“I've been coming here the last 2 months. I always get the Jasmine Green Tea to pair with my lunch. A friend recommended me the Black Tea w/ Salted Cheese and that has become my favorite. My son loves their Oreo waffles. The staff is always friendly, quick and professional. Hygiene is a big thing for me and the staff always wears gloves when prepping. Over all, it's worth a visit if you're at Fashion Island.

“Family run boba shop. Super friendly, great variety, lower than average prices, and a larger size option than typical boba places. There are closer shops near me but this one has become my go-to anyways. Staff are super nice and accommodate customization requests of all sorts. Only complaint is that they use a bit too much sweetener by default, but of course you can ask for less. But only if you order in person instead of on the touchscreen.“

“I got the caramel smoothie with extra drizzle (among other things)… if you’ve ever gotten extra caramel in a drink and thought “I can’t taste it”, that is not a problem at this place. There is also a tablet at the front to order, so you don’t have to worry about awkward interactions. I like things sweeter than most people, so keep that in mind. “Thank you so much KRAK Boba for my giveaway!!! It was the perfect time to bring it to my sister’s house blessing. We had so many guests ask me where the drinks and toppings were from, especially the Thai milk tea!!!! It was gone and I almost didn’t have a chance to get some for myself! I actually had to save it!!!! Everyone went crazy over the drinks and toppings and I loved the smaller cups they gave me to have for the party. A lot of the guests were also telling me they didn’t know KRAK makes party drinks and everyone enjoyed it. The only thing that I would suggest is to try to figure out some other container to put it in. I actually transferred the drinks out of the bag because it was very difficult to pour the drinks and didn’t want the guests to have an accident. I’m actually glad I thought of bringing pitchers to make it easier for the guests. And some of them were asking if I had a cover for the cups and there weren’t any.
I had to also get the Guerrilla Thai since it's my favorite drink and I can't go without it!

“I'm obsessed w/ Taro smoothies and all milk tea's! And I'm wondering why I have never been here!? One word..AMAZING! IN EVERY WAY! The atmosphere is cool and calm. Thee service is helpful and friendly! And the Taro smoothie is by far the BEST Taro smoothie I have ever had, 2nd to none! And the Rose milk is to die for!!! I will be coming here 3-4x a week 4 sure! Haven’t try blueberry flavor in a drink before, we ordered the blueberry matcha latte and the blueberry yakult. They are actually good! The blueberry matcha have more a thick taste than the yakult, and they put blueberry juice so even 50% sweetness is still a decent amount of sweet.

We ordered 4 drinks on weekend night and wait about 20 minutes, not too bad. It is busy and a lot of people are getting boba. Inside have a few tables and chairs but the tables is on a lower level side, wish they have higher tables.

We were lucky to get freshly made boba!The place is teeny-tiny, no seating, just a grab-and-go vibe. It's cozy but kind of adds to the charm. The cashier / person making our drinks was super friendly. Prices were fair for the quality you're getting.Despite the lack of seating, it's a spot worth checking out.
