“We’ve got two pour over - Ethiopia and Rwanda. Both had a slightly acidic taste and delicious! The pastry, cinnamon bun, was so good. Soft and not overly sweet. Very tasty. It felt like European-style bread. Despite only two seats available, we still enjoyed our coffee on site. Staff was very friendly.“

The food, from the passed appetizers like the filo and chicken skewers, beautiful, light, and tasty salad, to their chicken breast, sweet potato, and brussel sprouts dish (as well as the yummy risotto) were delectable! Booked Liberation Foods to cater the appetizers and buffet-style meal for my 90-person wedding in May 2025. Conducted a tasting prior to booking which was helpful to identify menu items. Also liked that tasting fee was credited to overall bill.

Due to venue constraints, opted to have food dropped off the day of the event in lieu of prepared onsite. When there was a mix-up with one of the sides, catering staff quickly returned back to the venue with the correct item. Would definitely recommend for your catering needs and I will definitely book with them in the future!“

The food was fantastic — friends were still raving about it weeks later! We really appreciated the variety of options for different diets: salmon, fried tofu, and fried chicken. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and so well-prepared. And I also loved the biscuits: so flaky and buttery.
