“Came here to celebrate a birthday on a Saturday night, party of 8. We had reservations-- and a good thing because they were super busy! The pizza was absolutely delicious, as was the salads and garlic bread. We feasted!! The service was good, although it dropped off significantly about halfway through the meal. The whole table had to keep their eyes peeled/ participate in flagging down our waitress when it came time for dessert orders and then later the bill. We never did get an opportunity for a second beverage, but as I said, they were super busy, so I don't think that is their normal M.O. Parking was a BEAST. the parking lot is tiny, and Auburn being Auburn, there is very little parking elsewhere. We wound up parking up a S.F. style hill and had the joy of having to hike back up it after dinner. All in all, I'll be back. But I suggest off peak times!“

It is a challenge to find places that are safe for me to eat with my vast food allergies, plus leave me feeling good afterwards, but Zest hits the spot. “Their fruit basket cake is absolutely amazing! Every single time I bring it to a party everybody loves it. And I personally do not like cake, but I love this one. Their bread is extremely popular and their sandwiches are really good if your dining in.Parking: Parking can be a bit of a nightmare. There’s only street parking in the street is somewhat busy.“

“Just like Newcastle produce I get excited when I see baked and brewed on the route sheet for our bicycle rides. The entire old Auburn area is really very eclectic. Baked and brew has a wide variety of baked goods, generous portion sizes and great coffee in an awesome staff. What's really especially good is that they have a lot of room to sit outside in the sun where you can warm yourself and enjoy your coffee and scone.“

“A surprise birthday cake was ordered and paid for over the phone, and picked up within a few days of ordering. The cake was Strawberry Champagne; the flavor was not too sweet and each bite was perfection. We loved the artistic flair of the cak, as well. Will definitely recommend this bakery to everyone!“

“Bloom is amazing! The atmosphere is very fresh clean and comfortable - staff is very nice and accommodating. You get the sense that the staff here are well taken care of and that reflects in the vibe and hospitality. They offer a lot of healthy options for those who don't eat meat, and lots of options for those who do. I ordered a salad and a coffee. The flavor of the coffee was amazing and you can taste the quality in the salad. Highly recommend.“

“My wife and I always order the sashimi platter. The seafood is always so fresh. The rolls we had were also wonderful. The food has always been great. I want to give huge props to our server, Nomi! There was a light show parade going on which the kids thought was cool.I really didn’t have high hopes as too many highly rated burger joints in Sacramento can’t get it right (when did people forget to season meat?!?). But we were all blown away. Perfectly seasoned (FINALLY) and cooked burgers. Burger was very tasty, and melted in your mouth. Veg was fresh and crisp. Incredible fries and shakes that tasted home made. The 1/3 burger with medium fries was spot on for serving size.Sure the place could use a coat of paint and some upkeep. But the burgers are bargain priced the staff super friendly.This is now my fave burger joint outside NYC.“

“We ate at their Eureka location. Busy Friday night, waited 40 minutes for a table. When this place gets busy, it's loud. They could use additional soft materials or sound absorbing panels. Once we were seated (party of 7) service was good. Ordered a number of platters, sashimi appetizers, hamachi collars, and extra pickled wasabi. Fish is always fresh and presentation appetizing.“

Well they weren’t able to make any yesterday and my daughter was almost in tears. Today we went back and they gave her one each of the gluten free donuts for free, she is in heaven! “The food has gotten way better after the big lock down thing. First time being back after many years this spaghetti factory iis a bit pricey over others.The soup is surprisingly very good. I usually dont write reviews, but today in particular was one of the best experiences I've had. I recently had to switch to a vegan diet for health complications. I found pieology bis door dash, and was ecstatic to find a local place that offers an extended menu. After placing my order via door dash, I get a phone call from pieology. The man on the phone called to inform me that the cauliflower crust I ordered has cheese in it, and recommended that I switch to the gluten free crust since they were the same price. I was blown away that they not only took such care to notice my dietary needs, but also had the courtesy of giving me a call to discuss other options. I'm going to be a regular here now!“

“Food was delicious and portions were generous. I had the Thai egg rolls, Pad Thai noodles and pineapple fried rice. All three dishes were perfect and quite delightful. I did not spicy, which was good. Food was very flavorful without the spicy. Service was attentive, friendly, welcoming and with a smile. I will be going back again soon.“

“This is always a good spot to get a meal. By all means it's not authentic Mexican food but it's definitely a good choice. My favorite things to pick are the yucatan chicken salad and grilled southwest steak burrito pictured below. What I appreciate about this place is that the salsa is always good, I love the chile pasilla and chipotle salsas. Only thing that's a little iffy is just the chips. They used to be very good but this past year they've always been stale. The service is quick. The food is ready within 5 minutes ordering. Usually that brings up red flags but you can visibly see the chefs grilling the steaks and chicken infront of you. I personally love the char on the steak. the restaurant itself is cute. It has an old western theme.“
