“Good is always good and staff is always courteous“

“One of the best breakfast options in Manhattan Beach, and one of my favorites in South Bay in general. It’s in between a traditional breakfast restaurant and a diner, and some things I love about it are it has friendly and quick service, a giant menu, and great food. Inside is pretty large so it can host many different sized groups, and has booth and table seating. Parking in the area can be a bit tricky, we found a metered street spot a block away, but you may have to circle a few times before finding a spot.

For this visit, I chose the Crab & Avocado Benedict because those are two of my two favorite things combined, so it was a no-brainer to order. The crab was very tasty and the hollandaise was made perfectly and overall it was a great dish. I also ordered a side of fruit and they really did not skimp on the fruit quality, they gave me banana, watermelon, grapes, and didn’t just throw the melon and cantaloupe at me.

Overall, a great breakfast option and I plan to be back many times in the future.“

“Call ahead! The wait at the sandwich section can - at times - be a bit slow & tedious and can cost you half your lunch hour. Plus I don't love the fact that their default channel is "Fix News". Still, the salad bar is fabulous. Also, Maggie and Ruby absolutely rock! :-)“

“Pleasantly surprised this morning with how many promotions they had. My server was Alex and was just terrific from the moment I walked it. I saw she was finishing up with a table when I walked in but she still acknowledged me and came over as soon as she was done. Was glad to see a friendly smiling face so early in the morning. This is my third time coming here. I love that I can see the manager actively cleaning and making sure the place is sanitary. I think I will only sit in Alex section when I come“

“It has really warm and comforting things to enjoy inside The Original Pancake House in Redondo Beach where I visited with someone. The place feels really lively and welcoming there in a way that teenagers would enjoy a lot. The pancakes and other foods that I ordered, like the fluffy stacks that looked almost cartoonish, didn’t cost anything extra beyond the menu price at all. By my surprise, the food looked completely picture‑perfect and fun even though it was just breakfast, which makes it perfect for teenagers who love taking photos of their meals. It is a new restaurant to me but I didn’t realize how much there was to enjoy there until I sat down inside. I really appreciated how easy it was to have fun eating there without feeling rushed. I never doubted that the experience was going to turn out the way I hoped it would. I only visited The Original Pancake House in Redondo Beach one time in my life before I made this review. It was one of the most enjoyable and comforting breakfast places I’ve been to in a long time, and I would highly recommend that even teenagers go there because it gives them a place to enjoy good food, take pictures, and feel relaxed. I saw a lot of other teenagers there during my visit, and it made the whole place feel even more teen‑friendly and inviting.“

“My go-to at this diner would be the ENCHILADAS! Amazing flavor and texture; some of the best enchiladas I have ever had at a diner. The service is 5-stars. The atmosphere is cozy and comforting. The peach cobbler is also a hit! The parking is somewhat difficult, so be aware of this.“

“We stopped by for brunch today on Sunday and the food and service were outstanding as always. The menu is vast and goes from breakfast, sandwiches, burgers, tacos, fish and chips, the famous meatloaf and so much more to choose from. They are baking their own muffins and scones in house which are outstanding. The atmosphere is relaxed like a nice country cafe and it is very inviting where you want to sit a while and talk enjoying some of their great coffee. Misto is a well known institution in the area and folks on this side of the hill love this spot with good reason.“

“The restaurant is well known for its pancakes, which were very good. It is part of a chain, and while the staff was a bit slow, they were friendly and polite. Overall, the price-to-quality ratio was very good, and the experience was positive. The restaurant can definitely be recommended. Additionally, the restroom was very clean“

“I Googled good affordable breakfast sandwich near me and found this great little Mom & Pop place. In a sea of overpriced & underwhelming food, it's nice to see good food for a good price. I got a simple, but yummy breakfast sandwich, and spent under $8.00. Busy & friendly place. It's located in the courtyard of an office building, where you enter from the alley. Will be back on my next airport run!“

I informed the manager and he not only refilled the soap dispenser but brought over to the table a big bottle of hand sanitizer for my hands which was truly impressive. “So I wanted to wait till I was sure about what my tongue was saying. This is the fourth time I have gotten food from Egg Tuck. Got to say that I am unbelievably surprised that it is this good!
My go-to breakfast burrito went away when the Starbucks in the same center closed. About a week later I forgetting that it was closed, I stopped and got out of my car. That's when my brain kicked in and realized Starbucks was closed. I was hungry so I decided to give Egg Tuck a go. The first bite into that breakfast burrito was mind-blowing. I only wanted to eat half but I ended up eating the whole thing. At that moment I wanted to write the review, but I held myself back. No way it could be that good... Right? I decided to do a few more visits before I did my review. I changed my order a little bit each time. Then I decided to do the big test, I added smoked ham (not a big fan of smoked ham and breakfast burritos). I finished the burrito, ham and all.
This is why I'm writing this review. Do yourself a favor and try this place out. Your taste buds will Thank You“

“We found this gem of a place a little over a year ago. We try and go every weekend for our “brunch” favorites! We love the staff and Chef .. who are all “family”. The best food, with the nicest staff…and the ambiance isn’t too shabby either. It’s such a joy to go and eat there. Take your time, this is not the type of place you go to to “rush” your meal…“

“Courtyard Marriott hotel food spot. Good but pricey. Steel cut oatmeal is good and comes with fruit. Decent beer and bourbon selection. $7 cappuccino. Interior is blah hotel but there’s a fire pit outside that’s perfect for Cali nights. Friendly service.“
