my daughter had the Mama's omelet with potatoes. Come and enjoy! I definitely left satisfied and full. Dont miss Met Him At A Bar :)“

“The food was great had the Chicken Parmesano, the chicken was tender and the sauce that was on it was delicious and light. Came with mashed potatoes, sautéed carrots, and broccoli. The vegetables were tender but needed more flavor. The mashed potatoes were done well and had a lot of flavor. Dont know if we were there too early but there was only one server, don't get me wrong he was great but he did need help. Overall I would dine here again.“

After trying a few places which fell short of the mark in South Bay, I almost gave up on finding authentic Italian food locally. The search was worth it as this is now going to be one of my forever places to come on a regular basis. From the calzone, to the pizza, salads and even the Cannoli Siciliani Pistacchio, everything has been nothing short of amazing. It held true.
Soups are thicker and more flavorful.
I try the steak Gorgonzola pasta dish when I go to other locations & Torrance blew the rest out of the water.

“Today at 12:40pm I came to eat lunch with distant relatives. Tristiana (apologies if I mispelled her name) was kind and imtroduced us to a table quickly. The server name Mak provided service that was above and beyond. Not only display humbleness, compassion, and patience but she also inquired about our well being while displaying a smile. The service wasn't great. Waters and sodas weren't refilled and empty plates sat on the table a long time.
The bread sticks came out cool rather than hot and fresh.
When we needed the waiter he was hard to find.
Then a new waiter took over and the old one never said goodbye.

Though the 2nd waiter wss good. We asked to take the last of our salad home and he just gave us a whole new salad to go. That was very cool.
And the chocolate birthday cake they sent over was outstanding.“
