“Ordered skirt steak, sea scallops and oysters and all were excellent!”
“Absolutely love the food but it is the people that make this an exceptional fabulous dining experience!”
“Celebrating a birthday we opted for the tepanyaki experience, everything about your visit was wonderful except all my prepared food was very bland. I did enjoy my Albacore sashimi.”
“Pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. Friendly staff, quick to go service, and delicious food! The spare ribs were my favorite with the meat falling easily off the bone. In my opinion, 1/2 rack is enough for 3 people. I didn't realize this and ordered 1.5 racks 😅 I loved the onion rings. However, not sure I'd pay $10 for them. If you love ribs, I definitely recommend this place!😋”

“This is my family's favorite sushi restaurant. The place is small and doesn't look fancy, but the fish is always fresh and offers many unique & delicious options. Some of our favorites are Kurodai, Amaebi, Black Dragon Rolls, and Honolulu Rolls. I also recommend the Tempura Udon and Chirashi Bowl.”

“The burgers were amazing- so tender and juicy for a default medium/medium well burger! The fried chicken sandwich was also so juicy and yet crispy, in fact I think my friend and I both preferred that, please don’t tell the owners! Just kidding..but it was great. Very light batter, but just enough crunch. The mochi waffle was yummy, and the combo of hot waffle and cold ice cream was uber-comforting. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a simple but extremely well thought-out meal.”
“The place is in a great location sit here have your coffee course go bye you can see the mountains. The service is amazing for food. Amazing you recommended by me and many of my friends and family. They even have organic food, which is awesome and gluten-free.”
“HI, I have to be honest. I was trying to find a way to contact Flappy Jacks as I have a proposition I think would be perfect for Flappy Jacks I have what is probably a bit of an unusual idea. Or maybe just a good idea. I know it is an unusual way to contact you but there was no email address. So I hope this works. I am from Columbia Missouri and I am visiting my Son, Grand Kids, and family there, just a few blocks to the East of Tustin. I am a musician, part time, and I like to street busk (play music on the streets) for grins. I noticed your nostalgic decor and your Elvis statues and the mural featuring the St Louis Arch, which is in Missouri on the Mississippi, of course, where I am from, and the 1930s, 40s and 50s nostalgia, and I wondered if you ever considered, or entertained the notion of having a little nostalgic live music, every now and then, perhaps even if only just once as an experiment. I just happen to play that old classic blues from that era, mostly, at least in this capacity, as Mr. Fletcher's One Man Blues Band. And I thought we might make a pretty good match up. As I said, at least, as an experiment. You can check me out at Facebook "Keith Fletcher, musician." Though most of that music is from my original music shows, and not my one man blues sets. I noticed you had a nice patio area where I could play outside and it might be a nice treat for your customers to have a bit of entertainment, just for a change of pace. They might really appreciate it since they obviously like your atmosphere. I don't play loud music. Unless folks want that, but I prefer to play soft. Or at least in situations like this. I've been the house band for BBQ joints and restaurants on several occasions. So I am familiar with the proper decorum. Mostly I was just looking for a little music adventure in CA within a walking distance of my Son's house, where I could carry a very tiny amp about the size of a cracker box, and my guitar to a gig. I thought maybe about just doing a street gig but saw your venue and something seemed to click. I hope you think so too. I estimate you are about a mile walking distance from his house and I only need an electrical plug. And probably some cool beverages. Like I said, I'm mostly in it for a small musical adventure, and so will play for tips, though, maybe you can pay me with free cold beverages, especially if it is hot, and maybe a sandwich or meal depending on how long I am there. It all looks delicious to me. If you find you'd like to host me again, and want me back, that might be possible over the week, and I may be back for the Christmas holiday. I might even be able to talk my Son into bringing the kids and family. Could be a total bust, or could be a very nice thing, but nothing ventured, nothing gained. Who knows? If it worked out well enough for both of us, you might even want to do it again sometime, Maybe even offer some kind of fee next time, if there is a next time. Life is an adventure. You / we, might stumble onto something good. If you would like to give it a whirl, what day and time would you think is good to catch a crowd? I am not sure what plans the family has, so maybe list a few slots. Look forward to hearing from you. I'll be flying your way tomorrow and leaving California on the 22nd. Thanks, Keith Fletcher AKA Mr. Fletcher's One Man Blues Band”
“Beautiful dining experience. The service and food were excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Dining at Hobbit was like being invited to a fancy friend’s home for a gourmet meal, warm, inviting, and upscale, with a touch of home. We will be back.”
“Love Darya Restaurant! Best food, staff and owners. My go to place for healthy and tasty Persian food 💯👌🏻”
“Fantasic staff! They are always so friendly and helpful! They always remember us when we come in. The shabu is fantastic. The broth selections are wonderful and you can mix and match! Produce is fresh, lots of beers on tap. Only critisism is I wish they would change their chairs, they aren’t comfortable; the food is so good though it’s worth being uncomfortable!”

