“This is one of the top Starbucks in the bayarea. They have great service although they are always busy. The food and beverages are very good. 10 out of 10 in service and quality.

Parking: This Starbucks is located in a shopping plaza that provides free parking on the lot.

Kid-friendliness: They have several kid-friendly options.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, this location has great wheelchair accessibility.“

“I went in this morning after kind of a tough night last night and a tough morning. There was someone (tall, Black gentleman - I hope he reads this someone) working there this morning whose warm and friendly smile really helped. This is not a corporate or customer service thing; I just felt the human goodness.“

“Love this location! Always a must stop at this little oasis off the freeway after work. Their drinks are always made to order and I enjoy trying a new snack when I want to switch it up. I put 2 stars for atmosphere ONLY because the last few times I've been in there, it has been almost unbearably hot. I usually like to bring my book and stay for a while, but lately I have been leaving as soon as I get my drink and food. The staff and music is always on point, so when the heating issue gets fixed, it's a 5/5 all around for me.“

“I was a "the best part of waking up was Folgers in your cup" kinda guy. It was my first Starbucks experience. It was very fancy for me. But truthfully I loved it. Clean shop, super helpful staff and they tolerated my not being sure of what I wanted. I'll be a regular customer.“

“It's a Starbucks! It's not a Starbucks Reserve. It doesn't have a view. It's only special because of the staff that work there. Otherwise, it's a Starbucks like all other Starbucks in any other strip mall in this country. They had my order ready ahead order ready quickly. There were a few people there when I visited.

Dietary restrictions: Diabetics can get a sugar-free vanilla latte.

Parking: Parking entrance is on 30th Street with Parking on the second floor.

Kid-friendliness: Kids can eat and drink here.

“Starbucks is one of those few companies standing on the hard labor of mostly young and friendly staff.
I have been coming here often for the last 5 months, there are lots of familiar staff faces (shout out Luisa, Jenny, Julian and many others from whom I can’t read their name tag!) working at full speed.
It seems they are always under stress because this is a busy store, particularly heavy on online ordering.
There’s one person in particular that always stood out, ⭐️Abby ⭐️ a young man who I believed to be the manager -but he’s not- who every time someone came in, shouted a greeting, welcoming them.
I never got to see him idle, he would help all stations, refill beans, run orders, and collect himself to talk warmly to customers, like if we were the only important thing at the store.

It’s a sad day for Starbucks and the community who visit, because it’s Abby’s last day!

And it’s the first day of a brilliant life for Abby!!! ??? with your work ethics, intelligence and genuine warmth, you will triumph ANYWHERE you go, Abby!! Thank you for your hard work, it’s never unseen ?

“A young woman by the name of Harley made getting a quick pick me up drink such an unexpected sweet experience. She was so kind and attentive and everytime we looked over she was doing something, helping someone, busy with a smile and air of grace and ease. She truly gave the energy of an angel. Give this girl a raise!!!!!! Will be back just to see her :)“

“Given the location of this Starbucks, they do a pretty darn good job here. It's a bright open dining area and the service is generally pretty fast and friendly. The bathrooms are an unfortunate disaster area. There are a few outlets for plugging in your computer. And the food and coffee always meets or exceeds expectations. If you park on the street you better hide everything or your car will be smashed into.“

“Got the ham n swiss sandwiches (bit hard at the ends) I asked for the baguette one and didn't get it, maybe ham & swiss sandwhich and ham & swiss on baguette r the same? The dragon fruit and dragon ft with lemonade drinks were awesome. The dude cashier was friendly n helpful, I saw the rest being busy and chatting doing their jobs so idk what the reviews talking about.
I used the restroom ( clean btw) and ummm the door handle broke off or jst wasn't properly screwed in 🤠“

“I recently moved into the neighborhood and have been visiting the Starbucks nearby my house several times a week, and I have to say that I'm absolutely thrilled with the service I've received each and every time. The staff at this location are simply amazing. They are always friendly, welcoming, and go above and beyond to ensure that I have the best experience possible. Whether I'm in a hurry or have a few minutes to spare, they always make sure that I get my order quickly and accurately. And of course, the coffee is always fantastic. I love that they offer a wide variety of drinks, and everything is made with care and attention to detail. I've tried everything from lattes to Frappuccinos, and they always exceed my expectations. Overall, I would highly recommend this Starbucks to anyone in the area. The service is top-notch, the coffee is delicious, and it's the perfect spot to start my day or take a break in the middle of a busy afternoon. Five stars all around!“
