“From being greeted by Pradstha to being served by Hugo all was fantastic. My steak was cooked to perfection (Medium rare of course) the baked potato was cooked through but not dry, and the salad bar provided a very nice fresh selection. Even two Managers Michael and Christine made sure all was well with my meal.

“My favorite so far of the Joe's Crab Shack locations. The Crab Daddy Feast did not disappoint. I got the Ragin' Cajun sauce and it was delicious. Can't wait to go back again. Only wrinkle in the visit was that I had requested a window table with my reservation. The place was half empty and there was a window table open but the hostess sat us at a table with no view. She let us move to the window table though so we were happy. Out waitress was great and very attentive.“

“Customer service is good and the food was prepared without us having to wait an exorbitant amount of time. The food was absolutely delicious. I ordered Szechuan tofu with rice and then vegetable chow mein (which was amazing) and my nana ordered salt and pepper wings and vegetable egg rolls. She claims they were excellent. I'm usually a big eater but could not finish it all. Place is mid sized, if you intend to have a large party, you will take up most of the space in this place. Tables would have to be moved together if you wanted to sit together. Other than that it is perfect for 1-4 people to grab lunch and go. They take phone orders. I'm also vegetarian so there are options for you if you are as well. Think that covers it, stop by yourself and enjoy!

Vegetarian options: Lot of tofu options or just different vegetable dishes

Dietary restrictions: My Nana can't eat beef or pork and I am vegetarian. Still a good selection of options for the both of us“

“Service was slow and inconsistent. We sat almost 12 minutes before anyone came near us. We ordered an appetizer , while we waited for our third person to arrive. We ordered dinner and were served salads immediately. We were halfway thru the salad before the appetizer arrived. Minutes later, dinners arrived. while we were still working on the appetizer. Service was not the best, but the food was really excellent. The Prime Rib was perfect, but the plate was drab and dull. No color whatsoever. A piece of parsley would go a long way. I have had better service at IHOP.“

“The lobster tacos were very tasty and the lobster was not chewy. Lots of flavor with the sauces. The lobster bisque was just OK. The salsa bar was a nice touch and they give you a large bowl of chips. Good selection of beers and the outdoor dining was nice by the water.“

“This is our favorite spot to eat at after school and before practice. They have great food and large portions. Fish tacos are excellent also. The cooks are quick and amazing, plus, never have to ask for extra sauce. Also, regularly not a wait. My son loves the BBQ beef.

“Love the food here! It’s our first time and we inhaled our meals 😂 I had the brown stew chicken w rice, plantains and stewed cabbage. Hubby had coconut curry chicken, rice, collard greens and salad. The chicken was sooo tender in both dishes and generous portions. I had already started eating before taking the photo so disregard the bare bone on the top of the dish- I immediately dug into the tender chicken that was falling off the bone. Highly recommend…. now to make it to beach to walk off our lunch (or nap lol)!“

“Fresh and well seasoned Chinese dishes. We typically get the Cashew chicken, House chow mein, sweet and sour pork and wonton soup. It’s always enough to feed the three of us either lots to bring home. One of our favorite Chinese spots in Oceanside. Plenty of seating inside and outside.“

“This restaurant has a charming, traditional décor, with antique-style partitions and lanterns hanging from the ceiling. I noticed the front desk was staffed by a white person, so I was initially a bit concerned about the authenticity of the food. However, the food turn out pretty good, and the servers were all friendly Chinese staff who spoke Mandarin.

I ordered the Moo Shu Shrimp and extra vegetables. The portion size was generous, and they provided complimentary soup. The atmosphere was great, and the food tasted quite good.“
