“One of few places in Southern California that actually offers vegan talai. The naan garlic bread is out of these world. What I also love that they can make low salt food too and they have vegan mango lassi. Food is clean, so delicious and the employees are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended if you are in area. “I Love the food. But I hate it. When my foods delayed i ordered a colossus burger, which is a pastrami hamburger. That's what the older taker told me it was. Then they made the food and they only gave me a hamburger. I only paid for a hamburger. As I sat there and waited about 8 minutes for them to make the food.They expected me to wait an additional eight minutes and pay them a 2 75 3 75. For their miss up and wait, you think I wanted to wait my food was hot in my hand what's wrong with the order taker? He spoke perfectly good English. I know he understood me.I also speak Spanish, so there's no reason for him to miss up my order.I was disappointed and it wasn't a nice day to be disappointed“

“If you have not had the chance to dine in at Girasol, I highly recommend it. The chicharon with guac is a must as a starter, make sure you get some of the spicy sauce. As for a recommendation for a meal, well you have to come in and try. We loved the chilaquiles, the carne en su juego, the menudo, and the breakfast burrito. If you have a sweeter taste, the French toast, the pancakes and the crepe are awesome. But as mentioned before, you just have to come in and try everything.“

“I was craving Korean bbq but bowl style and this spot was nearby.

I ordered their marinated short rib bowl and I added extra proteins of spam, an egg and chicken with no rice, all salad. It was a phenomenal lunch overall. The flavor was definitely there. It was definitely pricey after I added all the extras, but still worth it.

I’d definitely come back here again to try their other menu items.“

“Oto-Oto is exceptional in every way. The food is fantastic and considering the quality, reasonably priced. The presentation of the food is beautiful without being over the top. The staff is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and timely without being intrusive. The chefs are professional trained sushi chefs. The atmosphere is lovely, warm, and interesting-- note the giant bonsho (bell) hanging from the cool, high open ceiling and the display of bottles at the bar for example. It is quiet so you can hear yourselves talk. It stays busy without ever feeling cramped or rushed. If you look at the clientele, you will know it is a top-notch place because they are locals and people who keep coming back time and time again -- the staff recognizes and remembers them and there are warm exchanges between them.We often get take-out and one night I sat and just observed the interplay of staff -- it was like watching a beautiful dance as they wove in and out -- making drinks, taking orders, delivering food, and the chefs with hands flying as they made dish after dish and without breaking stride, they smiled through it all - it was better than watching most of what is on television. We love Oto-Oto in every way and highly recommend it.

I retired a few years ago and visit a different Baja Fresh that is near a business I go to every few months...the taste hasn't changed in all that time.
