You know, the dry, tasteless hockey pucks that you wished you’d ordered a steak kabob. After a first bite you find the bright, herbal, green interior that makes you feel like you don’t have enough. Housemade pita, hummus, tabouli, toum (that creamy concoction of garlic, lemon, salt and oil)
So satisfying.

“Warm sunny days and oysters are the best combo. I decided to try this place for oysters, and they were pretty good. They serve them on a large platter of ice, which is convenient if you're planning to take them to go. I also ordered the lobster roll, which was tasty with its nicely buttered bun. There's a covered area with tents where you can sit and eat, and the wait time for everything was pretty short.“

“I am leaving this review for the staff who helped my daughter and me visiting from out of town. We were charging our vehicle near Prince Street Pizza around 8 PM, when we were approached by a man out of the blue. He started chasing us and we immediately ran knowing that he was likely going to harm us. Prince Street Pizza was the closest place and we ran indoors frantically asking for help. The staff was amazing as the cashier immediately called 911, the cook ran from behind the counter, and a gentleman, presume the manager ( wish we would have asked his name) got our belongings (purse, phones) from our unlocked car. He remained with us and even went searching for the man to confront him. We were so terrified and he was such a God send. He walked us to our charging vehicle and waited until we pulled off, to ensure we were safe. We were just some midwesterners assuming that we were safe to charge our rental in Malibu, of all places, when we were chased and would have likely been assaulted. Thank you to everyone who helped us and btw, the pizza looked and smelled amazing! We were too badly shaken, to even try a slice. If the gentlemen who helped us reads this, please know we are so very grateful for your help and would love to know your name, so that we can thank you personally.“

“My wife and I recently had the pleasure of dining at Moonshadows in Malibu, and it was truly an unforgettable experience.

We started with the BBQ octopus and a dozen oysters, both of which were exquisitely prepared and presented. The octopus was tender and flavorful, and the oysters were fresh and succulent. For our main course, we shared the Lobster and Crab Linguine and the Miso Glazed Black Cod. Both dishes were absolutely divine! The linguine was perfectly cooked with a so fresh and good taste tomato sauce that was shocking, and the seafood was fresh and flavorful. The black cod was cooked to perfection, and the miso glaze was the perfect complement to the delicate flavor of the fish.

But the highlight of our experience was the breathtaking view. We had reserved a window table for 4pm, just in time to witness a spectacular sunset over the Pacific Ocean. The colors were simply unbelievable, and it was the perfect backdrop for our romantic dinner.

The service at Moonshadows was impeccable. Our server was attentive and knowledgeable, and he made sure that we had everything we needed. The cocktails were also top-notch, and we enjoyed a couple of delicious drinks while we watched the sunset.

Overall, we had an amazing experience at Moonshadows. The food, the service, and the view were all exceptional. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a special dining experience in Malibu.

“Excellent Thai spot right on the PCH. This turned up in a few searches and did not disappoint. We enjoyed the dumplings (make sure you love garlic, we do), Pad Woon Sen and ribs. Everything was seasoned well and fresh. Parking was a breeze.“

“We came during happy hour and they had a big selection of food during that time and it was amazing! We are not big seafood eaters but it makes a difference with how fresh it was! “Awesome place - the food is always delicious, the only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because I think it's super over priced, and the people who prepare the food don't practice the cleanest preparation. It's always quite the mess, I'm grateful I dont have allergies because there are usually surprise ingredients in the bowls. It doesn't deter me though, the food is delicious and always very fresh!“

“Got to give a 4 because my burrito has more rice than the rest and I do like that they prepare the food and not have it ready like other places they have meat stacked ready. Their stake is really good. Just the service of the meal is alot of rice and I hate rice In that amount.

Parking: The parking is on a side of the street seems like a scenery parking space not a legit parking spot but it works out I say about 20 cars might fight tight“

“I love the tranquility of sitting outside the service greeted me immediately and I couldn’t wait to order the fettuccine with chicken I understand this place is a little further up Scale in price but it’s worth every penny of it the seating is perfectly fenced off with glass windows but channels are nice breeze that gently cools you while you sit sipping whatever apéritif and enjoying the wonderful bread that is accompanied with a fantastic in-house spread. The fettuccine has larger noodles and you’ll be used to put the texture of the creamy wonderful sauce and the chicken fried so perfectly I blended pepper to give it the perfect aftertaste I literally would’ve eaten 20 pounds of this if I could but this is my special place to come every so often it is a Christmas and birthday gift to myself!“
