“This was our first experience here, the people are all great and very welcoming! The food was great and as we all know we eat with our eyes, and let me tell you the presentation was amazing! Even my 9 year old said "wow look at the way the food came out, that presentation is amazing". All the from a 9 year old, so it definitely made an impression on him. I had the cafe de olla and it was really good, not to sweet it was just right! The breakfast sandwich I had was on point and well balanced, the hash browns were some of the best I have ever had, cook perfectly with the perfect amount of salt and flavor. My wife had the chila quilles, and she thought it was amazing, she never finished her food and she finished it all, which goes to say it was amazing! My two boys had the supreme burrito, and they also said it was better than many others they have had, they had a smoothie to drink and they both loved it. All in all this was a great addition to the scv and we will be coming back her many times to try all the different things on the menu. We had a nice conversation with the manager Jose who is very helpful and a super nice person. Since our regular spot closed, we haven't really found that great place for replacement, and I think this is the place. With them being new they have some kinks to work out, as with any new business, but it did not affect the quality of the food which shows management cares about the business. Jasmine was very attentive to our needs, and got everything right and on point with refills and keeping us updated on everything, which also shows she cares (this is hard to find these days). Give this place a shot and you will not be disappointed.“

“so i checked out rise n shine cafe recently, and it was pretty chill. the place has a cozy, casual vibe, good for a quick breakfast or brunch. i ordered some pancakes and coffee, and they were pretty tasty — nothing too fancy but quite satisfying. prices are reasonable, and the portions are decent. the staff was friendly and quick to take my order. it wasn’t too busy when i was there, so it felt relaxed. overall, if you’re looking for a laid-back spot to start your day with some good breakfast food, this place is worth a try. might come back if i’m around and craving a simple, tasty morning meal.“

“I found this Restaurant by accident while driving through the mini mall near Ventura and Coldwater Canyon. My wife demanded that we stop and try it. The inside looked clean and well lit. Small tables and chairs in the dining area accommodate a couple dozen guests.
There's a good menu with something for everyone. Complimentary Chicken Soup is the starter and is very good. Excellent Mexican style food, not salty. Friendly service and sensible prices make this a place to come back to. Highly recommended. Parking is limited.“

“Stopped here on the way to the airport and I was not disappointed! I had a ham, cheese, mushroom and onion omelette (not on the menu exactly) with country potatoes and it was delicious! The coffee was good, the food came fast and got and the server was great. I'll be eating here again when I'm back in town. But they are cash only, luckily I had some on hand . . .“

I sent my friend from Heartland Payment Systems to help them get something much better and faster payment processing via credit card. Hope corporate listens to these reviews and makes the change.“

“Our dinner last night at IHOP was outstanding. I believe the difference was the service we received from Benjamin. We were greeted with friendliness and a smile as soon as we walked in the door and were seated promptly. Beverage order taken and filled quickly. All options and substitutions we addressed and accepted. The food was delicious, exactly how we wanted it, and served in a timely manner. Benjamin made sure our drinks were always full. He was really on top of everything during our meal making it a very smooth experience. We have gone to this IHOP many times over the years and typically the service is adequate. Unfortunately the previous time we had gone it was terrible. So much so that we addressed it with the manager another day. They offered to comp us a dinner, but that wasn't what we wanted, just better service. We decided to give them one last shot before writing them off. Last night was the complete opposite in the best way. Just service that went above and beyond any expectations. Benjamin really made all the difference and he is the reason will continue to go to this IHOP.“

Went in during a week day morning and only had one server and no hostess. With the few people there the poor waiter was running himself ragged. He did his best but 3 starts for service is in the management not the poor server he was doing his best!“

“It's IHOP. This is a good location that seems well managed. It's my go-to food if I get stuck on the 14 near a mealtime. I like that their are some $6 value options on the last page of the menu, and recently got 2 small pancakes, 2 bacon, and eggs on that deal. I didn't need the full American size meal calories anyway, and left full and happy.“

“The eggs were fewer, the meats more,the price a lot higher, and they no longer have the tray with a selection of pancake syrups. This new set up was quite noisy - reminiscent of "Olive Garden". The pros are that it returned to my immediate area in a spot with more parking than you can imagine. Still, their food is good and I'll be back.
