“Had a nice evening at Dominicos on the lake this evening. My wife and I had reservations and were fortunate to ask Kory for a patio table which he accommodated. Michael took us to our table and was very kind and professional. Pedro came by with our bread and water and said hello. He is one of the hardest working individuals at the restaurant. Eddie our server came by and took our orders with a bottle of Austin Hope and bread to start. My wife ordered a chicken breast salad and I had the chef's special stroganoff which was amazing. Unfortunately my wife's salad came out 30 minutes after my stroganoff which was a cardinal sin in the restaurant business and we mentioned it was not acceptable. Eddie apologized and we also had Steven, the GM, come by and also apologize and ensure the salad would be out shortly. The salad was delivered, of course after I ate my entree and Steven dropped off and apologetic gift certificate for an appetizer during our next visit. We also ordered an additional beef stroganoff plus an order of meatballs to take home for tomorrow. We undertake things happen and it's certainly nice to see the restaurants busy again but a party of two receiving their entrees 30 minutes apart is not conducive with quality service. I am guessing the chef either misplaced the order or overlooked the obvious and we hope next time we will not have such issues as the restaurant is very good and in a fantastic location. Michael also came back around and stated he was concerned about this mishap and would look into this. As a retired government administrator and former restaurant manager in my college days I expect the simple things like entrees being delivered at the same time to be in sync with quality service and dining. We will be back and see if in fact this was an isolated incident. Good food and ambiance plus. As a writer for Trip Advisor, Yelp and Google I am graceful in my comments and specific in areas needed improvement. Thanks you.”

My only regret is not ordering a single flour tortilla on the side so I can take it home & add some butter & I should’ve gotten the churros. Next time for sure!”

“I know this is very late, but I still wanted to give a shout-out to Moe at Dizzy Bird.

I stopped by on Christmas Eve with my family and placed a big order. After I paid, I realized I forgot to order fries. Moe immediately took care of me and didn’t even want me to wait or go back in line to make another payment. He just grabbed them for me right away and got me taken care of.

He was genuinely kind and didn’t make it a hassle at all. I really wanted management to know how awesome and genuine he was. Also, every time I come here, the team behind the counter is always super friendly, kind, and welcoming. This isn’t my first time here, and the service is consistently great. Definitely one of my go-to spots.”

“Cool vibe, good food. Happy hour daily from 2-5 with 50% off beer and wine. My only complaint would be the table tops were sticky/dirty looking. Not from lack of cleaning, just seemed to be the varnish they used on the wood. Also, the garlic parm fries are coated in a garlic butter. Very greasy/oily. If you're not into greasy fries, steer clear. Overall though, I would recommend, and I will be back.”

“Nice little place to grab a quick bite. I got the Oktoberfest plate which was really good! It comes with one sausage that's split down the middle lengthwise and I was expecting two whole sausages. Oh well, they were delicious. Probably the best I've ever had and the amount of potato salad and sauerkraut made up for the missing sausage. The roll with butter were good too. The price online says $9.99 but at the window it says $12.99. I told the nice woman I'd be back. That's my new go to food place whenever I visit the Health Care Agency near by.”

“TK Burgers is one of those classic Orange County spots that reminds you why simple food done right still wins. The place has that old-school surf shack vibe that feels authentic to the beach communities around here. The burgers are solid and exactly what you want from a traditional California burger stand. Fresh grilled patties, soft buns, and simple toppings that don’t try to overcomplicate things. Everything tastes fresh off the grill and you can tell they’ve been doing it the same way for years. It’s not trying to be trendy or fancy. It’s just good, classic burger stand food that hits the spot every time.

Where TK Burgers really separates itself from the pack is the fries. And honestly, this is where I think they beat In-N-Out pretty easily. In-N-Out has great burgers, but their fries can be a little hit or miss depending on the batch. TK Burgers consistently serves fries that are crispy on the outside, fluffy inside, and actually seasoned well. They taste like proper old-school burger stand fries, the kind you keep reaching back into the basket for even after you’re full.

The portions are generous, the prices are fair for Orange County, and the atmosphere feels laid back and local. You’ll see surfers, families, and longtime regulars all grabbing a quick meal. It’s the kind of place that feels like it’s been part of the community forever.

If you’re in Orange County and craving a straightforward, no-nonsense burger and fries, TK Burgers delivers. And if you’re someone who’s always wished In-N-Out had better fries, this place will probably win you over pretty quickly. Except for their service which is just “Meh”

I wrote a positive review maybe twice in my life here’s my third. Start with the cashier, I really can’t say I ever had anyone serve me with a better attitude than the guy who helped me and I say right by the register and he kept that amazing attitude with all customers. At first I had 3 chicken tacos from the taco Tuesday deal (which I might say isn’t cheap, but quality costs) which were surprisingly good because I don’t love shredded chicken. The chicken was so good I decided to get an asada one as well just to make sure they really are as good as it seems. They crushed it, asada taco came to over 7$ after taxes and it glad to say I’ll be happy to pay that price anytime anywhere to get that same taco!”

