I searched for cake shops nearby and came across Maksen. After seeing their stunning designs, I knew I had to give them a try. I’m so glad I did because the chef/owner was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to bring my vision to life. Not only did the design turn out amazing, but she also worked with me on pricing, had a quick turnaround, and the cake itself was absolutely delicious. We all loved it!“

Ordered a small chocolate cake with chocolate and strawberries on the middle and white Icing on outside with light amouth of colored cream . They have always had delicious Mexican bread, pastries, and cakes...now they have added tamales (if you're lucky enough to get them). “I can’t say enough great things! I went out on a limb and called Valentine Sweets. I live in New York, however my brother lives in Pasadena! I was doing a gender reveal for my friends and family in New York and wanted my brother to be included. I called early in the morning and spoke to the decorator Tatiana. I explained I needed one single custom gender reveal cupcake and she had no issues with the request or making it happen! A simple cute vanilla cupcake. Decorated with blue and pink sprinkles. And surprise pink frosting in the middle! She had the cupcake done within a couple hours for my brother to pick up! She had great communication and texted me when it was ready.