“Had another party here. Great food, great service, our server was amazing.... she remembered what everyone was having, was on top of all of it, including everyone's food... And kept all of their tabs accurate!! And there were at least 30 to 40 in our group alone. Food was awesome, as always... I believe her name was Jazleen!! She Rocks!!!”
“Wow…all around! Jeff greeted us, Jackie served us. Everyone…down to earth, personable! They were busy this Thursday nite and yet, very, very attentive. RSVP recommended but we Will fed it & scored the last table. Food options, amazing, drinks, soothing! We are definitely coming back with friends! First place that I'm over the head impressed!”
“My wife and I have traveled to a lot of places, eaten at a lot of restaurants, and this one truly stands out. They could easily charge double for their food, and I wouldn’t bat an eye. Incredibly fair prices on delicious food with friendly and fast service - I wish we could take this place home with us.”
“I Love This Place Their Food And Drinks Are Delicious Their Service Is Great.”

“First time and we really ENJOYED! We arrived late afternoon and the interior was very dark, but we soon adjusted. Our beverages arrived cold and delicious. Hubby ordered shrimp and the platter arrived looking like a piece of artwork (very fancy). Shrimp were cooked perfectly and all the veggies were succulent and flavorful. I ordered carnitas, which arrived sizzling hot and delectably crispy. Guacamole and pico were super fresh. We will be back soon. Thanks!”
“A man from a far country came to this restaurant, tired and hungry, and bought some Indian food. Much to his embarrassment the credit card denied the transaction. No problem, said the seller, take it and pay another time. God Bless you noble @Sandeep Kumar and your staff ברכה והצלחה בכל מעשי ידיך”
“The service is always great. Running between appointments, I call my order in from the car. when I get there, my table is waiting with my salad and basket of bread. My fettucine alfredo followed in 5 min. and was delicious! Had delicious meal instead of some cheap fast food and was able to make it to next appointment in plenty if time. Been coming here for 2 decades. Always good.”
“I had the pleasure of being served by Alejandro at The Peep Kitchen and Bar, and I can't say enough good things about the experience. From the moment I sat down, Alejandro made me feel welcome with his warm personality and professional demeanor. His cocktail skills are top-notch — everything he made was perfectly balanced and beautifully presented.
Alejandro clearly knows his craft, but what sets him apart is his genuine hospitality. He was attentive without being overbearing, gave great recommendations, and made the whole evening more enjoyable with his upbeat attitude.
If you're visiting The Peep Kitchen & Bar, definitely grab a seat at the bar and let Alejandro take care of you. He's a true asset to the place and made my visit memorable. Can’t wait to come back!”
“I’ve been coming to Ohshima for years, and even with the change in ownership, the quality has stayed impressively consistent. The jukusei sushi is really well done, the shari well-seasoned and balanced. Their yellowtail carpaccio is a standout, and the kizami wasabi adds a nice kick (it feels housemade) —definitely worth trying. Still one of the most reliable sushi spots in OC”
“Went here for lunch with a friend to catch up. Very quiet during the weekday. Parking, unfortunately, was terrible but the restaurant was very good. Service was attentive but not overbearing. The avocado/hummus plate was really tasty. I imagine it gets busy at night and weekends but was perfect during the week and no pressure to leave.”
“Been coming here for 22 years. Still our favorite sushi place by far ❣️”

Definitely a place I would return to and recommend to others.”

