“Hubby seen this place and we headed over after a workout. Very nice welcome when you come inside. So many options on the menu. From pre workout to post workout, to protein food options. So many choices. I ordered the coffee post workout and my husband ordered a Reese's post. Both were delicious. Gentleman was very kind and helpful. I like that it is dairy free. A little pricey but was isn't these days. Especially if you're putting something good into your body right...it's worth it. We will be back!!“

He didn't charge us anything for it and turned down our gift, which was our power. He stated that it is his responsibility to look after us as his clients. They have delicious dairy free cheesecakes that you need to try. They have a delicious black rice salad and from their drink I like the cold pressed green queen and beauty and the beat have bold flavors that are not too rich coming off as well-balanced. Today I stopped in at closing minute and thankfully was able to score a new drink on my list the beat lemonade which was great for this 80° weather in beautiful Sacramento. “I was on my way home from a sporting event with my dog and it was quite the warm afternoon for mid-March. I figured, what better way to quench my thirst than a drink from a boba shop? I looked up boba spots from the Rosemont to Rancho Cordova area, and honestly there aren't many in that side of Sacramento. However, I came across Dream Tea and decided to try it out. Dream Tea is located in a quiet strip mall by a Dollar Tree off Bradshaw and Old Placerville Rd. When I walked in, it was quiet and modern, with fun neon lights decorating the interior. The menu items are displayed on TV screens, and I decided to get their butterfly pea flower passionfruit tea. I always opt for light ice and either 25% or 50% sweet when I order boba, and for this drink I asked for 50% sweet and light ice, which they were able to accommodate. It didn't take long for my drink to be made, and I'm glad I was able to order first, as a group of people came in right after me. This drink comes in one size, and is honestly a really good size considering how thirsty I was (water just wasn't cutting it for me that day). As another review mentioned, it is a large cup and only one size, so if you're getting another drink that isn't just fruit tea, such as milk tea, it will be quite a large drink, but personally it was the perfect size for me. The passionfruit tea was the optimal amount of fruity and sweet, especially after I mixed in the butterfly pea flower portion of the drink. I personally would have liked more passionfruit seeds as I enjoy the texture, but that's just me being picky. I didn't get boba in my drink this time as didn't feel like it, but I would like to try their other teas next time and add boba. Overall, I'm happy that there is a boba shop in the Rosemont area, and will be back.“

“The Bomb Teashop is located in this semi-busy plaza with plenty of parking. Some of their special drinks looked aesthetically pleasing, so it caught my eye on Yelp, even though I knew I was going to get some sort of basic green milk tea. Their interior is modern and sleek - they had a cool rocking horse inside as well. I ordered a jasmine milk tea with boba with regular ice and regular sugar. The drink was about $6 for a large - I believe that they only had one size. The milk tea had a good milk to tea ratio and I enjoyed it, but the boba was on the softer/soggier side. Overall, I was surprised to find a boba spot that I enjoyed in this area.“

Went during my lunch on Tuesday and was greeted by the owners who also own the toy store next door, Kidology. While they made my sandwich, I went to the toy store to buy a few things. After purchasing from Kidology, I walked back over to Nature's Goodness and my sandwich was ready. I was not expecting the sandwich to be so large but I am so glad it was! It was so freaking delicious that I'm craving to stop by again today! I love how everything here is very healthy conscious food and the owners are so sweet and friendly. “Other than trying to make my own acai bowls at home this is the only place I've tried them and it's never the same as when I try to make it... Cap City uses fresh and good quality ingredients, it almost feels like they hit up the farmers market daily and bring it to the table. Their blueberries are always so big and crunchy but yet sweet, that honey is like candy, I like that the acai has a good hint of sweet but not overpowering like a glazed donut, and the list can go on about everything they've got. I go after peak hours so I don't wait line for my order. There is also an online ordering option as well. The shop is tidy and only has room for staff to make your goods and some room for customers to order. There is a few tables outside for seating but that's about it. There is street parking out front but limited so you might have to search around depending when you go.“

They are owned by the same family who own the Aquarium and Reptile Depot just down the road. “This place is so cute and also so delicious for when you’re looking for a healthy option. I was in desperate need of some fruit & veggies and this place did not disappoint. I got a detox shot, acai bowl (a little expensive but SOO good), and their foot awakening wrap. The wrap is completely vegan I believe but I wanted to add chicken and jalapeños and I think they forgot to add it in or maybe it wasn’t possible. They do have other food options that had meat but the holy awakening sounded so good and it was delicious! I just thought it needed a juicer type of sauce for it because hummus and all of those veggies can get dry. I would definitely come here again.“

“Dutch Bros is life! Dutch is not really a coffee place. It's lattes, energy drinks, and lemonades. But they recently added protein milk to their menu and now when I got to Dutch, I don't have to feel guilty about it! I always get the Salted Caramel Protein Latte, which has the low sugar syrups with the protein milk and it still tastes great! I never miss a sticker drop day, the first Wednesday of each month. The only thing that would make Dutch better is if they had better food options. Their pastries are super mid and not really worth the price.“
