“Lovely people, me and my friends tried their Paneer butter masala, chana masala and the veg korma along with pav bhaji. I loved the paneer butter masala. Chana curry felt just like home. I'd definitely come again for pav bhaji as well.I didn't enjoy the papdi chat that much but samosa chat and dahi puri were spot on.The meal cannot be ended without Mango Lassi. We tried the food at the Garba event in Oakland and we were blessed to have this food.Service was good and the wait time was manageable too.I guess if I am gonna host a party I know whom to call for catering.“

“About the best deli in Milpitas is the CRUST Sourdough Deli, don't ask why, just believe it because it's true!After spending a couple of hours with my old pal Mr. Peabody and his boy Sherman we decided to have lunch, and well...the CRUST Deli called to us like a colony of ants to Aunt Bee's picnic. They cooked it all fresh! Chili Verde excellent. Spanish rice excellent. Carne asada excellent. Refried beans excellent. Fresh corn tortillas were out of this world. This quality of food is rare.

Beverages included a fresh melon and fresh berry (other flavors , too). soda, coffee , water all included in one price.

A bar with very reasonable prices. Very clean. also stage, dance floor. No problem with Parking.

Lots of room with a wonderful ambiance to welcome guest.

We got compliments all throughout the celebration of my brother’s life.

“Big Ruub's did a great job catering my nephew's graduation party. The staff was efficient setting up the taco bar and they did a good job serving. The tree choices of meats were all well prepared and the toppings were ample and of good quality. The food was all very good. They cleaned up and boxed the left overs well. They made a great impression and the locals at the party all expressed and interest in using Big Ruub in the future. If Big Ruub is on the menu, count me in.“

“Phin Bar coffee is some of the best coffee I’ve ever had. I first found out about them when they came to an office event- and made iced phin coffee right in front of us. “Anytime is Taco Time did a catered event for 50 people for my husband’s 70th birthday at a private home. They came a long way and only charged a minimal fee for travel time/expenses. They were on time (even a little early) for set up. When the guests arrived, they were ready to go with the food. It was delicious food - four kinds of tacos with all the toppings. There was guacamole, salsa and chips as well. They served until the guests were full, then packed up leftovers for the guests to take home. They cleaned up their area and left w/o a fuss. They worked with us on a time and date without it being a long time in advance. Reasonable prices and several menu options. I would definitely recommend them and use them again. “Honestly surprised this place doesn't have more reviews. We were recommended by this place when we were getting fitted for hanbok across the street because the owner said she catered food from here for her grandson. She is Korean ahjumah so if she says it's good, then it must be good.

Fast forward to the day of our event, celebrating our child's first Korean birthday (dohl) 돌. They were on time for pickup order. I kid you not, like everyone (40 people) asked us where we got this food. My aunt even took a large box filled with leftovers and others left home each with food. Our friends texted me the next day asking for the name of the catering service. My Korean parents and friends enjoyed this food so much. I was stressing about where to cater for our event. And I luckily found this place by chance. And I'm sharing this so you can trust that this food is so so worth it.

“Stopped by Cocola at Santana Row right at opening on a Saturday. No crowd at all, which made it a relaxing start to the day. I got a hot mocha, the flavor was average, but the portion size was generous and the price surprisingly affordable for Santana Row.

Tried the mushroom croissant and was really pleased. it had a nice savory umami flavor. Also had a pistachio croissant, which was decent but tasted like it wasn’t made fresh that morning. Pastries are on the pricier side and the quality is average.

Service was fast and the baristas were friendly. Outdoor seating was lovely, and there’s plenty of parking, but it’s only free for the first two hours.“

I had used them for corporate catering previously and when I needed a caterer for a family event, they were my first call. From the moment I reached out, Tony was incredibly responsive - getting back to me quickly and making it clear that he understood exactly what we needed. He took the time to truly listen, asked thoughtful questions, and came back with a full menu proposal that was spot-on.
