“This subway is great actually , the food is awesome but they finally brought back the sourdough bread finally!!! But the the turkey sandwich is great and wonderful. Besides that the service was okay it took a little bit longer to get my sandwich !!!“

“I’ll give it 4.5 stars. It’s a chain sandwich spot. Bread was solid. Sandwich was good and hit the spot, but it’s not earth shattering. Staff was courteous. Come here for a solid sandwich. It feels very corporate-sandwich-shop-ish inside so I ate and left. I was wondering how this place earned 4.9 stars and found the note on the tables where they offer a free gift for a review. I am personally not a fan of that, so I wanted to share. Overall a solid chain sandwich spot.“

“The sandwiches were amazing. The chicken breast sandwich's ingredient combination satisfies your taste-buds and tummy with a bit of an herbaceous, fresh-cheesy, tender moist chicken yumminess. The BLAT was flat our fabulous and hard to put down. We highly recommend Lucia's Craft Sandwiches. Oh, and don't mess with their choices of bread...DON'T substitute till you try the chef's creations unless your allergic or just can't resist.“

“This has become a go to lunch spot for me. I've been several times over the past few months and I have never had an order be wrong or late. I always order online and it's almost always ready when I get there. Once or twice they apologized for being behind but they still got the order out on time. Staff has always been friendly and attentive. “I love the Mr. Pickles special. It's delicious reliable and you can count on it being great every time. It doesn't disappoint with the special garlic sauce giving the sandwich that extra je ne sais quois the pickles and pepperocinis are always crunchy and veggies are fresh and chicken is tender. I really enjoy that they give a free cookie with each sandwich. I joined their rewards points and already got a free combo. Keep up the good work. The only thing I recommend is advertising the rewards program in store. I didn't learn about it until I went on the website online. Thanks mr pickles crew as well!“

I have to always say “light” mustard, light cranberry etc..They are fairly busy. “Fri veterans day visit.Female employee making my sandwich was so up and down. Average customer service skills. She was ok when she took my order and damn near verbally shoved me to the cashier as I was telling her about making it a combo with a pickle on the side. I felt so rushed and bothered by her tone, I forgot to make my sandwich right. U know .- the only sandwich I've ever ordered from this company since 2013. Anywho, I still tipped the cashier bc the machine prompts it. In front of others, she's asking me loudly with a big ol' smile if my sandwich is ok. As I leave with no other patrons around, I said bye and thank you, she switched up again and acted like I was bothering her. Maybe also bc the cashier disappeared and wasn't around. Super annoying.“

Definitely will come back here. My vegan sandwich was made perfect unlike other places where my bread is too wet due the to the juices of produce. Keep up the good work kids! “When I am on a no meat day, I come to Togo 's for their farmers market wrap. The wrap is flavorful and well-made at this location. I've been to some of the surrounding stores and this location and the one on Clayton make the best wraps I have them add the spicy pepitas dressing for a little kick and add avocado. The quality has been the same when I go in or if I place an on line order. I feel like they actually care about me as a customer and what kind if product they put out.“
