“Good thing I didn’t let reviews influence me. We had an amazing dinner at Bear! Being able to do table shares allowed us to try amazing assortment. Lettuce wrap short ribs-yummy; beets !!, gems salad sirloin steak, sea bass! I could go on and on. Needed a triple order of sourdough!!!! Great service and fun, fun evening.. not your standard meat and potatoes place-a culinary experience😜“

“Ate there for the first time yesterday and can't wait to go back. We're vegetarian but had no trouble finding incredible offerings. The mushroom/leek risotto was the best I've had. The sweet corn tamale appetizers were surprising and flavorful, and the grilled avocado tostados fabulous! On beautiful grounds with fresh produce growing beside the restaurant. Staff was friendly and efficient. Just a great experience!“

“Great dog-friendly location in Downtown Napa! We got a perfect mix of shady and sunny in their outdoor seating. I got Lucca the Napa Dog a puppy patty and got him a water bowl too. Everyone was super friendly, and the cheeseburger and sweet potato fries and the oreo shake was super yummy!“

“5 stars for the ambiance & staff members!!! 2 stars for the finger foods, sorry they were cute and looked good but didn’t taste that great. My friends and I had a lovely time on the 4 course tea train for my birthday. It was all of our first times ever riding the wine train and we enjoyed it, however for the price you pay, you really don’t get your moneys worth (soup, salad, finger/cucumber sandwiches, desserts)and we didn’t even stop to get off the train. Also there really isn’t much to look at fields, a couple stores, construction sites, trailer parks, and few wineries). It’s definitely OVERPRICED! I would do it again if it becomes cheaper though. Maybe offer unlimited wine along with the tea, better food, and something for people celebrating their birthdays. I’m so happy my cousin bought along decorations (vines, rose pedals, 36 lights) to make our area extra cute !!!“

“We spent some time at The Lincoln Napa on a recent trip to Napa. The food is fantastic, we tried the short rib tacos, Flat Iron medallions, Adobo Chicken wings, Popcorn (oh my! It’s addictive) and the hummus and guac plate (great happy hour menu items). It was so good we had to try the smash burger, and the Entree Salmon (the best!). Their drinks are creative and amazing! We were in Napa for 3 days and had so much fun we visited twice. We will be back!! Thanks for helping make out trip special!“

“The car wash line was out the parking lot! Don’t be fooled though, we parked in the lot across the street and we had no wait time. Walk up to the counter and order your food. Wait time was only a few minutes but my wife’s burger they did get wrong and we had to wait a little more for a refire. Burger was delicious and had a well blend of ingredients. Fries were good but the onion rings were really delicious.“

“We took a three-day trip to Nappa and visited a ton of wineries and restaurants. One of the nights we wanted to go somewhere that wasn't much of a walk and this had good ratings. We did NOT realize that it was located inside Embassy Suites until we got there, and at that point, we figured we'd give it a shot. This was easily the best meal that we had during our entire stay. The Banh Mi was excellent and the burger was very good as well. All this being said, as good as the food was, it came second to the first rate service that we received. Nathan was our server and did an excellent job. He provided meaningful input as to the food, was attentive, charismatic, and provided insight to the local area. We definitely would recommend to anyone/everyone.“

“On our visit to Napa we stopped here for a coffee and a piece of chocolate banana bread. It was so good we stopped the next day for breakfast. The place is cute, the staff is friendly and attentive and the food was delicious! Homemade corned beef hash and short rib omelette! The salad I ordered with omelette was equally fresh and delicious! Highly recommend.“

“Tucked away in the Silverado Shopping Center, my wife and I stopped by for a quick breakfast, and we were very pleasantly surprised.

“Haven't been to Compline since before Covid and it is still serving great food and wine. Had the fried chicken and my friend had the burger. Fried chicken was dark brown so looked burnt but it wasn't. The boneless pieces were so tasty and the gravy and mustard greens were excellent. My friend loved the burger and commented on how brioche like the bun was. Had an excellent red Burgundy (Rollin) and was priced well at $75. Highly recommend.“

“Some friends and I came here one early (7am) morning to have breakfast after a canceled reservation..... it was amazing. Miguel was our server, who was very informative and attentive. We started out with Bloody Mary's and micheladas, which was Miguel's own mix. They were delicious! I had the smoked salmon eggs benedict, and it was wonderful. None of us had anything we did not like. The atmosphere was pleasant, the decor was well done. We will definitely be coming here again in the future.

Parking: They do offer valet service, but if you can find street parking, it is free for the first two hours. We arrived so early in the morning that street parking was plentiful.“

I specifically requested a table outdoor for our party this time and maybe it was a broken connection-communication between the OpenTable platform and the restaurant but we were placed inside with no level of efforts to try and accommodate and an argumentative host more concerned about being right than being customer friendly.“

I got the gnocchi, only complaint was it was a very small dish of pasta. It was delicious, but I shared a side with someone else. If I hadn't, the gnocchi wouldn't have been enough. Everyone else's portions seemed more filling. Overall- would recommend.“
