Absolutely on top of things, checking on orders, apologizing for any delays, verifying things were correct, and all over the place from behind the counter to helping package and distribute meals - all in a very calm and humble manner. I don't think she is the manager, but she has great qualities for that role if she ever aspires to do that. Thank you for excellent service and making my experience a great one!“

During the past 2years between health issues and not driving anymore I have rarely had it.I called today and ordered 3 bowls because Kanna (?) an employee said that they had one pot left and they will not be making it anymore! Why? They end up throwing too much away because no one is ordering it! Kanna said customers have said the soup "sounds gross" but once they try a free sample...They love it!For a few years I called them as often as I was available asking if it was on the menu that day and they had frequently said no or just sold out!!!HELLO ALL PB&J FANS AND FUTURE FANS!!! “I have been going to urbane cafe for about 2 years now, at least once a month if not more. Their salmon bowl is what really got me hooked but at the Camarillo Daily Dr location I had a frustrating experience with one of the staff not wanting to accommodate the salmon salad to my food allergy. Previous experiences I have had with a young man he has gladly changed the dish for me. This is the type of customer service I am used to from them. I am disappointed by my visit today to say the least, I still love Urbane and 99% of their staff. Please be kinder to people who have allergies, we still want to enjoy food just as much as other people.Dietary restrictions: won't accommodate for allergies“

“The food was good, but I didn't enjoy my meal as much as I hoped to. The salad was just okay. The vinaigrette tasted unexpectedly sour. Not it's usual good tangy flavor. I ordered the bbq tri tip sandwich. The meat was tender and thinly sliced but no taste of bbq. I was disappointed with that. Service was good, no complaints there.“
“I was in the area with my family and wanted to stop by to get something quick to eat and saw Subway was the only thing open. I went on yelp to check reviews bc Subway is notorious for bad reviews but pleasantly surprised when I saw 4 stars. Tony helped me and was thorough with his hand washing/sanitizing. The place looked cleaned as well. Will definitely be back when we're in the area!“

“I was there recently and it's one of the nicer stores. Friendly helpful staff, clean restrooms, quick service and fresh bread, vegetables and meats. All the corporate specials and open 24hrs which is a little different for this neighborhood. I like it and I like the workers also. Recommended ? Yes indeed“

“They forgot to put cheese in my steak and to salty to pricey I could of went to a restaurant and just paid 15 for a plate. The fries were a lot smaller I won't go back The guys cook better then the girls and they stuffed my sandwich more with the Bell peppers and onion then with the meat.I was not Happy ?“

“Came in here a couple weeks ago, first time coming into this location and the ladies were super friendly, and very helpful. I usually go to a different location and staff always seem not to care and don't really acknowledge you until they decide they want to or are done talking to their coworkers, but not here. I was able to make conversation with them, they helped me right away, and both employees had great attitudes!“

“What can I say, Jimmy John's is the jam. This spot is fast, professional, place is always clean and kept well. Food is epic - one cannot go wrong with the #5 Vito. Recommend doing a mega and saving the second half for dinner or lunch the next day. Been to lots of chain and small sandwich spots - Jimmy John's knows how to make bread and a sandwich. You won't go wrong with any of them, but especially this spot. Next to the free way and a good spot that healthy, fast, and good.“