“Wow! From first contact with Aaron to home with my goodies, and sharing them with friends, I couldn't be more pleased. This first experience I got the most gorgeous hamburger buns ever, squaw bread, and cinnamon brioche. Special treat was the chocolate almond croissant...oh my! Trust me, I shall return!”
“Service was great & food quality was good. While I feel the full retail price is a bit expensive for what you get, if you have one of their $7 footlong coupons, it is well worth it! Great location & professional/friendly employee working. Visited today 10/20/24 at around 12:45pm”
“First time there it was delicious got the double lobster tails with mac & cheese. And asparagus”

“I dropped by to try out some Keto Bakery. All I can say is WoW. The Pecan carmel squares, the chocolate donut, and the chocolate cream pie were down right amazing. They were sold out of the Banana cream pie. I'm gonna try that next time. Friendly staff too! 5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟”
“I've tried many Thai spots in the city of orange, but out of all them, this has been my favorite.
What i love is that they pride themselves on making really flavorful whilst keeping the flavors nicely balanced. Definitely pay attention when asked about the spice levels they do a really good job about it. I love spicy food and got several dishes medium plus, I enjoyed them very much. However, going back next time, I will probably order a lower level of spicy. Love their papaya salad with medium spice. Their egg rolls are killer. All in all, I can keep going on about this place. It's definitely worth at least trying it once. Staff is super friendly 👌.”
“Such a great hole in the wall place to have amazing food. I went for the first time about a week ago, I’ve thought about their shrimp tacos & shrimp tostadas everyday since & I’ve gone back since… might go again today. 🤤Miguel is very friendly & his family is so sweet too. I love supporting small businesses especially when they remind you of home & have AMAZING food. Chill vibes in there, playing good music & cozy seating. 10/10 would recommend for some comfort food. I also took this pic half eaten & in a rush lol (I forgot to take one before) :)”
“Friendly service and tasty Italian food. The Gnocchi was amazing, also the panna cotta was delicious. I recommend this place.”
“Great place to relax. Love that it’s walking distance to where we stay. Park right across the street.”
“My favorite bar in Orange County. The food is great and everyone here is amazing. The staff is super friendly and attentive. I love the burgers and cold shiner bock on tap. Great wings great fries great steaks great cocktails. The list goes on. So many tv's you can watch all the games from anywhere in the place. Eat some delicious food. Snack on some chips and salsa while drinking some cold beers and watching sports. I'm a big fan. Highly recommend it.”

“Best Tacos. Hole in the wall but great value too. Two Tacos for $2.50 each gets you really delicious Tacos. My favorite are the carnitas but they have many meats to choose from. Comes with chips, salsa and pickled carrots with jalapeños. There is sometimes a line but it moves Fast.”

“I have to say this place made me wish I lived in California. The shop itself has a great atmosphere and their menu is very well planned out. The food was great and the coffee is one of the best ive tasted. Anytime im back in California this shop with be a go too for now on.”
“Waited approximately one hour to be seated. Spoiker: it was well worth that wait. I ordered the tonkatsu ramen and pork buns. I can't decide which part was better, the noodles or the broth! The pork buns were priced just right at $8 for 2. Some of the best I've had. You are all so lucky to have such a wonderful ramen bar in your community. I am from Maine and will be sure to stop by this establishment every chance I get once I am in town.”
“We recently celebrated by husband's 40th in the semi private room at this location and it was a fantastic experience. Andrew was incredibly helpful throughout planning stages with regular email exchanges and phone calls to ensure we were aligned in the food expectations and overall experience. The night of the event he was there onsite to ensure we had everything we needed and Savannah oversaw the service. She was impeccable and our 30+ guests were treated with great care and attention. The space was lovely and the overall experience was truly exceptional. Thank you for making this event so special for us!”
“Excellent experience on a Saturday late morning, around 11:30 am.
We initially were going to the filling station cafe, but as usual is it insanely busy and food is just ok.
If you walk down across the street and a few more steps, you’ll find this relaxing, welcoming, and quieter restaurant.
No wait, plenty of seats, very welcoming staff. Great for a nice breakfast and lunch date or with friends.
Food was good, flavorful and delicious, and the sweet potatoes dip was awesome. Good value, good flavor!
Professional waiter and staff!”
“At some point, a stale smell filled the restaurant. I realized it was the smell of unwashed rags. The stench lingered throughout my meal, ruining my breakfast. I couldn’t stand it and moved to another seat, but the unpleasant odor persisted. The food was average, and the prices were cheap.”
“Good cozy tavern bar. Small place, good spot to stop on your bar hopping day. The food is too expensive tho. The turkey sandwich was dry and the fries were over cooked and too salty.
If it gets really busy it can be hard for the solo bartender to get back around to you. Over all go check it out.”

