“A friend suggested this place to me yesterday so of course I had to pop in to check it out. I walked in and immediately noticed how clean it was. Not only was the owner there, but he was super friendly and told me and my daughter about how he makes the ice cream himself with the help of his wife. I really don't think I've tried creamier ice cream. Was VERY impressed with everything about this place and will be coming back with family and telling friends to go here as well!“

“Food is really good, real bread bun and fresh meat, meant to be delicious not appealing. Really good shakes, however the large is the size of McDonald’s xxl soda and is $10+. Spent $50 for 2 people, but was really good. Also they don’t wear gloves here when preparing food, but facility seems clean and employees working hard. Also the cashier manually calculates the total off the top off her head so maybe not accurate…“

“Walked over for a treat after lunch at a nearby cafe. And was pleasantly surprised by how delicious it was. I got the chocolate with Nutella. So good. Lines were much shorter than other ice cream spots in the area and it was a nice walk to get there.“

All the flavors were really nice and you could see real vanilla bean powder, nuts in the different flavors. Pepper did not stop licking till her icecream was done and then was looking for more. “I saw a worker from another place come back from break holding a churro. I had to ask where, this shop was two doors down. First I ordered the churro and then I saw the fun ice cream varieties. Settled on a refreshing soursop, it had seeds! My friend got a dried fruit and he said that grew on him. There are many other flavors to try next time. Service was nice, there are a couple of tables to sit and eat other snacks that they make as well. PS the churros were OK, crispy and sweet but the middle was not as crispy as fresh out of a fry vat in Mexico.“

“Argumentally the best frozen yogurt I have tasted at first I was a bit concern with the few flavors but after having a bit of everything you have a great array of flavors for every type of pallate. Combination being the key the price and cleaningness of the place make it a pleasant experience. I definitely recommend!!“

“The staff here is always friendly and helpful. They always find a way to accommodate a request even if it is last minute. For example they took care of me on Saturday when I needed a cake for my son's birthday party on Sunday without any complaints even though I was the one asking late. At the Santa Cruze Ave location in Menlo Park I was told that all I could so was choose from what was in the display fridge. Props to Carlos at the EPA location who even gave me his personal cell to make sure everything was seamless! And the cake was super yummy as well!!!“

“Cookies are hit or miss, some weeks they just don't taste very good at all. Maybe they've just been sitting out too long when we've ordered? This location is always short on workers. Orders take awhile. We've also been ignored for a curbside order before. That was an unfortunate night. Overall, we opt for other places before Crumbl, unless the flavors sound like something you NEED to try. Which thankfully doesn't happen too often, since there's a high chance they won't be very good. Flavors are also oftentimes sold out.“

I got pomegranate and original (I was asked if I wanted them in a swirl or separate) with mochi toppings. The mochi topping was good quality- soft and squishy, not hardened like some other places. I have come here a few times before over the years and you can expect the quality standards to be the same every time. Dependable good froyo place.
