McDonald's in Orange

“Wanted to use the cashier counter & was 2nd in line, and the team member, after finishing up with the person in front of me, served the individual behind me and saying that she was using the kiosk that's why. After which he advised me to use the kiosk/ order station or wait ✋️ 🤔
I'm a senior person and have difficulty reading out the screen, and this service team was not really caring for individuals who are of age and felt disrespected 😤“

“Ryan helped me with my order that needed special accommodations and he was phenomenal. Perfect service perfect food and it seemed like everything was ran well in the back. Everything was clean and the few people there were pretty nice and happy with their food as well.“

“Thank Chris for this rating - was ready to put 1 star because I Pre-ordered my meal & waited for 20 minutes still - at least 1 car passed me up each minute.

However, Chris's customer service was excellent, and he was very sympathetic to the situation.“

“I usually go to this McDonald's because it's right down the st from my house especially when I get off of work... I usually go thru the drive thru but today was just not it... They had a lady that understood 0 English taking orders... Sat at the speaker trying to explain to the lady that I wanted a McDouble Meal deal and she understood it as the Mcdouble meal by itself without the nuggets... After 10 mins I gave up and went into the store and ordered at the kiosk myself... When my order finally came out the manger was hesitant on giving me my M cup after I paid for the upgrade charge on it... I understand the English is off and everything but common sense should be used and at least a good English speaking manger should be on the floor to help. Also, the lobby was dirty.. I wanted to throw some trash away and all the trash cans were full.. service 6/10 but the food was hot and ready to take home w me.“
