He was patient in answering questions and informative about the coffee I chose. Stephanie and Jason was helpful with answering questions that Joseph wasn't sure on the answer. The 3 worked well together in assisting this customer with making an informed choice on milk substitute for my coffee. Jason made my veggie sandwich and the presentation was appealing! “I had a great experience here today. I live in the mountains, so the last time I had a Jersey Mike's was at the new lake arrowhead location. Up there, if I ask them for a California club, they look at me as if I had just asked them to solve a quadratic equation. Here, I walk right up and ask for a California club, and I get a "you got it!" Very refreshing. The girl who was making my sandwich Mike's way noticed a little glob of mayo on one of the tomatoes and promptly discarded it. Great quality management. The store was clean, my food was delicious and fresh, and the employees were friendly and got the small line down to a trickle fast. Great job, guys!
