“Obviously, their iconic Daeho Kalbi Jjim tastes good. Definitely more on the sweet side, but quite authentic to kalbi jjim I've had in Korea. I also got their naemmyeon (sorry if I spelled it wrong). It was tasty and cold, but the portion is huge! Hard for 1 person to finish. Their banchan (kimchis) were lacking. They don't give much and they didn't taste very good. Kind of like if you made kimchi from home not realizing it'll take a couple days to get the proper fermented taste. Staff was attentive and handled the long lines and crowded restaurant well. However, THERE IS NO AC! PLACE WAS SO HOT!!! Be ready to sweat just from heat. I like the music choice though. Had some Big Bang playing and some other pre-BTS popular Kpop. Would I go again? Probably not. You save money making kalbi jjim at home. But it's a nice little experience.“

“Interesting BBQ joint. Came here as a large party and took the entire restaurant and indoor seating area. Roughly 100 people. The grills on the table were warming trays and the skewers were brought to the table fully cooked. It's definitely an experience and has traditional Chinese street vendor BBQ vibes although the quality of the ingredients is average. They do have some unique prepared dishes which I enjoyed from the vermicelli garlic scallops and oysters that were super tasty.“

“Second location I've been to of this chain and overall it was solid.
Had their seafood combo with chicken, while nothing was stand out amongst the three, all where pretty good.
Their chicken katsu musubi while pricy was great. Their mac salad while decent was a bit loose.
Pricing is pretty in line as well so would recommend.“

“Very authentic flavorful broth every time I have been here. Good portions of meat too. It’s my go to for pho and other authentic dishes. I always get the #7 so good 😃“

“Milpitas Buffet is exactly what you hope for when you walk into a seafood buffet — and it delivers perfectly. The selection is huge, with so many dishes that it’s hard to even decide where to start. Everything is fresh, flavorful, and well prepared. The seafood section is the star, and the crab legs are a must-try — grab them while they’re hot, because they taste amazing and go fast. I also appreciated how clean and well maintained the place is, which makes the whole dining experience even better. The staff is attentive and quick to refill trays, so you never feel like you’re missing out on something. There’s plenty of variety beyond seafood too, so everyone can find something they like. For the price, the value is more than fair considering the quality and freshness of the food. Milpitas Buffet has quickly become one of my favorite spots, and I’ll definitely be coming back again and again. Highly recommended!“

“In my opinion, the price is extremely good for the quality of meat you get. I feel that Meat Time fills this niche for yakiniku so well in the bay area that I can easily recommend any of my friends to try it.
I had previously written a critical review of Meat Time on an operationally difficult day, and posted it before the check came and a significant discount was given to us in light of the difficulty. I think this review was unfair considering my overall experiences with my friends here over the past year or so. It was not my intention to solicit a refund or otherwise.“
