“I was happily surprised to find Saturday evening reservations available at this outstanding Menlo Park establishment. I was in Palo Alto to visit my god-daughter at Stanford and had a hankering for some awesome food while in town. The restaurant has its own (free) parking lot, which was also a big plus. We were greeted warmly and seat promptly for our 7:15 pm reservation. The services was very attentive, right off the bat, with water and fresh baked bread arriving swiftly. The lamb chop appetizer was divine and our only complaint about the delicious dungeness crab gnocchi appetizer is that it wasn't available as an entree portion (we made a suggestion to the chef to change that). She joined the clean plate club with her risotto entree and I really enjoyed the fresh catch entree. If you drink lemonade, don't miss out on the lavender rendition offered here. We were saddened that they has already sold out of the homemade snickerdoodle ice-cream, but I guess we'll have to save it for next time. I can't wait to visit here again. It was simply outstanding. Thankfully my god-daughter has two more years at Stanford!“

Coffee was smooth, served in delicate ornate Turkish china. Staff was wonderful and excited to welcome us, help with any questions. A quiet place for a lovely family dinner! Opening at 4 pm was very helpful, parking out front or in back. Felt like being transported to a gracious culture in a family’s home.“

“The food here was great, and our waiter was incredibly kind and friendly! We loved the lamb biryani, dahi puri chaat, and chicken saag—all were delicious. The medium spice level was quite mild, so if you enjoy heat, I’d recommend going for spicy.

“Food was fantastic! Covid has hit all restaurants hard and La Stanza was new to Menlo Park opening in January 2020. The owner / chef has his Italian cuisine dialed. The cesar salad was dressed to perfection served on a chilled plate w/shavings of Parmigiano Reggiano.. Delish! My short rib ravioli special was exactly what I was hoping for. Hand made in house pasta baked to perfection. My wife had the sacchettto vegi pasta pocket stuffed w/vegis . The red sauce had tremendous flavor... and perfect to mop up with the bread. 🤪... This place is a must try!“

“First time here and it won't be my last. This restaurant had great service with delicious, wonderfully presented Asian dishes. Vast selection of menu items. Beautiful upstairs and downstairs dining room. Great for small or large parties. Bar seating with an extensive collection of wines and some beer.
A little pricey, but that goes without saying if you're located in Menlo Park /Palo Alto Bay Area.
Honestly, the food and service is worth the price though.“

“I had an amazing experience at this Mongolian restaurant! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel like family, offering friendly service with a smile. The food was outstanding; the grilled meats were tender and flavorful, complemented by fresh vegetables and savory sauces. I especially loved the build-your-own stir fry, where you pick your ingredients and watch them cooked right in front of you. The ambiance was cozy and warm, with Mongolian-inspired decor that added to the experience. A truly memorable meal!“

“We had a nice table in the mezzanine, which we really enjoyed. We were meeting with friends who really needed to unwind from some things going on in their life. Our waiter / bartender gave us great service with time when we needed it and attention when we needed it. The food and drinks were very good. The brioche bun dessert is fantastic - highly recommend.“

“This sugar is good and the service is also the problem is that the cook does not pay attention to the notes. I ordered a burrito without onion and without cilantro, the cook went overboard with the ok mistakes happen. But when the cook turns crazy I ask them for the order and the guy just reduces the onion and mixes the meat if you know that the reason I ordered it without onion is because I'm allergic. I lasted 3 days with sore welts that I could only bite a few times.“

“Overall really flavorful full, some of the richest butter chicken I’ve had. However they were kinda slow to make my order took around 20-25 minutes when dining in. But it was definitely worth it, they give you nearly a pint of butter chicken and you can order a pretty large side of rice but I recommend you get the rice and naan to clean up all the sauce. Overall pretty good I just think they could be a bit faster.“

“Nice lunch experience really like the vibes here brought the family here for great lunch and love the place nice music really clean nice tv playing hockey.
Food was prepared at the moment really fresh and yummy my kids love it.
Abel was really helpful with us since the cashier made a mistake with the order.
Problem was fix right a way with nice apology and not extra charge including free chips.

“We dined here one late afternoon. This location was in walking distance from our hotel. We ordered the Lasagna and the Penne with Meat Sauce, along with a side Caesar Salad. Everything was delicious and we liked the fact you could order a small size, so we didn't leave the restaurant so full - the portion sizes were just right. Our server, Yesica C, was very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. We would definitely dine here again when we are in the area.“

“I really enjoyed the ambience of this restaurant. Beautiful decor, ambient lighting, and an overall vibe. It is located inside the beautiful Hotel Nia, one of my favorite Autograph Collection hotels by Marriott.

The Wagyu burger was a great choice and I really really enjoyed the unique offering of garlic fries instead of the traditional or truffle option. This really was a standout of the meal. The burger was flavorful and cooked to my desired temperature. Tommy’s Margarita (not pictured) wasn’t as tasty as I expected but it was still a solid tequila choice. The best part of the drink was the dried pineapple slice. My waitress even brought me extra at my request which I appreciated. Overall 9/10 experience.

“This place is a step above Chipotle, the sauces and salsas are pretty good, and their menu of pre-set flavor combinations is also pretty solid. My friend got a custom quesadilla and loved it, and I got one of the vegetarian nachos option (which was *loaded* still, so if you're veg, you'll definitely not go hungry), and we both got Jarritos to drink. They have a full bar, too, which we didn't try at all, so we will have to come back for happy hour.

Vegetarian options: Lots of protein options (bean varieties, cheese varieties), and lots of toppings to make your nachos/tacos/quesadilla loaded and delicious.“

“I have to say, they have one of the best Authentic Pupusas I’ve ever tasted in my entire life. I am very picky with my food and I got to say man, they make one of the best if not the best pupusas in the entire Bay Area. They also offer quite the variety of food!
