“OMG 😳 The Ceviche (not counting my wife’s handmade ceviche) is the best I have ever tasted, and I’ve tasted a lot of ceviche. It’s soooo good. I had the Mango 🥭 Avocado 🥑 Shrimp 🍤 Ceviche it was like an explosion of flavors in my mouth, I couldn’t stop eating it. Great tacos 🌮 everything was beyond my expectations. I have probably walked by Puesto’s a hundred times but not anymore it will be my restaurant of choice when in Concord you have to try it. Sorry no picture of the Ceviche 😋“

“La Plaza is a hidden gem in Walnut Creek. Big menu with lots of options, you can't go wrong with anything you pick.

My go tos are the Chile Relleno or the Nachos. the Bean and Cheese Burrito is also one of the best I've ever had.

The salsas are flavorful and spicy just the way they should be. The aguas frescas are fresh and delicious with just the right amount of sweetness. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Plus they host an impromptu classic car show every Saturday at 6pm from about April to November. “I have to say to the owner of this establishment was very nice so I was on a bike ride with my two year old son and my son sees the big gumball machine inside so we go inside only to realize I forgot my wallet and had no change for my son to get a gumball anywho as I sit there telling my son sorry little dude daddy forgot his wallet we gotta go my son was so bummed but the owner (whom I forgot to catch his name) quickly jumped up and reached in his pocket and pulled out a few quarters for my son to get a few gumballs my son was thrilled to say the least so thanks to you man you saved me a heart break of having to walk away without my son's gumball you got my vote as mayor haha thanks again !“

But seriously, this family owned establishment has some of the best, most authentic Mexican food around, and the prices are amazing.The portions are huge and always consistently good.We normally get the enchilad meals, but tonight we had fajitas! Woah! Huuuge.Seriously, my wife and I could have ordered one and split it. See the photo of what was leftover after we each had 3 full tortillas! “Really Nice guys; I want them to succeed because it's nice having a taqueria down the street. They have a great taco Tuesday special, although the sign is tiny and you might miss it. As I write this, it's $10 for 3 street tacos and an agua fresca or soda. And then they give you chips & there is a salsa bar, so that is a major plus. I have also had the nachos, which were very large, and the Chilaquiles, which were nice & spicy.“