“If you’re in Orange, don’t miss this place! Their new Banana Brûlée Latte is amazing—creamy, caramelized, and perfectly balanced. The vibe is just as great as the coffee. The dark, sleek décor feels modern and cozy, making it a perfect spot to relax or catch up with friends. Highly recommend checking it out!”
“This is my absolute favorite ice cream spot. This ice cream is so creamy, and rich. It always hits the spot, and it’s absolutely delicious. I’ve never found another ice cream place as good as this. The workers, I’ve known them for a few years, and they absolutely love my friends and I, and we absolutely love them. They always have a smile on their face, and they are always so positive and hard working. I have taken so many of my friends, and family members here, and they absolutely love it. My friend was literally smacking on the ice cream, and saying “ mmm, and wow”, a lot to it because of how refreshing and delicious it is. I recommend the Michael, Oreo, Vanilla, Strawberry, etc, all good :)!”
“I'm here dogsitting for a friend and saw the great reviews so I gave it a try. It's as great as everyone raves about! I tried the curry chicken and honey walnut chicken and both are delicious. I got the lunch portions thinking they'd be small and they're huge! I'm excited to have the leftovers for dinner! I'll definitely be back to try some other dishes!”

“This is the best place to get a prime rib always fresh and this restaurant is open every day ”
“Most wondrous sushi! My wife and I popped in last weekend. First time visiting. We were warmly greeted and seated right away. Our server was so polite and friendly. The chefs waved from behind the sushi bar. Our beer and sake were tasty and the sushi dishes were delicious and just the right size. Love the atmosphere; we went for lunch and it was quiet, but I imagine it can be hustle bustle in the evening. Definitely recommended, check it out. 🍣”
“The atmosphere was vibrant and enjoyable. The food was satisfactory but had room for improvement. The chicken club sandwich was flavorful, though the chicken breast was significantly smaller than the bread. It would be better to either resize the bread or enhance the portion of chicken. Our server was capable and attentive; however, he rushed us to close out at the end of our meal because he was finishing his shift, which was a bit off-putting. Despite this minor inconvenience, I still had a pleasant visit and would definitely return.”

“One of the secret gem in Orange. Delivering the finest Spanish and Italian cuisine. The cocktails and food are out of this world. Friendly service, and always on top of their game. .”
“Awesome place, love the ambience, the glassware used to serve their beer, and the friendliness of the staff. Our favorite spot in the OC for beer 👌”

“Been coming here for 22 years. Still our favorite sushi place by far ❣️”
“Long lunch hours 11 am to 3:30 pm. Generous lunch portions with many familiar Chinese menu items. Prices are comparable to other local Chinese restaurants given the state of the economy.”
“This place is HIDDEN but it’s a gem. It was my first time and I truly enjoyed it. It ticks every box for an authentic dive bar. It’s not fancy but if you’re looking for a good time this is a great spot.”
“A really great place - It’s run by a group of the more kind people. I modified the Maca Paradise and continued to modify everyday I came in while I was down visiting the area for several weeks. Lily and company didn’t even have to ask. They gladly modified and knew my order and were soooo kind. The food is fresh and worth your time to eat!”
“Omar is amazing, everything is fresh, delicious, and prepared from the heart. My daughter and I came to town before Spoons opened and he served us beverages and somehow got us food before the time of opening. Amazing service, food, and environment”
“Old classic American steakhouse. Bartenders are outstanding and pour a good drink not your standard 1 oz. . The Owners Jeff and Steve have greatly improved the place the last several years. I've seen their business increase. The food is very good and competitively priced. Some comments I read earlier that it was overly priced they must go to Denny's a lot. The weekends get packed. Sometimes 1-2 hour wait for dinner. They have entertainment on Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday. They also have great Happy Hour specials M-F. I'm just another happy customer that has been coming in for years.”
“los jugos naturales son riquisimos de frutas frescas y Naturales”
“THERE'S A $9 SHARING FEE!!! I went here instead of AYCE because I didn't feel like eating a lot but going here is more expensive. It's delicious, yes, but pricey”
“Had a wonderful time & the food and drinks were great. Really good service as well.”

