“Great lil coffee shop! I usually get my coffee beans here since they are top notch. There aren't dates on the bags, but the barista told me they get new batch in every Tuesday, so everything is fresh (although, would still prefer to have roast dates on the bags for confirmation). They also give you free coffee when you buy beans, and have free dog treats! Not really sit and chat type of cafe since it's tiny and the seats do not look super comfy. I do see regulars sitting outside, and dog friendly!“

“I came to LA not knowing where to eat, and I’m really big on reviews so I pay close attention to all the five-star details. Let me just say, this place walks the talk. The food delivered exactly what people were raving about.
The beef tacos were my absolute favorite flavorful, tender, and honestly some of the best I’ve had. I definitely highly recommend this spot. If you’re in LA, don’t miss out. This is one of those places that deserves every great review it gets.“

“I love the espresso here and the quiche Lorraine is out of this world. The environment is beautiful and so aesthetically pleasing. The prices are so fair and reasonable it’s refreshing, and to be honest I feel like you are getting a lot more than you pay for. The staff is always super friendly, approachable, and helpful. “Our morning ritual used to involve bludgeoning ourselves into a semblance of consciousness with the heavy-hand of a generic dark roast. It was an effective if inelegant solution to parenthood. Aqaurela's beans provide a different experience. We are by no means coffee experts, but my wife and I were surprised by the nuances in smell and taste when we tried their Deus Me Livre for our morning espresso. It's a lighter feel; almost refreshing. The morning cup feels a bit indulgent, yet not so rich as to make your mouth feel overwhelmed. We could see this pairing very well as an after-dinner treat with any manner of desserts. The best part is that this is simply a fantastic company to work with. Quick, fast delivery. Prompt follow-up to make sure we were completely satisfied. And all questions answered - when we noted that we typically prefer darker roasts, one of the owners explained that their goal was to make a medium-roast whose flavors would still hold up to a coordination with cream and sugar. It's a throwback to days where customer service and the personal touch were still important. This is a small business whose goal of promoting independent farmers is admirable and worthy of our support. Thank you!“

“Such a cool place! I got an iced oat milk latte with maple (they don’t have honey, but I had no idea maple was so delicious in coffee!). The gentleman working was very friendly and the atmosphere for the place was awesome. I also go a vegan pastry that exceeded my expectations. Will be back!“

“Whenever I find myself in Pasadena, I make it a point to stop by. As I step through the front door, the aromas are welcoming, the setting comforting, and with it a slew of memories rushes back. I discovered Jones in the early 2000’s during business trips to Pasadena. Through the years it became a must have visit, even during family trips. Leading the way is Rafael. He’s calm and welcoming and his presence is felt every where. In fact, during a 2021 visit he spotted my family and me, came over to greet us, and fondly recalled my children who he hadn’t seen in close to 8 years. It’s that type of personal attention , and good product, that has kept me coming back. Enjoy!“

“Oh HEY! -have you ever been blessed by St Matthew of Silverlake?! His glowing attitude is no match for his glowing skin and yet, if you do do yourself the favor of walking past the cliches of hipsterville like (can’t complain about it really) La colombe, you’d actually find a gem of a spot with this gem of a man (whose glowing attributes really won’t stop competing). And it’s this cafe. Fast with employees who care and a bright chill atmosphere that’s just right to send out all those “apology for last night, I was drunk” texts or “shoot your shot” on hinge (even tho you refuse to pay for it) messages cause the caffeine has kicked in, it’s strong, yummy, well served, and the color scheme is adorable here.
I say you switch it up and go here. I know the song of summer is “espresso” but this place has changed my identity to “Macha Lemonade” and made my heart reliant upon seeing Matthews great haircut at least 3 times a week. GO! It’s the ideal and void of cliches! V cute for a meet up or a date (ahem, men on Hinge)“

“A solid coffee shop with lots of goodies and the interior design was top notch.
I just ordered a matcha latte with whole milk and it was pretty good. Solid taste and temperature with a good amount of sweetness for the honey.
I’d definitely come back here again to try their other menu items or even stop by to get some work done at their solid patio and lounge area.“
“I walked in thinking this boutique was a cafe but left with a lovely Nespresso machine after taste testing some delicious coffee! I was curious about the drinks and thanks to Jessica I had a wonderful experience. I honestly had no idea the difference between any of the machines or how they operated but she broke it down for me and helped me pick the ideal choice for my preference. Jess was soo sweet and patient throughout the whole process. Highly recommend. I’m so excited to try out my new Nespresso machine 🤩“