I do have to warn that if you are used to the kind of subtle sweet flavors of regular boba you're not gonna find them here because even when you get 50% sugar it feels like you're getting the full 100%. But maybe they switched their sugar level logic to fit the needs of the locals here who are used to drinking suuuuuper sugary drinks. I'm not sure if they remake upon request but I'm too scared to ask. I just asked them to dump out half of my drink and fill it with water so I can at least drink the thing lol but I think they would oblige if I wasn't so scared of bothering the workers.”

After 4 visits with consistently outstanding food quality, we've decided that Lemon & LIfe is our family's go-to. We've tried sashimi, sushi, ramen, appetizers, drinks, mochi dessert - pretty much everything on the menu and not had a disapointing meal yet. The portions of fish are pretty large - shocking actually. For that quality, it's a bargain. If I had one recommendation, it would be to soften the lighting for dinner service and turn the music up a bit just to create more ambiance.”

She welcomes you with a smiling face and explains anything on the Chinese-American menu, which is quickly served and abundant. My only recommendation is she provide Chinese music to set the mood instead of her nice quiet classical music. BTW, the restaurant is in a quiet section of the shopping mall with no loud vehicles racing by. You can have a nice quiet conversation while enjoying your food. The restaurant provides booths or tables for your pleasure, which is a nice change from normal cafeteria-style Asian restaurants.”

The pizza was fresh filling and I had to tell you, they have the best cheese I’ve ever tasted in my life but if you want a pizza that fills you up go for the small, which is eight slices but I’m telling you right now if you get the large, be sure to bring three extra people because they will fill you up they offer sandwiches here. One of these is the Italian sausage and cheese. They will bring it out to your table.

You can enjoy sports or any program on the TV and I’m gonna tell you the build your own menu is really amazing but I had to have a pepperoni and sausage…

When you get here stop and check out the sign there are three lunch specials supposed daily and they’re delicious.!”

Perfectly sweet with just the the amount of tang, and a cool firm texture that will actually amaze you on the first bite. And that doesn't even mention their cookies... of almost every type. My 6-yr-old will forego any other dessert for their cookies. And, frankly, they have the best fruit pies around. The crust, the filling... these people care about every last detail. Go get one.

We started our dinner with two glasses of wine and the bruchetta. The Talbot Chardonnay and the Dry Creek Cabernet were both excellent choices. We undertake things happen and it's certainly nice to see the restaurants busy again but a party of two receiving their entrees 30 minutes apart is not conducive with quality service. I am guessing the chef either misplaced the order or overlooked the obvious and we hope next time we will not have such issues as the restaurant is very good and in a fantastic location. Michael also came back around and stated he was concerned about this mishap and would look into this. As a retired government administrator and former restaurant manager in my college days I expect the simple things like entrees being delivered at the same time to be in sync with quality service and dining. We will be back and see if in fact this was an isolated incident. Good food and ambiance plus. “Oh. My. God!!!! Bomb!!!! I order chips & guacamole, asada taco & pollo asado burrito. The minute I tried the chips i knew. The tacos was sooo good. Next time im going to get an asada burrito. The chicken was good but the asada was where it’s at. The salsas were very tasty! I’m glad I tried a variety of them. I think my favorite was the creamy cilantro. My only regret is not ordering a single flour tortilla on the side so I can take it home & add some butter & I should’ve gotten the churros. Next time for sure!”

“We want to thank CPK for honoring Veterans today. They gave a delicious complementary supper tonight with a nice menu. The food was delicious. The staff was excellent. Service was fast. Manager thanked the veterans and gave us a handshake and a flag. He even had a table set for the missing soldiers , sailors, and Marines. Happy that everyone in restaurant was having a great time. Staff was all friendly and excellent. We eat here about ever other month. Very affordable, great pizzas and pastas”

“It’s very rare for a bakehouse to have both excellent pastries as well as delicious coffee. Diotima has one of the best and most inventive assortments of pastries I’ve had in the US. Quality rivals that of the best bakehouses in France. Support this amazing local business!! I wish they were open on Sundays too!”

“Cool vibe, good food. Happy hour daily from 2-5 with 50% off beer and wine. My only complaint would be the table tops were sticky/dirty looking. Not from lack of cleaning, just seemed to be the varnish they used on the wood. Also, the garlic parm fries are coated in a garlic butter. Very greasy/oily. If you're not into greasy fries, steer clear. Overall though, I would recommend, and I will be back.”

We have always loved Five Guys and missed the one that used to be near our Dana Point home. We happened to be near this MV location after my husband’s doctors appointment nearby. We went in and started to place our order. I thought to ask whether the buns had sesame seeds on them. It’s a small issue for most of us but for my husband it’s a now serious no-no health issue. I thought I would need to cancel the order. But the young woman taking our order spoke with the manager. She came back and suggested we use two bun bottoms! Perfect solution! Unfortunately I ordered via OLO to the wrong location but nevertheless the store team quickly made our new drinks. I ordered a Einspanner Matcha Latte with Oat Milk and a Lavender Cloud. After visiting Japan, it has been extremely hard to find authentic matcha. Vivot was extremely authentic and delicious. A special thanks to Brandon for his help processing the refund for my error ordering at the wrong location. I can’t wait to visit again when I am back in town!”
