“Really fantastic gelato. There was a well-deserved line around the building and the guys working handled the rush wonderfully. Gelato worth the drive from SF, and the owner is lovely. I had espresso and chocolate. My husband had pistachio and ginger cookie (speculoos). The pistachio was in the top 3 of pistachio flavored things I have ever tasted. Bravo on the flavors. Was greeted and welcomed by one of their friendly staffs, she explained to me they offer ice cream and gelatos and the different flavors they carry. They also have many things to choose from, such as sundaes, milkshakes, boba drinks, smoothies, mangonadas, etc. It’s a cool little spot in the neighborhood that definitely attracts customers like myself. It's an ice cream shop that fulfill the most posh of taste. My favorite is the Ube ice cream . Its so luscious , thick and creamy texture with a mellow, subtle nutty, and a hint of vanilla flavor. Location is great. It's on broadway Burlingame next to Walgreens. Meter spots , parking lots , and 2 hrs of free parking available. Cute ambience and the entire staff is attentive and welcoming.“

“Every time I’ve gone there it’s been a great experience! When there’s a line, the employees are super efficient and the wait times are never bad. It’s super fun watching them make the ice cream. I recently went there to get my mom a smoothie and the guy was super nice (I didn’t get his name sadly) I tried a bit of her smoothie (WITH PERMISSION!) and it was delicious. Wonderful place to stop and grab a lil treat while you’re shopping 😊“

“If you're in the area and looking for takeout while on a budget this is a great option. The owner is very kind to all of her customers. She also gives very generous portions. The food is decent but the decor is dated. I wouldn't recommend dining in but she has a few chairs for you to sit on. I would highly recommend this restaurant. Support our local businesses especially ones that treat their guests very well like this one.

Opted for the Oreo 'n Cold Brew with a sugar cone. I'm a big fan of coffee flavored ice cream. Pretty decent flavors. Chunks of Oreo bits. Cold brew flavor was mild. Sugar cone was nice and crunchy! Overall, not bad! Definitely too cold to be eating ice cream ahahahhahahahah eating ice cream has no rules.“

“I've been going here for a few days straight this week because who doesn't have a craving for a good sundae? Three scoop sundae for $10-$11, I think, is pretty standard nowadays. Surprisingly, this place was pretty busy both days I went. It's been super cold lately, too. The kiosk or place is generally clean. Both times, I wanted to try the waffle bowls, but I couldn't help but question if it's fresh? I was surprised they still had seasonal holiday flavors like peppermint.
The menu is pretty standard, and you can make a dazzler with any flavor ice cream you like. I only wished the people who worked there spoke English. I told the lady the first day I wanted a build your own dazzler/sundae, and we weren't understanding each other. To the point, I just told her the flavor brownie a la mode and had her choose the toppings.
The sundae itself melts fast because of the hot fudge, but I just love the yummy gooeiness of it all. Something about it is so comforting. Even as it melted, I drank every last drop like chocolate milk or a melted milkshake...good to the last drop.“

“Our friendly neighborhood ice cream shop full of delicious flavors (as expected from BR). Lots of flavors, lots of cones and decorative cups, and sundaes. They usually have 1-2 staff which can be under during busy hours but we generally go late in the evening when there is less traffic, so it’s prompt. There are plenty of ice cream cakes to go and a very cute guest seating arrangement.“

The sign is visible from the highway but to access the shoppe, requires driving behind the Burger King into the shopping complex. Jan ordered soy free carmel, and I ordered a blend of my favorite which is one scoop of chocolate, and one scoop of cherry. The service was prompt and the establishment clean.“

The older gentleman working there was nice enough, but there was a girl that didn’t respond in the slightest when I told her thank you and to have a nice day. I mean, I don’t care if she had a nice day. I was just being polite. And she didn’t even look at me throughout our interaction. Just handed me my food, with a sort of “hurry up and leave” attitude. I mean, she doesn’t have to look at me either. I know I’m hideous. I dunno, I’m from the midwest. People make eye contact and exchange niceties out there. I guess I won’t bother being polite here. No one cares anyway. Hahaha“

Incredibly good food, everything's made fresh and they are so fast. I can really recommend the special sandwiches or wraps for a healthy and tasty lunch. Or a toasted bagel if ur rushing to class. And the açaí will make your day! Have never found a better one anywhere else. Also love the staff, they always make me smile.“

“Just delicious. I ordered an ube soft serve with an Ah Boong (fish waffle) on the side. The Ah Boong is warm and fresh, simultaneously soft and crispy, and the ice cream is flavorful and the perfect amount. I inhaled the entire thing within 5 minutes, it was just that good. The ube soft serve is not the best I've had, but it's still good, and that's probably because of my personal tastes. I think it is worth the price. The location is convenient too, right in Downtown San Mateo! Overall, I will come again. 4/5.“