“The food is tasty 😋 , the owner is very friendly and kind 🙂 , I think they have karaoke during the night if you like to sing you should visit this place 😊”
“We had a large party tonight. The managers/leads handled this fantastic! The servers we had for our large party were so fantastic!! Food was hot and good! Desserts were amazing!! It was a great way to end our softball season! 🥎 Thank you!!”
“I've been to this sushi bar a few times, they never disappoint. I like that they have plenty of options with no crab meat, and I like their yellowtail rolls. The amount of fish in the rolls is generous, and the size of a portion is big. The second set of the rolls is 50% off before 3 pm (not sure if that works everyday or just weekends)”
“Best polish food in Southern California food prices and great people”
“I really love Rodrigo's Mexican Grill in Buena Park, California for dinner forever!! ☺️☺️🥰🥰❤️❤️❤️💖💖💖💕💕💕💕💞💞💞💞💞💓💓💓💓💓💓💗💗💗💗💗💗💗🍽”
“The food was delicious, and their service was fast and friendly. We stopped here in the way to Santa Ana airport. We had the spam musubi, beef fried rice, hot and dry noodles, sauteed string beans, shrimp and pork dumplings in chili oil, sesame balls and one other dumpling that I can't remember the name of. Everything was so good,”
“Friendly staff, good service, good food. Very clean restaurant.”
“Excellent views. Beautiful water garden / koi pond outside. Attentive staff”
“Everything was fabulous——food, service and ambience; I highly recommend it!!!!!”
“They also have large Mexican candy selection. The candy is cash only and funds get donated!”
“I Love This Place Their Food And Drinks Are Delicious Their Service Is Great.”
“Excellent food and service! Fresh, home style cooking. Great coffee too! It’s on the first floor of the business building. Ordered a egg & chorizo burrito and a Carmel Macchiato with Almond milk and both were excellent! Wish I worked in the building. I’d be here all the time.”
“The best Chinese food I've ever had in my now twenty six years of rambling on this rock. The orange chicken was fried to utter perfection with the sauce not being to sweet nor salty. The lack of breeding was wonderful for the crispy nature was from a perfect frying. To great surprise not oily at all. Quy was my server and was a great man to talk to and very kind and insightful as to what to eat and how it was made. Price was nominal for the market rate. The wontons where wonderful semi sweet without the sauce and dessert like with it. Panda Express, eat your heart out.
Parking: Just a pain getting in or out of the lot as a whole.”
“Amazingly good with the sauces, the chicken breast they used for the chicken bowl was huge saw them put it on the grill. They do change up their specials, it used to come with a drink too, but now I understand the drink is now not priced in the special.Thumbs up portion for $14.99 for chicken bowl and drink, big portion don’t miss out.”
“GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE+1(8O5)-41O 5OO2 NO NONSENSE AND GREAT ASSISTANCE!!!”
“They have good food and there prices are very fair with the rise of coat I think it fair what they ask .also I recommend to come on Any day but Friday is when there busy the most so come if u want good food but a long wait still come even when there busy.”
“Service was fast and friendly, food was good and at the right temp. Had the chips and salsa to start with a side of refried beans which I recommend you order; a cold chelada, which is beer and lime juice, that hit the spot on that warm day. The only thing I would say was a miss was the margarita, a bit too sweet for me, fixed that by switching to the chelada.”
“Came for breakfast on a random Friday, and I was pleasantly surprised. The coffee was good, my husband and I had the Chilaquiles for 2 breakfast and thats was Chefs kiss. We will definitely be coming back.”
“Excellent, we enjoyed bringing our staff to celebrate the Christmas Holiday”

“The best Thai cuisine in town, Chef is from Thailand, authentic taste as well. Walked in with my husband in mid-Dec, we both are Green / Red chicken curry lovers, price is right, enjoyable food, strongly recommend. Then, got lunch special take out today, it was fast prepared. Brought it home, food temperature and taste remained Hot/Delicious as we expected. Definitely would visit or take out again.”
